A pretty good bra, but not perfect for me because I get wrinkling under the cups due to lack of immediate projection. It's pretty comfortable from the band up and you get that weightless/no bra feeling, but I do find the band feels thicker/heavier than a lot of bands. Similar to the Jasmine in shape, but the Jasmine is higher and rounder while the Envy is lower and pointier.

    Didn't fit

This bra was on sale online, so I took a chance and ordered it. It’s not perfect for my shape, but seems like a good everyday bra. This is a cup size larger than my Jasmine bra (they didn’t have 36G on sale) and there is a gap at the outer corner where the lace meets the band. The bottom of the cup works well for my FOB breasts. However, I’m inner full and the gore is a little too wide and as a result the wires sit a little on my breast tissue. The fabric runs too high into my armpits, but I’m not sure if this ... will be an issue or not. The band is firm but not tight. Overall the fabric is comfortable and I like the feel of the cups.

I’m just not sure if this is a bra I should keep while I continue to look for a bra that is good for FOB and inner full breasts. Given that I seem to fall somewhere between a 36FF and 36G in other bras I’ve tried on, I’m not sure if this is a little too big for me, given the gap I noticed in the outer lace. Do I keep this bra (it was on sale) or return and save my money for a bra that will work better for my shape?

Is it comfortable? It looks like a pretty good fit but with the issues you listed, it might not work well (gores sitting on breast tissue can be painful by the end of the day). Running high into the armpit area is often a deal breaker for me. But if it was such a good deal that you can put up with the imperfections, then keep it. ;)

    • It looks darn good! I put it this way, if you don't have a lot of decently fitting bras that are comfy, keep it!
If you don't like the shape and really don't think you'll wear it because you have other better fitting bras, return it and save the money for a better bra.

    Fits

I got my first Panache Envy back in 2014 and this bra turned out a real workhorse for me. The cup construction with side support pannels and stretch lace upper cups gives my FoB breasts a nice centered natural shape without looking droopy beneath higher cut necklines.

The fit of this peacock colourway is consistent with the other colours (black and cassis) I've tried. Peacock is a rich warm teal and works very well with the characteristic texture mixing of this solid coloured bra.

    Fits

So this is the fourth Envy I've owned, I only kick myself for not buying the Cassis colorway because damn. (You have no idea how I hope to see that one go up on ebay or SOMETHING.) So pretty!

As far as fit goes, the same as all the other Envy colorways I've purchased, which up until now have been the non fashion colorways. Pink doesn't do it for me, but I cross my fingers for a red some day. Lots of room for immediate depth and stretch lace to smooth out issues up top. Super supportive and plenty comfy.

As for the color, holy cow, I've yet to see ... a photo on the internet that does it justice. Stunning, rich (more blue than green) teal that has an almost iridescent colorway. I'm not a big fan of Panache knickers but I will probably end up picking up a pair because I feel it's a crime not to have them this time.

Wanted to add, had to buy the matching bottoms, it was a crime not to. They are soft and stretchy, and I plan to buy a second pair.

    • I love envy and I love this color. Where did you find the new peacock blue colorway for sale?

    • 1

Hey SavvyL, I got it from my local boutique. She ordered it months ago, and all the fall stuff is slowly coming in now. (Picked up the crochet Jasmine 2 weeks ago from there.) I'm sure you will start to see it available online soon if you don't buy locally.

The horizontal seam was too prominent for me to wear with a t-shirt. Straps and lace have a little stretch, but the cups don't give at all, so the support is very good. I really like the shape - it's very natural, not too round.

Beautiful bra, great support, but the wires are uncomfortable in the arm pit area. Not sure if they are too high or too narrow, but they are uncomfortable as soon as I put it on, and painful after a few hours of wear.

Great bra, just not great for me.

