I can see why this bra is suggested for those fob. The straps are a touch too wide for comfort for me and it does not feel very supportive. The lace, on me, gapes horribly. Which most bras do but I had such high hopes for this one. I have tall and shallow yet wide roots. Even I think.
This bra is comfortable and gives a nice rounded shape. I have some projection at the bottom and this bra works well for that. I have tall, shallow roots and the top does not cut in. The negative: I am not sure why but this bra causes me major side and side/back fat/spillage. When I go to put the bra on, before I fasten the hooks, the cup wires feel either too narrow or too u shape for my shape. Even though the width cup measurements seem like they should be fine for me. For now I am saying it fits but not really sure.
I tried this in the black floral design through Prime Wardrobe. I'm usually a UK 28FF/30F (soft, projected, but overall evenly-distributed), and I found the cup volume/shape to be surprisingly large enough, but the band comfortable-to-loose even on the smallest hook. Maybe I just got one that was cut just a bit too large in all dimensions? It's a shame, though, because I really like the fabric on this one--I'll probably keep an eye out for a 28F/FF on sale.
I have the white colorway with the purple bow in the middle. Overall this bra is a good fit. Band is the traditional Cleo kind measuring just shy of 30” on the size 30 band. I did size down a cup. I appreciate that the wires are narrower than the Lily and slightly more projected. Both make it more comfortable for me. The gore is higher than my favorite fit. It doesn’t poke too much but the bow is misaligned by my center tissue. Seams disappear well. The purple in the stretch lace was a fun surprise. Somehow the bra reminds me of the 80s and the song Girls just want to have fun. I don’t feel like the bra reads as overly juvnile when I wear it but it’s more playful than the majority of my bras.
Love this T-shirt bra! Very comfortable, gives a really nice round shape and looks great under a T-shirt. Band is a little too loose and stretchy, but I live with it, maybe I'll sew it sometime. The cup is a teeny bit big, I do get gapping on the top after a few hours of wear. I would like to try going down a band size and maybe cup size, but if I wear a tank top underneath the gapping effect is eliminated so I keep wearing it.
The cups on this bra fit my fantastically. I would wear this all the time if not for the boned longline aspect. With my short frame and slightly high waist, the boning digs in pretty badly. I may just remove the bones, but for now it's just a less worn option.
The 3 part vertically seamed cup gives a great rounded profile. I have a very conical breast shape so I do need some projection at the wire and this works great. It's like a slightly deeper, more structured Freya half cup.
I'm not personally a fan of the print, I think it's the Geo Floral. For $8, I really can't complain though.
I had such high hopes for this bra, but it just didn’t deliver. I was looking for a seamed cup that would be fairly discreet under clothing. I tried it in both 30E and 30F. The E was too small and the F was too big. Size issues aside, I was really disappointed by the construction of the bra. The seams are clumsily sewn and really obvious. At the top of the cups where the lace attaches, it kinda bulges outwards, making another unsightly line. And the lace itself seems poorly sewn, as it wants to fold under the cups instead of laying flat.
A pretty bra, but for me this is a shape mismatch. The wires are wide, but I need them wider. The cups are too deep, but only slightly so, so a cup size smaller won't work for me. My breasts are full on top, but somehow I do fill the bottom of this bra, but not the top. My roots are wide and tall, and I guess my breasts just move in the cup because it's rather big. Then there are the usual Cleo issues: wires are not flexible enough, gore is too wide and too high and pokes. It still looks decent so I'm sure this would be a great bra of it would fit. The fabric feels nice and it's well made. I just hoped it would fit me, as I had read that the Marcie works for a wide range of breasts.
