    Starting Notes
This is the first of 6 reviews I will do on a Polish bra haul! Wohoo!! My New Years resolution was to not let hesitation or fear stop me from doing things, and buying bras is a weak spot for me. I'm constantly afraid of losing money, which means I never try new things and usually just buy bras listed, or buy deeply discounted off of Brastop. I've wanted to really try Polish bras for YEARS, and what happiness did worry and hesitation bring me??? None!! SO, despite a few mild spouts of panic, and lots of process of elimination, I took a risk and ordered... SIX ... bras at once!!! I ordered from OtherEden, and got them for I feel like a steal. I spend about 145 USD, so like $24 a bra, PLUS free shipping, AND the promise of easy US returns if needed. So... I took the plunge!! And luckily was happily rewarded. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Now I need to hurry and see if I can get matching panties!! Anyway... On to the bra review!

    Wires
I was extremely worried with how absolutely narrow the underwires are, but... Somehow... It works?? The marks left on my skin indicate that no underwire is sitting ony breast tissue, but it feels tight (underwires are hard!!) and my boobs appear to be exploding near the underwire. Might try this with slightly wider underwires (didn't think I'd ever say that!) to see if comfort is better.

    Cup Shape
The other initial worry upon measuring was that there would be too much up volume overall. Surprise!! It fits my larger left breast! The cups are so tall. My nipples sit in like the bottom third of the total cup height haha. I'd imagine this bra works simply because it fits like a full cup on me. Considering the lower cups have a bit of give, and the lace is stretchy, I'm sure this is technically designed for someone with very narrow and round boobs, as the model is. (I'm more conical.) So if you have a similar perimeter to mine, but are more full, tall, and rounded (overall more volume) than I am, this bra should work wondefully for you!

    Projection
The immediate isn't perfect, but center projection is good. There's a tiiiiny bit of empty space near the gore, so good for inner fullness. As for the shape I get, I give it a 5 out of 10. It pushes me a tiny bit forward from the narrow wires, but I don't have more dramatic projection than I natually have.

    Band
Oooh, the band. Simply it's too big. In my photos it's on the 2nd hook and can stretch quite a way from my back. The band is clearly bowing up in the back photo! The material is quite stretchy so cut into my back, doesn't spring the underwires much either. The band needs firming up with a layer of strong powermesh added, as well as a shortening.

    Straps
Honestly the straps are firmer than the band! And they're quite wide set! Not as bad as the Gaia bras (they were falling off) but it makes the band situation worse as I tighten them to feel like they're staying firmly in place. Straps are short, as I am petite in upper body length, and they're hardly tightened. Fully adjustable though.

    Appearance
So. Pretty. It's like a princess bra!! Although I was a bit disappointed at first that the stitching was blue not silver, and the tricot is printed and not embroidered, after putting it on and seeing how complimenting it was, I fell in love with it. The rose gold with teal and clear jewels is a fantastic touch! It needs a bit of alteration to look the best on me, but wow am I glad I'm finally getting unique and stunningly beautiful bras. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

    Comfort
Underwires hurt. Wide straps make shoulders tense up. But with fixes, it should be great. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

    Summary
Underwires too narrow, band too big, cups full coverage, fabrics beautiful. Overall, I love it. I think it's worth fixing and adding to the collection!

    • Very pretty bra! It does look a little small on you...like you said, a bit of narrow wires, and maybe compressing you some.

    • The gore charm is neat! It looks like the top of the cup is cutting in on one of the photos to me.

    • It looks like a good match for your skintone. Sorry it's not a perfect fit, but hopefully a few alterations will correct that for you.

    • Too bad this didn't work for you either :(
It's not often we hear of wires being too narrow on here lol
Yes, this series is AWESOME for very narrow and round breasts - they fit me like a dream.
onward and upward...Nessa and Krisline wires are wider than Gorsenia. I just finished trying a host of them.

