If you are ever in the vicinity of Phoenix, Arizona, I urge you to check out Nordstrom's Last Chance store. Now, this is a place for what I would call the shopping adventurous type in that you never know what you will find or what condition it will be in. Stains, ripped seams, etc. However! They always seem to have ... a fresh supply of bras... and these bras go for $4.00. Now, I think often times these are bras that are returned with the tags off and stuff, so you really have to inspect them to make sure they aren't too worn, lol.
But! The most common sizes I see are in the 32DD, DDD and F range. There's also some larger sizes as well. Not too many 30 bands, but for what it's worth, I bought my first bra with a 30 band there, as well as my first 32DD --which got me to thinking about what my true bra size was.
It's a total crap shoot, but I find it to be worth it. I scored a Freya Deco in my size range there, for $4 - how could I not buy it? Other brands I've spotted are Panache, Wacoal, Natori, Chantelle and Fayreform. If you are a bargain hunter like me, this is like a bra treasure hunt!

This map might help you: https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&t=h&oe=UTF8&msa=0&msid=206610789315291855173.00045c1efb1b90e69aa60 Some stores that carries bra in Poland also have BiuBiu which might help atleast, and most places have websites with more info. I know Ewa Michalak has fittings if you make arrangements before in advance with quite a bit of notice.
