For background, I have a 33" underbust, so I sometimes fit into a 32FF and sometimes in a 34F depending on the bra. I tried the Panache Envy in both sizes because it is recommended for a variety of bust types.

The band on the Envy seems stretchier than other Panache bras - the 34 band easily stretches to 34.5". It feels a little loose for me and I can pull it nearly 2" away from my back. The cups on this size also do not work for me. The gore tacks without digging into my skin like Panache bras often do. Unfortunately, that is probably just a consequence ... of the band being a bit too big for me. The cups are also too big for me which is unusual for a 34F. My tissue mostly fills the bottom of the cup, but I get noticeable wrinkling in the sides and top of the cup.

In this case, the 32FF fits me a lot better (see that review), so I would strongly consider sister sizing down if you often find yourself between sizes.

Cups too small, gore too tall.

This is the first time I've ever filled out the top of a cup better than the bottom! Unfortunately, the way the straps are set, they dig into my armpit flesh. In the front-view picture you can see that they actually kind of twist into my body.

My measurements seem to indicate a larger cup size, so I thought I'd give this a try in a 34F. Unfortunately the cup is too large. It wrinkles at the center seam at the apex, top of the cup with the lace, and at the side panel. This bra offers nice side support for my splayed breasts, but it brings my breasts too close together for the gore. The gore ends up angling slightly to rest on the base of on my breasts. It's not really uncomfortable, just noticeable.