    • 1

Calluna Yes, as the side of my breast is indistinguishable from my body unless I do a lot of squishing, having such a clearly defined shape on the side was shocking!
Sovavosi A very unique charm indeed! I didn't notice any cutting in while trying it on the first time, so I went ahead and put it on again to check. This time, I loosened the straps, as there are drag lines in my original photos, and I ended up with a combo of some empty space right above the seam between the lower fabric and the upper lace, and the top edge still cut in on my left side. Upon further inspection, the lace has that crappy clear stiff "elastic" stitched along the top edge, ugh. So the cup is too tall and also too closed on top. I hope that getting wider underwires will help distribute my breast tissue better, but we'll have to wait and see!
MamaPagan Thank you, I wear a lot of black but I LOVE pastel shades, and luckily light pink is very flattering for me! Stay tuned for alterations (one day hopefully soon-ish, haha)
AprilGoulding I know right?! Wires are always too wide! I'm glad there's a brand out there that fits your shape, I've seen your many reviews that just don't work out! It's just so interesting that two bras from the same brand in the same size could have SUCH different wire widths across styles! I wonder if they have one in between?

    • 1

Slava-Zone well, the K200 series soft ups are known for being exceptionally narrow. It's why I love them ;)
I have a Laguna coming soon...its from the K400 series. I'll let you know if its wider.

    • Slava-Zone, the wide underwire trick doesn’t work too well if you have firm tissue. Hopefully you find something that works better. 😀

    Hasn't set fit

First, my measurements: They are effin' correct. The bra DOES NOT have 5.8" cup width, it's 6.7". I have no idea who measured a random Gorsenia bra in this size as that narrow but that is absolutely incorrect for this bra. To get a measurement of 5.8" I would have to measure 1/3 of the way up from the bottom of the underwire. And yes, it is deeper and taller in cup and snugger in band than the extrapolated measurements insist. I am ridiculously meticulous with measuring and it honestly pisses me off that my measurements are sometimes ignored - in one case the person I had bought ... a bra from had measured the cup 0.5" narrower than it actually was which made it a bad fit for me, and Bratabase still ignores my measurement in favor of theirs. Okay, rant over.

Appearance: While it looks lilac on the promotional image, cups, straps, band and hardware are actually a cool beige color made of a semi-matte fabric, a good nude for lighter cool-toned skin. The embroidery isn't as dark either, the larger flowers are a lighter purple with silver metallic threads throughout, the rest of the embroidery is a near-white silvery color. It's difficult to capture the colors in photo. The bra is embroidered in the sheer upper section of the cup, along the gore, and along the bottom of the band almost halfway of the cup. The center gore is also decorated with a large light lilac bow and pretty prominent floral bling. The bows at the strap attachment are smaller in matching color. The straps have a soft picot trim and are continued in the back along the strap platform. The bra combines a very minimalist overall look with a relatively bold embroidery choice - I don't often see metallic thread used.

Construction: Bottom section of the cup is a one layer strong non-stretch woven fabric. The upper section has two layers of sheer mesh. The mesh material is the same, the inner layer remains stretchy (only vertical stretch) the upper layer doesn't have any stretch due to embroidery. The seam along the cup edge is further stabilized with a strip of siliconey/plasticky material. I have no idea what it is but it's not uncommon to find it there. The gore is also made of the same two layers of mesh. The inside of the gore is more interesting, the elastic is cut and overlapped to achieve a sharper curve along the bottom of the band there. The band up to the side boning uses the same non-stretch woven material as in the bottom section of the cup, and is backed with one layer of the mesh used for the upper cup section. Side boning is very soft and the tips are tucked under the elastic (I love when manufacturers do that). The rest of the band is powermesh, the inside edge along the strap platform is unfinished. Three rows of hooks and eyes.

Fit: Fits between a 28HH and 30H. Really quite snug in band. I got the bra with the intention to wear it with an extender but it's too small even then. The cups are rather wide, and deep. I think there are two versions of the unlined Gorsenia, one being wider and taller, and the other a bit shorter and narrower all over. Both equally deep and friendly towards fullness, especially at the wire and gore, but somewhat on the top too.

    • Gorgeous bra! Sorry it doesn't fit. I love the metallic thread too.
And I know how you feel about the measurements things. I'm really meticulous too and I notice most people take the measurements how they think it should be taken as opposed to following the pictures provided on the measurement from. The only measurements that have any "opinion" about them is cup height and maybe cup depth. Cup Height because some people take the tallest possible measurement while others pick the center of the cup and cup depth because I don't think the under wires should be warping while taking this measurement but some say that it doesn't matter if their warping it must be the most completely stretched, warped wires , fabric threads showing stretched to get cup depth.
After reading here that some gorsenia bras run tight in the band then I will likely give them a shot.

    • 3

Giggle. You'll find a similar rant in my Gorsenia reviews. There ARE TWO fundamentally different, unlined balconette patterns. My hypothesis is K000-K199 are significantly wider than K200+ models. Maddening that the measurements are confounded.

