So quite a while ago I heard that you should scoop from the back area as well (I've always just scooped from the side). I've always thumbed my nose at this telling myself that I didn't need to as there was nothing there anyway.
This morning I decided to give it a go just so I could say I tried and ... it made no difference so I could just keep going with the side scoop I'd been doing. I reached all the way around as far as I could. The resulting bulge told me I needed to find somewhere for this excess tissue to go so I tried shimmying the wires up but even pulled up as far as they could go I was still bulging.
I stubbornly went to work like that anyway thinking it would probably settle down during the day. It didn't. When I extend my arm to the side or behind me the bra cup is rolling down and if I bend over I feel like I'm actually going to fall out of the bra. Here's a tip, not a good look to be trying to hold your boobs in your bra all day at work!
My weight hasn't changed, my measurements haven't changed and I'm not pre-mentrual. So I guess by scooping all the way from the back I have found something extra to bring forward. The bra in question is actually quite old and probably due for replacement, its fastened on the tightest hook and I can pull the band a good 4 inches away from my back. I can only imagine a new bra making these problems worse so I am thinking I will probably have to try sizing up in the cup. What do y'all think, sound like too small a cup?
