I found this brilliant idea of turning your bra into a bikini top and I thought I´d share it with you!

^Exactly!!
I´ve been having problems with strapless bras. I don´t like and just CANNOT wear black / white / beige and none of the colourful options I´ve tried fits. This is a perfect solution for it! Why didn´t I think about it before?!
I recently bought a 30H Ardyss Angel bra and just got it in the mail today. I tried it on and it just didn't fit. Everything was perfect about it except that the cups were too small. I wear a size 30GG and from the sizing chart it said I would need a 30H but I guess I would actually ... need a size bigger. This would probably fit someone who wears a 30G.
I would have listed it on here but I didn't see this brand on here and because there's no wires I didn't know how to list it. I listed this bra on reddit and it has all the details about the bra. You can message me on here or on reddit if you want to buy it.

There's an option to add a new brand if it is not on the list when you add the bra. If you don't know the model you could add it under unknown. And leave the wire measurements on 0.
Okay, thank you!
Panache finally have added the new styles and size ranges to their website! But still can't find any place that actually has them for sale, not even Figleaves.... so frustrating!!

It appears there are no B and C cups for 28-bands... They start with 30-bands. A good first start, but I am disappointed I still cannot buy those super cute bras :(
Those styles are for Autumn/Winter 2014, so I don't think they've been released yet.

Few things:
Five pictures of the Cleo SS15 line, which looks like a black, beige, and pink/orange Cleo Marcie (6831) and I don't know about the other two.
According to Robynne from A Revelation in Fit (lingerie store in California), Panache is phasing out Masquerade with a line called Panache Black. Not sure if it's just another renaming or if it'll be a completely new line. Kinda sad about that because very few brands have me lust after almost all of their styles, and Masquerade is one of them.

YES!! A beige Marcie! But it looks like the polka dots are a lighter colour? The fourth picture looks like a coral Lucy/Kali, and the fifth must be a Marcie/Melissa/Ellis sister. Shame about Masquerade, I was just getting into them :(
The nude Cleo Marcie looks fantastic! I want it forever.

I think it's really important to remember the working conditions in which our lingerie comes from. Glad to know Freya made the list!

That's really interesting. Freya don't fit me well but Fantasie Elodie is really pretty, just more expensive. I'll maybe reconsider that though if its made in uk. - shame about the poor fitting in Leia though.
Oh, I have just looked at my Elodie and it says made in Indonesia.

Yes, I wonder why...
Maybe because of lack of proper bras? I really hope good bra fitting will be tought at school or something.

it would be so easy to add that to sex ed, only like another 10 minutes added to the lesson could help the problem
we were given and shown how to use deodorant, pads, tampons, of all things, why not bras too.
Wait..whaaatt??? They really decided that it was necessary to show the proper use of deodorant, pads, and tampons?
My mom turned red and almost purple when I asked her to buy a certain brand that didn't have applicators - the tampax back then only expanded length-wise and it was uncomfortable in the higher absorbencies. You'd think I'd asked her to watch porn with me. Or something else totally inappropriate for a mother and daughter to do together.
I think that a lot of women are sold on the idea of how much better they'll feel after getting a reduction, and this is by their doctors! Sure, most people on the planet could probably lose 10lbs, but a good bra might mean those 10lbs can go from other places on the body. I haven't known many women who have done the reduction surgery, and only one of them was in a size that I'd consider the surgery to be a good idea...She was in high school with a 28K and only 4'11", and her mom got even bigger after pregnancy so who knows what this poor girl would have had to deal with if not for the reduction. At least the doctor was sensible and didn't try and give her what they considered the "right size" for her body. None of the few others who have done it were at all happy with the outcome, one even got implants later because the doctor thought she should be a lot smaller and removed quite a bit.
GET THE RIGHT SIZE BRA - no lengthy recovery after surgery under general anesthesia, don't have to worry about whether or not your insurance covers the cost, and embrace whatever genetics and God gave you. Oh, and let the lady in the store do her thing and help you put some bras on as you're trying to find your size - it's not like she's groping you like it's a lap dance at a strip club.