Sincerely, thank you for adding measurements!!

    • 2

Extrapolated measurements and user error are the top reasons I basically ignore most BTB measurements unless there’s a large sample and a consistent trend I can put some weight into (example Cleo Marcie). I still contribute them, as it’s the goal of this site, but I find others measurements difficult to trust. I stick to brands/cuts I’ve tried or are widely known to fit a certain way based on reviews & photos.

    • LeProfessor - they do, but the bands seem to stretch out kinda fast, that's why I went down in band from what I normally wear.

    • Unfortunately for me blubblub I have no choose for sizing down as I should be wearing a 28 band, but many polish brands (i.e. gorsenia, Gaia, nessa, etc.) do not go lower than a 30 band. So just learning that they're firm at all is exciting for me.
And @Icl0706 this is the way I look at the measurements here on BtB. I check 'm out, see if they make sense (no jumping from a large cup depth for 30E at 9" then a 30F being 8.2" or some nonsense). Then I go in and look at whom inputted the distinct measurements. Then I go to their profile and look through the other measurements that they have inputted to see if their accurate (at least for the brands I'm more acquainted with), I also take their reputation into account and see if they talk about any measurements that may be outliers in their reviews. This helps me make a correct assumption on the accuracy of the measurements.

I had to alter the band by removing the clasps and cutting the band to where the straps start. I also took in the band about a cm under the armpit by folding the fabric and sewing. This bra is very projected especially close to the top so it gaps for me. This bra is made for fuller breast then mine. The straps are really wide set and bother my arms. I might move them in closer by folding the cup inward to help alleviate this and lessen the gaping. The gore ok and the wire width is good. I would prefer if this bra was more toffee color rather then peach to match my skin tone better. The cups are pretty pointy, I can't wear it with thin stretch shirts because the horizontal seam show too much. The straps are removable and can be made into a racer back but due to the length of my back and the straps being just long enough it will not work for me.

Nathalie is lovelier in person than my pictures can show, really just beautiful. And yet she is at once soft and supportive.

The 75 band fits my 33.5" underbust firmly but is not too tight. The cups are very, very tall, too tall for me, so I need to size down from my usual UK size. It looks like Gorsenia is another of those brands that expands vertically as cup size goes up. I look forward to trying Nathalie in 75H.

    Fits

One of the best bras I have tried on my search to find a bra that fits. I discovered that half cup styles seem to work well overall, but struggled to find an ideal fit. Freya half cup style cups and gores were too wide. Comexin half cups did not offer enough projection in my size. Many non-padded styles were either too projected or too shallow. After trying many bras, I decided I needed something to accommodate immediate projection with average overall projection, tall roots with shallowness on top, center fullness, and average to slightly narrow roots. Enter the Patti, which offers adequate projection, good match of wire shape to my root shape, and a narrow enough gore. The 30 band is a tad snug on me (underbust = 30), but the 32 was too loose.

The padded version of Grace by Gorsenia is gorgeous! Sadly this is the largest size in this bra and even then my larger side is having slight quadding. Really wish it came in a higher than G cup and this is the only padded up to G that I could find. Good things about this bra? The lace overlay is smooth and it comes with cookie pockets for asymmetry correction or to add more boost. The band in this is firmer than the soft cup style so I will need an extender to start. Would be great if the band was wider too! It does suit FOB and a pendulous shape just great.

This is a very nice bra I got from Jagna.pl, in their up to 60% off Gorsenia sale. Actually, I got a total of three Gorsenia bras! They all fit the same! I've only ordered the same size, 70I, in Gorsenia and they're all consistent, but I chose the styles that are good for a full on bottom shape. I measure about 32GG UK, FOB shape, narrow and center-full boobs.
Gorsenia bands are quite stretchy, and they're different from the two Nessa bras I tried out recently. I definitely prefer a 70 band. This beige is the perfect nude for me, even though I know I'm channeling Casper, the friendly ghost!

Yet another binge purchase hard on the heels of a shitty painful trip to cleo-land. Honestly wtf.

Where you see a catastrophic fugly fit, I feel nothing but relief from the crappiest (american) bras on earth.

Took out the tiny wires & replaced with #40 plunges. Hand basted down the weirdly pointy 'long nipple' sack at the center of the cup. Mild reduction in the band. Success.

