Comfortable, but the band is a little too big for me. It relies a little bit on the straps to stay up, so the support isn't quite in the right places. Also the band in the back feels a little itchy, which is more of a minor annoyance than anything serious, but still. It is pretty cute and comfortable though.
Mink colorway must be a distinguished senior mink because this bra is the most elegant shade of gray, not at all brown! Great lift and separation, deep and narrow, light but supremely supportive. True to size, but not mine . A wardrobe staple!
Im having this bra for few months now. Its really comfortable - I'm using it mainly under my uniform at work as its dark, but also is not tight, so wearing it for 12-13h per day is fine. I love the colour, is something between blue and green. Unfortunately the band is quite big, but in 30s doesn't feel right on me - ill have to alter it soon (or my mom will do ). Its really elegant. Definitely worth to try it.
Chloe balcony is classy, luxurious, yet quite tough and sturdy in the elegant sense. Fauve doesn't generally do tight bands, which is true here as well - on skinny days I need to go for the middle hook. Pretty hard wires that need breaking in. It lifts and gives a centered shape, but not as round as Cleo does - natural lifted teardrops. Love, love, love the shape it creates under clothes. That said, the embroidery is a bit bumpy, shows under thin blouses. All great, just the hard wires need getting used to and/or breaking in. This bra gives me the shape my breasts had when I was about 18 - jeeeeaaaaahh!
Expected this to be more of an emerald colour going by the model photos, but it arrived and it's definitely teal, which is not a bad thing, just not what I pictured. I see now the colourway is sold as 'Peacock' which is simply a fancier name for teal. So that's that.
Band is too big, obviously, as I picked the sister size that was available. On the tightest setting the band feels okay, if only just a little loose. The gore is far too wide for my not really close set boobs. Fairly narrow and projected cups. It gives a nice, very uplifted but not entirely spherical shape ...(not Cleo round). The materials used feel more luxorious than other brands - for example the band is a soft satin rather than cheap elasticised mesh. It just feels a lot better on my sensitive skin. The intricate embroidery on the cups looks pokey at first but doesn't show through tops as much as you'd think.
I'll either alter it (narrowing the gore) or pass it on to someone else, haven't decided yet. Read more 72 more words
The band is loose for a 30 band which is normal for Fauve. Given that when I wear 30 bands in Cleo I get more support. During the day I find that the band tends to ride up on this bra. With Fauve I always feel the need to hook it on the smallest hook, as with Cleo I don't feel that need even though I can.
The wires of this bra are more narrow than Panache bras I've tried. But I would not call it "narrow cup". It is comfortable but I prefer it to be narrower, I feel like I get more support when it is tighter.
The cup shape is pointy/perky, similar to BIHAL's "green shape".
The quality is superb! I love the lace embroidery. It is definitely worth the money.
I cut all the inner lining of the cups to make it completely sheer and the support has not been affected.
The straps are fully adjustable but there's embroidery on front part so you need to tug a bit.
I owned this bra in a 32G and it was my most perfect fitting bra. I've now changed sizes and got it in the 32GG. The straps are a little farther apart on this one and I'm not sure if it's going to be a problem or not yet. They are sort of in my armpits where the strap meets the cup. The smaller size didn't actually look too small but the underwire started digging in. I love the quality of Fauve and wish their bras would go above a GG cup! I should probably have a 30 in this band because it stretches to a full 32" and I measure 31".