Does anyone know when the Freya Icon is coming out? I saw it in some blog posts as being slated for Autumn/Winter 2014, but I don't know when that is.
Freya has a "Coming Soon" page, which features some of the AW2014 styles and gives dates, but the Icon is not listed there. The page is here:
http://www.freyalingerie.com/lingerie/coming-soon.aspx
I feel dumb for stalking a bra release, but I want to make sure I can get my hands on one of these.

Miss Underpinnings stated on her blog that it was coming out in November (http://www.missunderpinnings.com/2014/02/curve-ny-freya-autumnwinter-2014.html)
However I do remember either her or maybe Erica of Sophisticated Pair talking about certain planned new designs being canceled. Not sure if the Icon was one of these.
Not silly at all. That bra is gorgeous! I'd love a sort of lemon/lime green/yellow colorway of that.

My last three weeks has been spent scouring About pages, retail pages, and internet reviews to create my Lingerie Brand Guide! It's a collection of the top lingerie brands, highlighting their price points, size ranges, and a brief write-up about sizing recommendations and fit as well as a little bit about the company. Feel free to have a look-see, and tell me anything you'd like to see improved, some things I did well, general comments, and any brand or fit recommendations you'd like to see included! Thank you

I think Freya has gotten much snugger with their bands. I have an older Freya 28 band that fits with an extender on the second set of hooks and my hooks on the 2 set of hooks on the stretchy extender. When I tried on some Freya's the other day as well as my relatively new 32F deco, I found the 32s felt true to size, if a tad tight.
Additionally, speaking for older Curvy Kate unpadded styles, I would say they are pretty good for full on top because the bottom part of the cup is not terribly projected. I would say they are deep in smaller sizes and shallower in larger sizes (though they've definitely improved with their recent collections). Their showgirl style bras are extremely shallow.
Fantasie has medium projection and is good for even to full on bottom breasts in their 4 part full cups. In smaller sizes, their wires are narrow and tall.
Claudette has extremely soft narrow wires, very loose bands, they run nearly 2 cup sizes small, and they seem to work best on full on bottom breasts.
Elomi has wide deep bras that tend to work better on full on bottom breasts. I hear they have pretty sturdy wires and fabrics.
Parfait runs tight in the band, about a full size small, they have shallow cups that work for even breasts, and they have tall wings.
Masquerade runs tight in the band, tend to make cups that work well on full on top breasts, they have tall wires on the sides, and are somewhat shallow. They are luxury and have pretty soft materials.
Wow, I didn't mean to type this much. I hope this was helpful! Feel free to add this, I want there to be as many resources out there as possible.
Awesome observations, both of you! Thanks for the info!

Is it just me or do you guys also need every bra Ewa Michalak just came out with? I think I want this @Ewa Michalak Sm Motylowate!

Sing it, sista! I wish they would make the effort that @Comexim has to reach the US market in a sustainable, accessible, reasonably priced way. I know it's a small, semi-custom business and Ewa has a perfect right to run it any way she wants, butwaaaaahhh *cries like spoiled child
the motylowate is EDIBLE. But...I resisted on the grounds I like the summer time more, and I haven't tried the SM cut yet, so...summer time it was. Maybe I'll be able to get the motylowate later if the summer time works out...maybe... Now, to wait impatiently with crossed fingers for it to arrive... :)
*just splurged on an EM order last night, but I'm telling myself it's not a splurge, since I used money I earned selling bras to do it*

Sorry about this being ever so slightly off topic, but money and legalese are not my strong suits. Barenecessities, herroom, and freshpair are all google trusted stores so I figure this is relevant. Many people complain about Herroom's customer service and it still got that badge (as well as the guarantee that comes with it, meaning that they ... offer $1000 protection on orders). Reading the terms and conditions on google, if you comply with the company's terms and the company doesn't, google will intervene? Am I misunderstanding something here?
This is just a heads up for anyone who's had issues with stores like this.