It worked for exactly 3 weeks then somehow my gd sonafa shitass ginomous psycho ETERNALLY WIDE 1.5" deep root just grew wider by a few more inches to fuck this up for me too. Why? Were ... we NOT already having enough orange-in-a-glass fun, between needing ultra short lower cup height, maximum immediate depth issues & ominously high & not flat but definitely not concave upper root?

    The fuck.

Where are the freaking madhouse wide cups with bare minimum at least an inch immediate direct outward depth and all the FOT allowance. The rest can be a 5" wide flat sheet for all I care, just... I need to know. So I can throw everything away, and go home to my people where they build things for this crazy set of nonfat sacks.

TLDR: I bought this bra in 70G and 70F, they were on sale so it was an experiment, but too wide set straps and incorrect cup depth didn’t work out in the end. I’ve been thinking Balconette styles by Gorsenia are a better fit than Full Cup styles, but it hasn’t quite worked out in my favor consistently yet.

    QUALITY
Excellent quality from Gorsenia. Solid seams, sturdy fabric, nice and sturdy yet flexible wires.

    FIT
OK. The cups were too big in this size, but too small in the previous size, so the scaling must be a little wonky on this bra.
The straps were even wider in this size ... and to add to that, pretty wide set, so they were cutting into my ToS and would probably slide off if I wore the bra for a few hours.

    DESIGN
This bra is really pretty! Which is why I purchased it. The bottom half of the cup has black fabric with greyish-silver abstract marble or floral patterns. The top half is black mesh and the ruffles along the cup edge really caught my attention here, they had a really nice shape and weren’t annoying. There’s no ruffles on the bottom of the bra lining the band, which is nice since they tend to roll into my skin and just irritate it a little.
The gore has the traditional Gorsenia charm, a little black bow and is all mesh. The point where the strap meets the cup also has a cute little bow on each side, traditional for Gorsenia.

When I first tried on this bra, my immediate reaction was “Wow, I could put someone’s eye out”! But my guy walked in and said “Wow, that looks GREAT!” So I tried on a blouse to see how it would look in it’s natural habitat (under clothing!). This bra corrals my breasts firmly into place. I like the projected look; it’s slimming, especially in a fitted outfit. A wider underwire allows more spread. I have had this bra for a couple of years, and wear it about once or twice a month. I only hand wash and air dry. The band has stretched only slightly. If ... I gain a few pounds, I use a bra extender with good results. My shape had changed (gravity!), but this is still my favorite bra. I wouldn’t call it super comfortable, but I like the support. It’s not a “vacation in the tropics” bra, but more of an “out on the town” bra. I have a few @gorsenia bras, but this @75F - Gorsenia » Caren (K447) is my favorite. Bratabase really helped me to understand bras and breasts and how to find the right brand and fit for ME. Some may not like the “corralled” feeling that the narrow underwire provides. Any other narrow wire lovers out there? I’d love to know what your favorite bras are.

    • yesss. I love the narrow underwires of Comexim. The first time I tried them, I thought to myself "this bra makes me boobs look so youthful." LOL. And I have not looked back, lol.

I know some people prefer the wider wires of the UK bras, I do not. I understand it's a matter of preference, but I don't like that shape of pushing the breast tissue to the side and making my breasts look wider. I think it's very aging, TBH. But to each their own...There is really a whole world beyond UK bras. Not sure that many in western world understand that? Lol.

BraOdyssey : “Me boobs”, I just figured you were a pirate! lol
Totally agree with you regarding width and spread. I should give @Comexim another shot. Tried once but ordered too small and almost strangled myself.
I have had the crazy thought of buying narrow wires and replacing those of a wider set bra. Wonder if anyone has had success with this?
I have yet to find a smooth, unlined bra with narrow wires. @Wacoal Barely There with the front closure comes close. Maybe I’ll use it with narrow wires from an old @Gorsenia to create the “Frankenbra”.

