This bra is brilliant, I've previously tried a Ewa FB (too big in everyway) and Ewa S (not enough projection and wires too wide).
I've spent the last 7 years living in Royce Nursing bras, so it was odd going back into wires.
I took advice on size from Ewa, but it took a couple of goes to get it correct.
My boobs walk into a room before me, lift is amazing, no more sad boobs. I now have two in "nude" and have ordered some coloured ones

I have a longer review for my 75JJ - Ewa Michalak » Sm Kankan (771) , but there are a few details specific to the 75K that I think are important to know.
1) This is a very tight 75; I feel a constant, uncomfortable pressure on my ribs at my IMF. I didn't notice this with the 75JJ KanKan. (For comparison, all Panache 34 bands fit me well and I can take a 32 band in Curvy Kate if necessary.)
2) The straps are quite far apart. They stayed up, but I found them uncomfortable and awkward. I have never before had a bra (Panache, Cleo, or ... Curvy Kate) with straps that felt too far apart, so I think I have fairly broad shoulders.
3) While the wires are still pretty narrow, the fabric of the cup seems wide. This doesn't work well for me, as I hate it when I feel like my boobs are getting in the way of my arms. However, it might be worth experimenting with if you have omega roots. I'm not an expert, but it seems to me that cups wider than their own wires could fit an omega shape nicely.

This bra fits fairly well, although the cup is a bit small so I end up with very /slight/ quad boobing. It's probably the best fitting bra I own, although the center gore does not lie flat. It's quite comfortable and keeps my boobs from moving too much throughout the day. I like it quite a lot

Overall this bra fits very well! There is a little bit of spillage with one of the cups, but it's no real issue. This was my first time ordering from Ewa Michalak, so next time I'll be sure to order just a cup size bigger. I have nothing bad to say about it, it's the best fitting bra I've ever had, the gore tacks perfectly, the support is amazing. I love it.

This is the most beautiful bra I have ever owned. It feels like a shame to put a shirt over it. I don't have a lot of experience with the SM series, but it feels like a tight band for a 75 and an average fit in the cups compared to others in the series.
I find EM's band material to be somewhat uncomfortable and irritating, and so this whole bra is a little uncomfortable to me because it feels a little tight and itchy but I'm thinking that will go with wear. I stay in place all day with this bra. There were some threads from here and there on the embroidery but EM seriously out did herself this time with the design. And did I mention it was beautiful?
Oh one other small con would be that the straps gape, though I think this has something to do with my highset breasts and/or short root?

I ordered this bra around New Year's eve on sale. After some success with a 75JJ in the Pl style and 75K in the S style. This fits a little better than my other S, but quite close otherwise. At first I was taken aback by just how "big" the bra seemed, like how could I ever fill this up? But the design pulls my breasts front and center with a less wide shape than I have grown used to looking at.
It's a lovely black bra with a small amount of black lace on nude embellishments. I like the little ornate bow on the gore. The straps ... are sturdy, and as I am finding with Ewa bras they take a little effort to adjust (though I realize it keeps them from loosening on their own!).
The gore is higher than a Pl, but it feels lower than most of my other bras. It sits quite comfortably against my sternum. The cups are lined and have pads to correct asymmetry, which also give a little extra oomph. The wires are narrower than some, but just great for me! No more wire in the armpit! I love the smooth and uplifted shape this bra gives me. I'm super pleased to have a sexy, yet simple, black bra to add to my wardrobe.

I initially ordered this in 75J, which seemed about 2 sizes too small. This fits better, though maybe 1/2 sizes too big. Hard to say. I think the S style may just not be for me.
It's very cute, I love the stripes and the little tie in between the cups on the gore.
After scooping and swooping, I nearly fill it out. I feel like I have to really work hard to move my breasts around to fit it, and they feel like they are going to slip out a bit in the middle almost. The bottoms of the cups do wrinkle a little when I initially put ... it on, though I can get it to smoothe down after s&sing.
Wires are narrow, gore tacks comfortably. Straps are sturdy and a little tough to adjust, but they are supportive. The band feels tighter on this than my 75JJ Pl bra from Ewa. I feel that the straps may be a bit too wide for me, which is what is causing gaping at the armpit. I think if they were slightly narrower it would fit better.
Edited to add: I tightened the straps today and REALLY made sure to get all of my breast tissue into the cups and it fits better now. I still feel that the Pl cut is better for me, but the S is not a bad option.

I love this bra all except the straps, which are a nightmare!
Am I the only one with this issue? No matter how long or shortened they are, they roll so they are so thin and dig like no tomorrow. In the 80k they did this as well. I do not care for straps that are so stretchy, I plan to replace or see on something less stretchy. Now this is not to say I need super padded straps that are extra wide, just very minimal stretch in a strap.
The cups seem like they run larger then my 75KK - Ewa ... Michalak » S Pieprzyk (473) this could seem even more so because the straps stretch, and the straps are barely long enough on that one for me.
The quality overall is high not factoring the straps, although the Klik Klak nursing clips are the best and easy one-handing.. The black cotton lined bra is covered in a stretchy satin finish bathing suit like material over a thin padding that doesn't stretch, just enough to conceal prominent yet sensitive nipples.
I'm hoping it will be more supportive and comfortable with minimal stretch, non-rolling straps. Most nursing bras have a huge amount of stretch and don't provide good support while being so high in the gore and straps so wide you have to forget about ever wearing anything but the highest neck tops and dresses possible. Hard enough finding them in my size let alone look nice. By far the best and only pre-made nursing bra I've come across in my size range. Please fix the straps Ewa! I want to buy a ton of these bras with better straps.

The cup runs similar to other S bras, but the back definitely is tighter, a full band size I'd say. The straps are only half adjustale, because they are a little padded, which is very comfy.