I'd like to know the answer to this. I wonder what kind of leverage Google has over these vendors, though. How much of a threat is losing that Google Trusted Store label?
I know that PayPay was useful in getting HerRoom to do what is right..after trying to work things out directly to no avail, I opened a paypal dispute )which HerRoom immediately "escalated" but Paypal saw the evidence and judged in my favor.

I was at my local Nordstrom Rack today, and they had a bunch of 30-band Freya Marvel Side Panel Bra (1501) , Cleo Neve Plunge T-shirt Bra (7196) and Panache Porcelain Viva (6071) .
Local supply might vary, but they were all less than $25.

I went to my Nordstrom Rack today and found a Freya Active Moulded Sports Bra (4892) for 51% off :)
I got the "prettiest bra" prompt today. I'm pretty impressed with the upcoming Cleo offerings (but not impressed with the new size announcements which they largely retracted). I especially love the look of the Lily (SWANS!), Minnie, Neve Strapless (as usual, bummed about the size range), Marcie in Raspberry, Jolie (bows!), and Izzy (It looks like candy!).

Swans whatever, but the black Minnie is mine.
Yes to most of these. I wish Cleo would make their back bands a bit wider though.

A Sophisticated Pair has the Anna Pardal for Comexim Emmeline up online for purchase in case anyone in the US/Canada wants to try a Comexim from a closer source (other than Wellfitting) before ordering straight from them. Sizes available are 30E/G, 32GG, 34E/G/GG/H, 36F, 38F, 40E/F/G/GG/H, 42F/FF/G

If you order a 32GG what are you getting? 70H - 70:8 since that's what comes after Comexim's G cup. Or 70:10 which corresponds to most brand's UK's GG cup? And she says "US sizes" on the page.
The product page says US sizing, but there's also a link on that page to a blog post where she discusses stocking the bra and in that post she says the bras will be converted to UK sizing. So I suspect US is a typo.

There's a store in Michigan that has a weekly 80% off deal online. This week's is the Cleo Swimwear Lucille Padded Bandeau Bikini (CW0063) for $12 USD. There's only 30-36E and one of each of those sizes. Shipping will probably be around $5 domestic if you only bought that. A super great deal if you're looking for this top in an E cup!

Thank you for posting this! It's not my style so I am not getting this one, but I signed up for their mailing list to keep an eye on future sales.
I recently ordered two Empreinte bras from this place, so I know they're for real. They are NOT on ebay as far as I can tell, you need to order from their own site. I was able to get bras for USD50-60 each, shipping included. They also carry Lise Charmel Eprise (super fancy) and Lejaby Elixir. Be ... sure to register as a user on the site in order to get the French VAT removed from your total!
http://www.boutique-caprices.fr
Their search by size feature turns up a lot of duds, but if you just search for the brand you want then look at the models one by one, you'll see what's available. They are VERY responsive when you email them. I'm not sure if they speak English but it is certainly worth a try
They ONLY use French sizes... which is actually good since, apparently, Empreinte mislabels the conversion of its band sizes if the bras I received are anything to go by. Thus my French 85 band bras, which ought to be labeled as 32UK/70Euro, were labeled on the tags as 34F and 75F in UK and Euro sizing). So this could be something to remember if you buy Empreinte from another retailer. Look at the label but consider only the French sizing. BTW this means Empreinte does 28 bands (75 in French sizing).
Memo on French band sizes:
75Fr = 28 UK/US = 60Euro
80Fr = 30 = 65Euro
85 = 32 = 70Euro
90 = 34 = 75 Euro
95 = 36
100 = 38
105 = 40
110 = 42

For those of you unaware, Ewa Bien and Comexim are on Amazon. For those of you who are intimidated by ordering from a Polish site, it's entirely possible to find these on Amazon.
Note, Comexim is still through Wellfitting but on Amazon.

You guys really aren't helping my bra addiction. :-P
I "can't" buy any more until I finish losing weight, but it's definitely going in my wish list
Noooooo! I had NO idea! How cool!
Wow ! I love it !
It looks like it can also work for making a bra that fit well but which you don't like the design into something better looking !
