Envy 30JJ
I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.
Envy is an unpadded underwire balconette bra. I tried it in peacock blue, which is quite beautiful. The tops of the cups are a very stretchy lace. There are 4 parts to the cup, 3 vertical and 1 horizontal. I tried Envy in 30J and 30JJ, but this review is for 30JJ only.
The band measures 27” to a max of 34.5” with 3 hooks and 3 rows of eyes.
Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the ... tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
This measurement is: 13”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
This measurement is: 16”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

I am currently 30K in panache Jasmine. Own both envys: 30JJ and 30K. I like Jasmine more because it not as wide as Envy and cup is longer (taller in terms more fabric at the center of the cup not in wires), more containing, not as open on top. I do sew center gore to bring wires closer together and add center fullness. Fabric is stiff but shape is grate. and I cannot wear wide-looking bras, because I am petite and much bigger on top (I wear size 2 pants) and this is my only option so far