Surprisingly this bra fits me in the cups. I was worried it was going to be a little big, but it's not. There's a little room on my smaller side though. I wish I tried this sooner. I didn't try it because I thought it would fit similarly to the Cleo Maya The band on this is a little too loose for me, but that could be because the band is stretched out from wear. From trying the bra on to take pics, I think the fabric is a little on the scratchy side
Update: I didn't wear this on my IMF and my boobs escaped, that's why the wires were sitting my breasts at the end of the day. The band of the bra fits much better after wearing this twice and doesn't feel too tight anymore. The wires are hard but do not annoy me.
This is the closest I got to something that fits! I finally seem to know what to look for. The wires are almost wide enough. Finally a cup that works when I try to place it around my breasts without wearing the bra. However, I've worn this for a day to work, and it is ...still (!) sitting on the outer part of my breast, so it's not wide enough!!! I don't feel this, and wonder how important it is to have the wires fit right, especially since the sides of my breasts are super shallow. The band seems the perfect length (29.5 stretched), but it is actually very uncomfortable. It might be because the hard Cleo wires poke me with a tight band. With an extender on the widest hooks it's more comfortable, and the wires don't bother me too much. I love this color, and think I will keep it because the bra seems discontinued and I cannot find a 32DD in this color online. This didn't work for me. I hoped that, because it is a wide and shallow bra, it would, but I get a major quad boob at the center of the cups. This would work great for ladies with not too much center fullness.
I've recently loss some weight that's affected how all of my bras fit - that is to say, they don't. I bought this from another bratabase user and it fits! At least as well as I expected it too. I like the appearance and the quality - standard Cleo insides and materials. The bra gives a nice rounded uplifted shape, and is not visible under the t-shirt I tried it with. The band could have been a little tighter (it rides up on the loosest hook) and is definitely looser than the 30-bands on the Marice and Riley that I have, but not as loose as the Juna's. ...The wires sit right on my IMF and as long as I stand up straight and scoop&swoop like I'm supposed to it's a perfect fit. Anything else, however...and I've got some gaping on the outer upper corners (which you can't see through a shirt, so that's good) and/or a little quadding near the gore on my bigger breast. I am still getting to know these new boobs, and I'm having trouble filling out cups in general, so it's hard for me to judge/compare the cup size. My gut feeling is that the cup is smaller than on the Juna 30E (gaping much less severe on the Lexi) but if it's not (I haven't checked the numbers) at least the shape is infinitely better for me, so that's a win. The cups are too deep for me, and 30E is just too large. The 30DDs fit wasn't too bad, but it's a shape mismatch so I'll be sending these back. Such a pity, this is one of the cutest bras I've ever seen and I really wanted this to work out.
This feels like a very sturdy bra. The wires are not very flexible. The bra looks cute, but the vertical seams do show under t-shirts. I originally bought the Cleo Juna 30DD, but the wires were a little too small and too close for my breasts. It also had minor quad boob issues, and I did not fully fill the bottom of the cup. The 30E works better, but it slightly gapes at the top, which can be seen under t-shirts.
The bra fits enough for me to use it and I adore the electric blue with lime green accents. The cups aren't completely full though, making it not fit me exactly as I would like it to. It's also a little itchy with the lace and the wire being so prominent, especially with a perfectly snug band. I now know how I fit in a Cleo longline and will hopefully fit perfectly in a 30DD.
In the past couple months I went from not being a huge fan of unlined Cleo's, but I am loving the Cleo's I'm trying recently. I just got Blake a couple weeks ago and it has quickly become a new favorite. The color is fairly unique for a pink bra, and it has an almost sporty vibe to it. Fullreview on my blog.
I'm not in love with this bra but it's a pretty decent fit for me. It is definitely better than other bras I've owned previous to this and the B.sultry. The wrinkled lace really bothers me, but other than that the cups fit perfectly. It's a little wide, strap-wise and I've noticed that I have to re-adjust every now and then during the day. I'm editing this 7 months in and have noticed that since I have lost weight, it does not fit me as well. I'm shallow and this bra is slightly to projected for me. I can still wear it, but I figured I'd share my thoughts.