I am a 5'1" and a short waisted person. I'm cursed with these large very dense breasts.
I also have touching breasts. Bras that give me the lift I need invariably have gores like this bra , tall and
too wide . This bra did give me the lift but I found it somewhat uncomfortable because
of the tall, wide gore which pressed on my breast tissue. I still debated about keeping it because I really haven't found anything better. It was pretty good for the immediate projection , although there still was some minimal wrinklingat the bottom of the cup. The cup wrinkled under the arms which is because it was a little wide.

  8. I tried this bra after doing some blog surfing and seeing it recommended for Full on Top boobs. I often have issues with bras with these kinds of seams. I often look pointy (downward pointy - the worst kind) and have quad-boob issues. Not a flattering look under clothes. I was thrilled when I saw the shape this bra gave me! Nice and rounded, well lifted and firmly held in place. The stretch lace is great for full on top boobs, and is also helpful for asymmetry issues. The band is a bit snug, but not enough for me to warrant going up a size, nor did I ... need to use an extender the first time I wore it (I keep reading that it will stretch, so I'm not concerned). I ended up wearing it for 18+ hours the first time I wore it - through a full day of work, errands and later, lounging on the couch. My husband was cracking up as I kept lifting my shirt and saying, "I can't believe how comfortable it is and how nice they look!" The only issue I had was a slight bulging on my larger boob, right above the seam where the lace attaches to the bottom part of the cup. This is probably not noticeable to anyone else, and I'm thinking after a few wears and washes, that it may diminish a bit. Straps are comfortable and sit nicely on my fairly narrow shoulders. It is not a bra for a plunging neckline, but it's a good practical, yet attractive bra for every day wear. I have the nude color and I'm looking forward to purchasing this bra in black.

  9. First off the envy gives me a very round shape perhaps the roundest one with a non-padded. This isn't a good bra for you if want a more pointy or torpedo look. The fabric itself it stretchy at top only, the bottom cup is normal. Not itchy or tight. The cup perfectly molds to my bottom breasts but there is a bit of loose fabric at the top and near the top of the gore. The edge of the bra is loose. The cup fits without being too tight or loose. If you prefer a firmer fit in the cup, this bra doesn't provide ... an extra firm cup. The two things that somewhat didn't work for me, its more of a natural fit versus an uplift. Its does lift but not as much as some Panaches or Cleos. Also the support is OK, the cups are stretchy so there is some bounce, you're not jiggling all over the place but there is a little bit of a bounce. The band is also tight and has little stretch, 3 hooks. When I'm bloated or have a gained a pound or 2 the extender needs to come out. There is little give but it is supportive. The problems were minimal compared to the shape I got with this bra. I'm even shaped, wide root, round and my regular size worked.

  10. Preface, I am short rooted, even, pendulous, center full and narrowish.

This bra was a close one for me, but it ended up being a too tight band with a too large cup for me. It was one of the few bras that tacked on me and layed flat on where the cup meets the strap, but both of those went away when I added an extender as the band is TTS.

This is a very nice bra. I got great lift out of it when I first tried it on, and only lost a little as my breasts settled into the cups. Extender was probably part of ... that as well. Stretch lace on the upper part of the cups will help with a range of shapes. It is a bit shallow for me on the bottom and the center, and was pulling me a bit east west, but most bras do that to me as well. I am very center full. I found the bra painful after a while, but that's because the cup was too wide and the wire was cutting in on the outer bottom part of my root on my larger breast. That's the only reason I'm not keeping this one.

Strap is only partially adjustable and might be a problem for people who need a longer strap. I love the lace overlay on the gore. It is a four panel cup, and I was happy with it when I got it. Just too tight for me.

6 months later: I've gone up a cup size and the cup fits me much better. Still using an extender on the black color way of this bra. Been wearing it as a daily wear in tandem with a nude 34HH Envy (which I do not need an extender on). Gore does not tack on me, but I have come to the realization that it will be a difficult fit to find on my shape. I am center heavy with mayhap half a wires width between them halfway on up. This is my best bra I own. I did not get as good a fit out of the 36H as I think I need the cups to just be a touch shallower which I am getting with the smaller band size.
