Just before thanksgiving I made an epic all polish bra order, some Ewa, some Comexim, and some Avocado, each from the manufacturer website.
I normally wear 32ff in UK bras, occasionally a 32g during shark week. Going by the advice that the Polish fit method is for a looser band, I adjusted accordingly and looked up my cup size on ... the respective charts. I measure 78cm-breaking the tape underbust, 82- snug/comfortable underbust, 113cm leaning bust, 105cm laying/standing bust.
Here's how the fits went:
Comexim: 70H- works well for me in all but the full cup cut, had the size the cup down to 70G. The site recommended 80G. I may try a 75G in the future, but am happy in 70H.
Ewa Michalak: 70ff- a good starting point for me, I found that 75f works best in Ch, S, HP, and CHP styles, though the CHP is too wide in the straps for me. I didn't try a PL or SM. The site guide recommended 80e which did the "band ride up" on me.
Now for the fun:
Avocado: 70H(which agrees with their size chart)- oh dear god the humanity. I did not realize that the band was off by so much when I tried these bras until someone suggested an extender. Up until then I just thought that the wires ran wide. Nope. Bad case of reverse letterphobia. The extender showed that both of these bras were HUGE in the cup. 102cm bust measure, my bum!! I measure between 105 and 106 depending on the day, and these "102" cups were one, possibly two sizes too big. In reality I probably need a 75f/g? Or 80e/f (98 cm/102cm depending on how they scale for sister sizing), as they go in 4cm increments for cups it is hard to say. Both bras I tried were the "F" style cut. If trying to determine your fit: use your breaking the tape underbust measure for the band and I would go at least one size below what you think you need for the cup.
