I just got this bra in the mail, and I must say I love it! The central gore doesn't sit quite flat on my sternum, but I discovered that my shape and skin type makes that near impossible. It fits though, I have no complaints regarding how it feels. The straps are a nice width and length, and the band is good and firm.
This is by far the most comfortable and well-fitting bra my broke college self has ever had.
This bra is PINK! From online photos I expected it to be a paler pink, but in person, it is ivory lace over hot pink. I actually like it better this way, I just had to get used to it. I have another Tease me in 32G that I love, but my boobs and underbust have been shrinking, and it no longer fits. I had heard the newer seasons ran a bit smaller in the cup, so I ordered the sister size, hoping that the shrinking of the bra would match the shrinking of my boobs. Sadly, it is just a bit too ...big for me. It is a very forgiving style for my shape; even though I know it is too big, it still gives me good lift, and you can't tell it's too big under clothing. However, I'm not getting the high, round, Marie-Antoinette cleavage that I know is possible in this bra. Runs a little small in the cups. Also, too small on me since I migrated. I recommend bending the center gore wires outward a little bit since they tend to dig in a bit.
I went for the advice of reviewers on retail sites and ordered up a cup size with this one. When I got it in the mail I looked at the cups and thought "Those cups are way too big," but they fit! This is the most comfortable bra I have at this point. Everything about it makes me happy. I ordered a second one when they went on sale.
I'm torn: I want to cut off the ruffle edge so it doesn't show up so bumpy under my clothes, but it's really cute and I don't want to mess that up.
Once I adjust the straps to shorten them somewhat, the cups fit really well- no gapping at the top. The wires sometimes get uncomfortable against the outer edges by the end of the day - but bending them to curve around my ribs more has helped. The only thing I dislike is that where the cups and straps come together it rubs against my armpit crease and sometimes gets a little red. I don't know if this is a fit issue, since it fits well everywhere else. The band has stretched somewhat, at first I found it unbearably tight but once I got used to a properly fitting band it's no big deal, and I prefer it now.
This, along with the Freya Lila, was one of the first UK sized bras I bought. I got lucky with the fit of this one.
Cute bra! I had some major fitting issues with it though. The 28 band seemed to stretch a lot and I was easily able to hook it on the tightest hook, and pull it away substantially from my back, whereas the 28 I just bought from Freya was a nice, tight fit on the loosest wire but the initial band length was the same. The wires seemed to do a lot of stretching - they expanded to be almost on my back, which then caused the side of the cup to cut into the front of my arm. This was pretty uncomfortable and also changed the shape of ...the cup, make the fit even worse. The gore fit pretty well on my sternum, but sat a little on top of my boob on one side. I only tried it on long enough to evaluate size and take pictures, but it didn't seem to poke into my sternum. I adjusted the straps to try and help fix the fit, but they wound up just hurting my shoulders, though they weren't visibly digging in. Lastly, I experienced a some wrinkling in the very bottom of the cups. This bra might work for me if I go a cupsize down, provided the wires don't stretch as much as this one does. The band feels slightly loose, but not too bad for a 28, the cups are made somewhat for deeper boobs, so I have a little wrinkling (especially in my smaller boob). I owned the Flirtelle Dahlia before, and I can say that the Angel feels a hair smaller than the Dahlia, but 500X better looking!
This is a very comfortable bra and provides a lot of support. I have zero problems with the shape of the bra itself. The band is true to size, however, I think I would be more comfortable with the cup size just a tiny bit (but not a whole cup size) bigger. It doesn't work as well as I would like as a t-shirt bra because of the seams, but it's really only an issue when worn under lighter fabrics.
This was the first bra I ordered in my proper size, so I didn't expect it to fit quite right. It ended up being totally wrong for my shape, which is a shame because it's a really pretty bra.
Pros: The band has three hooks, which I love. I felt like it reduced the bulging that sometimes comes with bands that have less than three hooks. It's really pretty! The lace is beautiful, and the bows are super cute. The gore tacks. The shoulder straps are nice and sturdy, and the bra feels really well constructed.
Cons: Again, it's just all wrong for my shape. I found out ...that I need much narrower wires than these. It would probably be great for someone who needs wide wires, though. The gore is too wide. It wasn't painful or anything, but it was sitting on some breast tissue in the middle. The band seems to stretch out easily. LOVE the look of this bra. The coral color is great, I have a soft spot for anything with a lace overlay, and as with all CK bras, the quality is very high. The band is nice and snug and the interior of the cups is very soft. Since this bra is a plunge with shorter underwires, it doesn't have the same fit trouble as the Showgirl balconettes, which I find often cut into my armpit even when it fits in the cup. Plus, it gives GREAT cleavage. That said, I wish it was a 30G. Despite the superior construction, I feel a little paranoid about popping out (particularly my larger boob). However, since I've started working out and lost a little weight, I'm hoping I'll go down a cupsize and this bra will fit better.
Pros: lovely satiny material in vibrant grape colour, with jade embroidery. Really comfortable padded cup and the band and straps are both wide and stretchy making them very comfortable too.
Cons: cup too small leading to overspill, but also looks very long on me. Flattens my breasts.
Pros: lovely teal colour with gold stitching, and it fits me.
Cons: I'm not keen on the pointy shape it gives, and as others have mentioned, I have some bulging where it changes from the thicker to the thinner material. It's also digging in slightly under the arms. I'm going to return it.
Firstly, I do not like the look of this bra. I can't quite put my finger on why but I just don't. It is however, quite comfortable. The band is slightly tighter than the Thrill me and Tempt me, which is good, but the cups are still a bit small.
It's fairly comfortable, too wide in the cup for me, I have space under my armpits and boob spilling into the middle. For someone with wider set breasts I think this would be a very good everyday bra!
This bra looks very pretty on the Curvy Kate model and even on the lingerie bloggers, but I guess it's completely wrong for me. I can hook on the innermost hooks which means I probably need a 28 band size instead. The mesh portion is kind of open on top which produces some wrinkling unless I perform more scooping and adjusting than usual. The fabric section of the cups is much thicker than the mesh, producing a triangular shape on my full on the bottom breasts. The details, while pretty, will not go with many of my clothes as they show through the clothing. I have since returned this bra.
Strap fits great on my 27 inch back/rib measurement, and it very comfortable in that regard. However the cup is too narrow and it leaves a lot of gaping at the top of the cups, rendering them completely useless https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I also have a huge problem with the underwire where it hits my sternum. It digs in so much that the skin over my breastbone is red and painful after only a minute of wearing this bra. I am really disappointed.
This one is a bit too small for (no kidding, I'm a 34G/GG) but still confy and very pretty. no support and I spill out after a few minutes because it is the wrong size. It is, however, and awesome "special occasion" bra.
This bra fits me well though it's getting a bit small in the cup. It's very comfortable and gives a good shape. The wires might be a bit too narrow for me but not very much so it is still comfortable. The band is very stretchy but does not ride up at all which adds to the comfort.
I was surprised but it does not show under clothes despite all the embelishments.
The edge of the band sometimes rolls under and is a bit painful but it's quick to readjust and I need to readjust it only once or twice a day at most.
The underwires and center gore are wide enough to fit me, but the outside of the cup digs into my armpit. I can't fill out the top of the cup, it wrinkles a lot. It's definitely too big. This was the first bra I tried in a 28 band however, I guess I have more searching to do.
