I just wanted to share my experience here.
I just did a Skype fitting with Claire from the Butterfly Collection. I was pretty skeptical about this... I mean, how can someone do a fitting via Skype? It's just eye-balling, after all. I was also pretty nervous, as I knew I'd have to remove my top so she could see my bra. ... Oh, sure, I have no problem taking photos of myself in my bras for my reviews here, but this felt different. My nerves instantly went away when I started speaking to my speaker. I'm a really shy person; I don't often feel comfortable talking to strangers, especially about things like this... but Claire was lovely. She was very warm and friendly, and she was completely open to talking to me even though I wasn't required to buy something from the shop to use the fitting service... and even though the service is totally free.
She first discussed some of my bra concerns. I told her the gore doesn't ever sit flat against me, and that up until recently I was wearing a 36c cup and still popping out a bit. I told her that I am now wearing a 32F, sometimes E, but that I frequently need to stop and adjust myself.. sometimes even tightening the band. I also told her that I have issues with my breasts popping out of the cups throughout the day -- they fit fine initially, and then...suddenly, I have four boobs.
She explained to me that the band is where most of the support comes from, and that the gore should sit against my body. She really explained everything very well -- but, it should noted, I pretty much know how a good bra should fit, even if mine does not fit perfectly, so she didn't need to explain too much to me. I do think that she would've done a fantastic job explaining things to a total newbie, however.
Anyway, she looked how my bra fit and suggested that I try a 30FF, stating that the band might be the cause of all of my problems. Obviously, this suggestion might not be 100% accurate, but it's worth a try. I'm going to order a few 30ff and a few 30g, to see which one fits better -- then I'll just return what I don't like/don't fit into right.
After the fitting, Claire sent me an e-mail, linking me to bras that she recommended for me. She also linked me to another store, stating that unfortunately the Butterfly Collection didn't carry one of the types of bras that I told her I was looking for. I loved that she was willing to link me to another store, as it felt like she was really more interested in making sure that I got a proper fit and a bra I loved rather than making a sale.
Overall, I thought this service was nice, and I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I wouldn't worry about it. There is little to no non-anecdotal evidence of permanent tissue migration. Plus, two months is a short amount of time, considering how long most women go wearing poorly-fitting bras.
I'm gonna be honest here, breast tissue migration is not scientific. I have seen no peer-reviewed journal articles on any sort of adipose migration (organs and bones, never the actual fat tissue), I think breast tissue migration comes down to belief. Yes my measurements have changed since I started wearing bras that fit better, but my hypothesis is that when you wear an incorrectly sized bra, the band and wires sit on glands that allow for breast growth. My best friend has done surveys on women who wear correctly sized bras, and there was significant change in measurements after wearing a correctly sized bra. The underbust got smaller and the bust measurement became larger.
If migration is a thing, your breast tissue isn't disappearing, it's being pushed into your armpits, your underbust, and other areas surrounding the supporting regions of the bra. Basically, it's messing with the amount of projection you have, not the actually amount of boob you have.
The whole point of the migration hypothesis is that fat can be moved semi-permanently. Wearing a correctly sized bra should in theory then give you more projection on a more permanent level. Wearing a correctly sized bra makes your breasts appear larger anyway when you're wearing one.
I don't know what you mean by a tight fit. A tight band will give you more support and if that's what you're comfortable in, that's great. If something's small in the cup though, it will smoosh your breasts backwards making them quadboob while appearing smaller. Additionally, wearing a band that's too tight in a case of reverse letterphobia will make your breasts also appear flatter and the cup will have a more shallow fit.
I wouldn't worry too much to be honest. If your bras are comfortable for now, you might experience stunted breast growth (fun fact, breast growth doesn't really stop until your late 20s, so if you're still young, your breasts will continue to grow. They will almost certainly grow if you become pregnant after 30 (or before)) or migration (if that is in fact a thing), but nothing particularly harmful will happen. In the meanwhile, flaunt what you have!