    80L

    Didn't fit

Normal UK size is 34HH (in Curvy Kate)
    Initial try on:
    "L80"
Fits mostly comfortably and somewhat like other Polish brands I've tried (EM & Comexim). I've gotten 80HH from EM (a little small) and 80M from Comexim (about right). This 80L seems about the right volume, maybe less than a cupsize large? (Hard to tell because it's a shape mismatch. it wants me to have much more outer tissue and much less center/projected tissue.) If I add cut and sew foam it would probably be the right volume. More than the wrong size I think the cup shape is off. The outer wire is definitely on my side much more ... than next to my root and the top panel of the cup would need about a inch deep by 1.5 inch long outside dart to just bring in the perimeter by the center of the cup to fit perfectly there. After the edge of the cup it fits better visually. I do think some of it is that this cup may be for someone a little more FOT than me, or less immediately projected. There is some strain at the center of the cup where my tissue is compacted.
The shoulder straps are too wide. Actually, if I hold them out, the bra cups actually fit much better, no wrinkle or center front dart needed. Moving the straps however changes the strain and shapes It would need 1 inch by 3 inched deep taken out of the outer cup and maybe that much added into the center bottom. I think this might just be made for someone that's broader than me and narrower front to back. If my shoulders were 3-4 inches wider on both sides, this sits much better.
There is no immediate pain in my sternum (a common fit issue for me), however I think this may have a little pressure at the gore where it might hurt at the end of a long day- its hard to tell. After trying it on for a ten minutes the lace at least feels abrasive to my arm. Without a good fit, and likely adjusting all day, this probably isnt a good one to keep.
It does feel supportive. It's not unattractive, however there is some gapping at centerfront and other places of strainlines where the cup shape isnt quite right, so it doesnt look particularly great.
This says the UK equivalent of the 80 band is 36. It's definitely tighter than some 34's I have and tighter than my Comexim 80's. I dont know if it stretches out over a few wears, runs small, or is just a bad conversion.
I also don't really think the increased cup depth in this bra is due to more projection compared to the other Polish brands. I would say it's less projected and much wider, and the width is increasing that number.

    Fabric
The color looked much prettier online. It's still Navy with copper and light blue accents, but the base fabric is a navy mesh with an orange print over a plain navy mesh, and only the top half of the cup as a shiney embroidery. The embroidery is weird Navy/light Blue/Copper(and random smaller spots of darker copper/baby pink/maroon) multicolored with the color placements seemingly not corresponding to the design at all. While the stitching looks like a satin stitch, so this is definitely thread embroidered, the color placement almost makes it look like it was trimmed out of a piece of very patterned fabric and appliqued on. Its really weird.
The fabric is stiff and not soft. its not quite abrasive or itchy to me just trying it on, but it's not comfortable, and I think it would get to be irritating after a whole day of wearing it.

I would need to modify this to wear it. I'm not sure if changing a cup size at all would help because it may just be made for a broader person with my same measurements. To modify it I would need to move in the outer edge of the cup's wire and also solve the strap placement and top of cup perimeter. I dont think it's worth it with this fabric's feel. Im not sure if I want to try more bras from the maker or just call it a shape mismatch.

    • Thank you for such a detailed review of this bra!! I've been meaning to buy it since it came out on the web store a couple months ago, but judging by your review and the web store's 3 customer reviews, I think I'll have to size up in the band and then hope for the best. The ABTF calculator places me at 30FF, but Gorsenia fits me the best in 32 bands - but going by reviews of this I'll have to size up to 34.

This bra is entirely too wide! I think for this bra you need to size down. It’s very very pretty.

Too bad it doesn't fit, it does look super pretty!

So I seemed to remember a notification for Gorsenia on Brastop.com: just googled and indeed, they say "This Brand Runs Deep In The Cup. We Suggest A Cup Size Down For The Best Fit E.G. 34G To 34FF"

Good to know for future reference (but if only all brands fit similarly, right??)

    • I sized down in my gorsenia that I tried and it was still too big haha. I think not only do they run big they also run very tall and super differently from any other polish. When I think of polish fits, gorsenia is far away. They feel like a brand that's trying to do UK bras but failing. Eh.

My shape: roundish, average projection, low on chest, close set when supported, even top/bottom fullness, outer full, low nipples, slightly east-west, asymmetrical by 1/2 to 1 cup size.

This bra is gorgeous, high quality, and beautifully made. I absolutely love the pastel floral print. The outside material is amazingly soft and silky. It's not shiny, which I love. The bows on the upper cup and gore are small and understated. There's a cute little blue jewel charm on the gore. The two-part cups have non-stretch lace on top and are lined with soft white material, which makes the pretty colors really pop. Not one ... itchy seam to be found here, and no loose threads. Very comfortable, nothing pokes or rubs, and I had no issue with the length of the wires. The back band is slightly sheer and has some stretch but not too much. It's lovely and I really wish I could wear it. Unfortunately it just doesn't work with my asymmetry, and it's one cup size too big.

