Can anyone give a sports bra suggestion? I usually wear the Panache Sport and just wear a bra or two over it for extra support (because the biggest size they make is an H cup) but I think the band isn't working for me anymore and I'm losing major support (my breasts are falling out of the bottom without adjustments ... throughout the day and I have to hook it to make it racer-back to get any support). I think me losing weight is causing most of the ill fit-before I could wear the 34H and get enough support to not make my back hurt but I'm having serious issues now.
Also, being at a smaller body size without losing much bust sucks. Basically what losing weight has done is to make me unable to carry the weight of my breast. I'm getting headaches almost everyday and upper back pain (and neck pain). None of my bras fit even a little bit anymore-I'm in desperate need of some serious support. I have a few bras in mind to buy but I'm unsure of sizing! So when May gets here, I'm going to buy maybe 2 different bras from brastop (they have a Kris Line and I really want to try it) so that I can get started finding my size again.

Oh me too.I need to buy new straps (or make them),for an older EM I have,I'm going to use ribbon or lace to connect the old strap position to the new so the shape won't get messed up.That will be my practice one and if it works with that one I'll do others.
I so hate that too!. Does anyone know of some tutorials on how to alter too wide straps?
So us women who have (not small at all) boobies, but have narrow or sloped or petite shoulders can learn how to move the straps on a bra w/o ruining the bra?
Thank you bmille40 for bringing this up! I know of at least 5 women who have this issue.
And thank you anyone who can show us how we can alter straps. :)
