I just wanted to share my experience here.
I just did a Skype fitting with Claire from the Butterfly Collection. I was pretty skeptical about this... I mean, how can someone do a fitting via Skype? It's just eye-balling, after all. I was also pretty nervous, as I knew I'd have to remove my top so she could see my bra. ... Oh, sure, I have no problem taking photos of myself in my bras for my reviews here, but this felt different. My nerves instantly went away when I started speaking to my speaker. I'm a really shy person; I don't often feel comfortable talking to strangers, especially about things like this... but Claire was lovely. She was very warm and friendly, and she was completely open to talking to me even though I wasn't required to buy something from the shop to use the fitting service... and even though the service is totally free.
She first discussed some of my bra concerns. I told her the gore doesn't ever sit flat against me, and that up until recently I was wearing a 36c cup and still popping out a bit. I told her that I am now wearing a 32F, sometimes E, but that I frequently need to stop and adjust myself.. sometimes even tightening the band. I also told her that I have issues with my breasts popping out of the cups throughout the day -- they fit fine initially, and then...suddenly, I have four boobs.
She explained to me that the band is where most of the support comes from, and that the gore should sit against my body. She really explained everything very well -- but, it should noted, I pretty much know how a good bra should fit, even if mine does not fit perfectly, so she didn't need to explain too much to me. I do think that she would've done a fantastic job explaining things to a total newbie, however.
Anyway, she looked how my bra fit and suggested that I try a 30FF, stating that the band might be the cause of all of my problems. Obviously, this suggestion might not be 100% accurate, but it's worth a try. I'm going to order a few 30ff and a few 30g, to see which one fits better -- then I'll just return what I don't like/don't fit into right.
After the fitting, Claire sent me an e-mail, linking me to bras that she recommended for me. She also linked me to another store, stating that unfortunately the Butterfly Collection didn't carry one of the types of bras that I told her I was looking for. I loved that she was willing to link me to another store, as it felt like she was really more interested in making sure that I got a proper fit and a bra I loved rather than making a sale.
Overall, I thought this service was nice, and I definitely recommend giving it a try.

They must be having some internal problems at that company. I want so badly to try one of their bras (CH Toffik!!) but I can't help but think I'd be terribly disappointed. They seem to be lacking in quality control.
I'm so sorry your bra didn't fit. :-(
Why is it that different color bras in the exact same model can be such different sizes? Can't companies give customers some kind of "heads up" about this?
Why can't you cancel your order of the briefs? Just write Return to Sender when it arrives, or refuse to sign for the package. Can you put a Stop Payment on your credit card or check?
PS - I LOVE your cat!