The bad fits snugly, but the gore doesn't quite tack, which is strange since the cups seem too large. Once I had settled into it a bit, the lace was almost flat on my larger breast, and the bottom of the cup was filled ok. On my smaller side, however, there was large amount of empty space on top, a smaller amount of space on the bottom, and the lace gaped pretty significantly. SIGH. I think this bra would be great for someone FoT who needs a deeper cup than I do.

Oh wee. This bra doesn’t match my shape at all! The cups on this bra are very shallow and very wide! Wires go an inch and a half past where my boob ends on the side. The band is a wonderful firm 30/65. The color nude is a pinky-nude and would look great on very fair skin tones. The outer fabric on the cups is as sewn very well against the inner cup. Straps are detachable from both front and back, allowing for many ways to configure them under different kinds of outfits. But due to the wide cups they sit way too far apart for me and cause some quad-boob. Had this bra had narrower wires with more projected cups it would probably have been a favorite of mine. But sadly it has to go back.

About me: center full and close set, full on bottom with tall sloping roots that make me functionally even in some respects, narrow and projected

About the bra: seemless sheer-ish foam cups that are wonderfully narrow and deep (I'll have to compare measurements, but I think it's comparable to Simena); band is tighter and less itchy than some gorsenias I've tried, but it doesn't have uniform stretch? Tension? The elastic is tighter than the band.

I am so torn about this bra. It has so much that works more me that few other bras do:
    * the cup separation isn't too splayed, so I have enough room at the center ... and the wires don't sit on any tissue;
    * the cups are beautifully narrow U shapes that don't come up too high for me;
    * the fabric disappears on me, making it an option for t shirts (which I currently lack).

    And now the cons:
    * The cup height/strap placement combo cuts in above my arm pits;
    * The fabric is texturally awful for me personally - if you have sensory issues with things with ridges, this may be a problem for you;
    * The bottom elastic on the band is tighter than the band overall, making it cut in.

Who would this work for? Someone like me (see above) who is taller or has more padding or a better tolerance for stuff rubbing above the arm pits and who wouldn't mind an extender until the bottom elastic on the band chills out a bit.

I'm contemplating modifying this somehow because the cups are so perfect and that's so rare for me to find, but even if I did have the skill level (I don't), I'm pretty sure I can't handle working with that fabric for any length of time.

About me: center full and close set, full on bottom with tall, gradually sloping roots that make me functionally even in some respects, narrow and projected

Holy straps in my arm pits, bat man! These cups are wider than I need, plus my having a short torso, plus the placement of the straps makes this bra a nonstarter for me. It's a shame because it's got plenty of center and (I think) immediate projection, which I really need. The gore is close enough together and the splay at the bottom isn't very far out, which helps with the amount of room at the center. I ... can't speak to how it would wear over time because it was too ridiculous proportions-wise to wear for more than trying on.

The bra itself is quite lovely. It's a cream/beige 3 part cup that's stiffer than Freya half cups, probably on par with Comexim, which I appreciate because it feels sturdier and more supportive to me. Then, on top of the beige, there's a black and metallic silvery-beige lace that looks nice IMO. The band isn't overly stretchy like I've encountered with some Gorsenias.

I think this bra would work better for someone who is taller/taller in the torso than I am. That may cut down on the cutting in, but maybe not.

Editing to add: it has cookie pockets, too! Can't believe I forgot. My first bra with them!

    • It’s such a lovely looking bra. So sorry it didn’t work out for you. I found that their vertical seamed bras are wider and shallower compared to their three part cups. The one I have also has straps that are rather far apart. Because of this I don’t reach for it much.

    • 1

      Happy2BraShop thank you <3

I was hoping it might be a Comexim dupe, and maybe it is and I just need a different size? But at least I was able to add a bra and info that wasn't already on here. Does that make it uncharted territory and therefore my boobs are like Lewis and Clark? XD

    • Bootyfoots Hahaha I just laughed and almost spit my coffee out out at “therefore my boobs are like Lewis and Clark” haha
I do love the brand and it’s worth trying a size down to see if you can get a better fit in this cut. With the similar one I have I sized down a cup and found it worked. Which was cool because they didn’t make an “I” cup if I remember.
I just ordered a Gorsenia Fantasy half-padded bra. Also new and not listed on here yet. Luckily that one was made in my size, considering that style is usually cut off at an “H” cup.
If only we could wave a magic wand and have the perfect size to fit without all the trial and error.

WOW, a bra that fits, lifts, projects and doesn’t gape at the top. This bra has a deep, narrow cup that holds all my breast tissue and gives me a great shape.

I found the pictured Gorsenia bra on Zulily. It was priced at such a discount, I went for it. I put it on, correctly, and looked in the mirror. At first I thought “Holy cow, I could put someone’s eye out!” Then my husband came in and said “Wow! That looks great!” Dang if he wasn’t right. I put a T-shirt on and I loved the way I looked! I always thought my large breasts made me look heavier than I am. This bra puts them in their place and makes me look thinner! I like the projection, and lack of East-West spread. After wearing it for a few weeks, and washing by hand a few times, it still holds it's shape. the band loosened up a bit, which was a good thing.

I just wish this came in more colors!

I've been looking at this model i my size, as well, and they have similar full-lace bras like the Caren, but in two different colors:

    Didn't fit

So I gave Gorsenia a try since this one and the other I'll be reviewing ran large in the cups. Although this is the case, the cups are still too small.. but they're also too big at the same time. It's a bit of a wonky construction if you ask me.

The wires are too wide, so there's empty space along the side of the cups (under my arms).
The top of the cups have too much fabric (or maybe my short roots can't fill it?)
My pendulous breasts REALLY pull the cups down, which in turn makes the band ride up. Not a good combination.
The seam on the cups cut into my tissue on both cups. My firmer tissue on my right breast has alot more of a glaring issue than my softer and bigger side.

It's just a weird bra in terms of fit for me. :/

Oh dear, shame it doesn't fit! It's not pendulousness per se that is making the band ride up--it's probably due to the fact that a too-large cup, with extra unfilled fabric on the sides and elsewhere, effectively makes the whole bra fit looser. Too-large cups also reduces the surface tension of the cup and can create this weird effect of the seams looking like they're indenting your tissue. If you like it a lot perhaps a cup down would be worth trying?

Sorry this one doesn’t work for you.

    • 2

wendybien I don't think sizing down is going to fix the problem as it's just going to cut further into my super soft tissue.

@mamapagan Haha, true! Maybe it'll work better for someone else! :)

@sovavosi Hey, that's okay. At least I know now! :)

    • 1

isn't it "interesting" how they can fit and function in different size ranges? I love Gorsenias...their wires are just as narrow as EM in my size and they are so light.

    • 2

AprilGoulding Many brands fail to meet the mark at the upper limit of their cup ranges, so we at this range are used to our experiences not matching other ranges.
Part of it is "guess" or "assumption" scaling instead of actual live bodies to test the bras on. This is often problematic for us. The general rules than may apply to other ranges rarely do in ours. :-/

    • 1

AprilGoulding Interesting is definitely a word for it 🤣 it's such a shame because I actually really like it. It's such a nice shade of yellow. Very spring-timey :p I'm very happy your Gorsenias work!

      @mamapagan True. :)

    • 2

Yes...I've noticed from you girls how different it is in your size range.
I think there's a couple of thresholds for us with small bands especially...one where the cup exceeds DD and then again where it exceeds H/I-ish.
Hmmmmmm...you think they'd be smart and use live fit models. Its not like you're THAT rare.

    • 2

AprilGoulding With several of us right here on BtB, I agree! 😄

    • 3

Yep. It can get a little ridiculous. I've got to say, I've noticed the hurdle with other bra brands myself. Most can't make it over to ours safely without lots of.. crashes 😋

I'd be more than willing to help out. Bra science, man.

    • 3

Me too. I got annoyed when Her Room said conical breasts don't exist over a C cup. I guess I don't exist, no need to make anything fit me 🙄

A really pretty bra! I love Gorsenia's attention to detail. It has gorgeous black and dark salmon lace that match the cup and straps. It's a full cup, which means the top of the cup is a little loose and the bottom is almost too tight - typical for me. If you're close set, you might have a problem with the gore overlapping like I do, and it can be stabby. The wires seem wide (not at as wide as Curvy Kate for reference), and the straps sit wide as well. This is annoying because they're always sliding off my shoulders. The sides of the cup also run really high into my armpits. It's not the perfect fit for me but it's adequate. It gives a nice rounded appearance under clothes. The prettiness makes up for some of the fit issues.
