If you're looking for a beautiful, sexy, not-at-all practical bra, this might be a good one to check out. The eyelash lace at the top of the cups is simply gorgeous, and the rest of the bra is a satiny fabric. While the half-cup style makes this bra impractical for day-to-day wear (the fabric part of the cups comes just up to the nipple line on me, leaving a good chance of nipple slips), it imparts a good amount of support and lift. The straps are split in the front, attached to patterned elastic in the back, making them very comfortable. This bra fit me well for the ... most part, despite being a cup size too large (I normally wear a 28E/30DD), so I would suggest going up at least a cup size. The band doesn't seem to have a lot of stretch, so I would consider sizing up in that regard as well. The only thing about this bra that wasn't a hit for me was the cut of the lace- I just didn't fill it out well and I think it's because I don't have a lot of volume on top.

This bra is the most terrible bra I've put on my body in a long time. It is extremely uncomfortable, and near impossible to put on. It gives a VERY east-west/ pointy look. The part where the lace lies is completely flattened out, giving a very rigid, odd and angular shape to my breasts.

I wanted to take chance on this bra because of it's beautiful vintage look. Not to mention I love longline bras. So some positives: it is beautiful (off my boobs), the fabric is soft, the longline part has boning so it doesn't roll up. Also, this fits true to size.

    But really..not a fan.

This bra is beautiful and I wanted to love it, but sadly I could not get it to work. I originally went for my usual size - a 30f - but the bra was too small all around. I sized up to a 32f and the fit was not much better. The band fit well, but that's where it ended. The cups gaped at the top and the center gore wouldn't stay flat. I'm pretty sure this is partially due to the fact that the straps are not fully adjustable. However, since this is supposed to be multiway that shouldn't have been a problem. The bra didn't provide much support without the straps.

First off I have to say I was super stoked to recieve this bra! I just recently began my properly fitting bra adventures, and have learned that there are not many padded bras made in my size https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I just prefer a little padding in there. The padding on this bra in my opinon is just about right. Its not super thick, but enough for that added layer of protection. I had read previous reviews that recommended going up a band and cup size so I ordered a 38JJ. This was before I realized I should be wearing a ... 34 band in most bras instead of a 36. Sadly this size is just too big for me, I dont quite fill the sides and top of the cup. I had to fasten the band on the tightest hook to keep it from sliding up, but could still fit my whole hand between the band and my back. I did love how secure I felt in this bra, the band felt very supportive and firm despite it being to big. The gore laid pretty flat and didn't seem to poke or jab me in the few minutes I had it on. The shoulder staps were comfy and didn;t dig in. The wires seemed a bit high under my arm, but I am hoping that this has to do with the too big size. I ordered the red and black and it is a very bold and sexy looking bra with a retro feel, I personally love that style, but realize its not for everyone. I have already ordered a 36JJ and a 36J, I'm hoping one of those will be the right fit because I really love the features and looks of this bra. I believe with the right fit it has the potential to be very comfortable.

I tried this bra because I have a Parfait Jeanie and love it. This bra didn't work for me even though it's the same size as my Jeanie. The band was a bit looser, though not by much. The biggest problem was that the cups seemed to come up higher on my chest, and I didn't fill out the very top. The cups were also slightly deeper than the Jeanie. I would size down to a 30C if those were available. I wouldn't suggest this bra if you are shallow unless you are able to go down a cup size.

Really cute, soft, pretty. Band feels secure not a lot of stretch to it. I don't fill out the top of this cup however. It's fairly molded and my breasts are not full on top at all. This one has to go back.

This is a really cute bra, but unfortunately, the shape wasn't quite right for me. It seems like it would work best for full on bottom shapes, as it cut into my breast tissue slightly, and I'm more even leaning to full on top. The cups were sitting on breast tissue a bit on the side (I have wide roots), so those with narrow roots might find it perfect. The gore was also just a tad too wide. Compared to my other 30D Parfait bra, the Jeanie, the band was looser. It might work for me if I sized up to a 30DD, but I'm on the hunt for practical t-shirt bras right now, and this one doesn't work for that purpose.

Lovely bra as far as looks and craftmanship go - the fit is more tricky. This size (30FF) is probably a bit too big on me. I need to adjust the straps very short to bring the cups high enough not to gape terribly. This puts the cups right up into my armpits however, which is not very comfortable. The non-padded upper part of the cups is very stretchy lace, which is not a great fit for soft breast tissue.

The underwires are the sturdiest (won't distort) I've ever come across in a bra. The band is tight for a 30, I'd say it fits like a Freya 28.

I love the style of this bra and will definitely give the brand another try, but in a bigger cup size. The cups are just far too small for me and I get a pretty massive quadraboob effect, haha.

This brand don't go down to 28 bands but the 30 band comes up fairly small, and I would say that the 30 band would be fine for most 28ers. You'll most likely need to go up a couple of cup sizes though!

The straps are quite wideset and it becomes uncomfortable for me by the end of a day, which I think is also partly due to the embroidery ... on the lower part of the straps rubbing against my arm.

I was hoping to sell this or exchange for a larger size, but unfortunately I just noticed that one of the straps is slightly coming away from the cup, so that may not go down too well! But if anyone would be interested in a super cheap bra to give this brand/size a try, let me know. It could probably be sorted quite easily by anyone who is even slightly more handy than me with a needle and thread, and it doesn't affect the wearability of the bra. I marked the quality down to 'okay' due to this, as I haven't worn this bra much at all and I was quite disappointed when I just noticed the strap damage - although admittedly it's probably just because it's too small for me.

By the time I got round to uploading photos I'd moved on up to a 28G (I was a 28FF when I originally wrote the first part of this review) so this bra is way too small for me to take photos of it being worn, haha. I have included photos of the inside, the labels and the strap damage though for anyone who may be interested in purchasing.

In the pictures you will also see one that shows a small black blob - as far as I can tell this is a small piece of black thread that has come loose from somewhere and is stuck between the foam and mesh parts of the bra! I only just noticed it when taking the photos so I think it's a recent thing, or perhaps usually it's just floating about nearer the bottom and I never noticed it before.

EDIT: Please note that I have now sold this bra so ignore the bits above that refer to selling/exchanging!

Very pretty bra. I've been told Parfait has great bras. I've heard rave reviews about the Charlotte, but didn't like the design of it. This has satin and lace, so a very feminine touch. Nice thick straps, with accordion folds on part of it.

The bra was a little tight the first time I wore it, but it stretched out (as most bras do). However there was a little heart charm that was on it that came off after the first wash https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Still, it's a good bra and pretty for a beige bra.

I ordered this as a mass order from BN, hoping for a nice strapless/convertible bra, but returned because it didn't fit right. (Granted I measure 27"/35", but it was worth a shot.) Here are my impressions.

The bra as a whole is pretty comfortable: the lace doesn't itch, the band is soft, and the cups feel nice. The band fit true to size for a 32. I would say the cups run on the larger size for a 32D. The band features side boning, a strip of grippy stuff on top, and two hooks. The straps are fully adjustable and have very little stretch. If you are going to ... use them, be warned that they are a bit more off to the side and may dig in a bit. The cups are a bit wide, not very stiff, and shaped oddly. They are thick enough to prevent show-through. The shape it gives is kind of droopy and east-westy on me. Not as uplifted as one would like in a strapless.

All in all, I wouldn't suggest this to a friend because of the strange shape and the fact that there's only grippy stuff on the top of the wing in back.

This bra fits my larger boob almost perfectly, but is too big for my smaller boob. I just use an insertable cup to make the bra fit on my smaller boob.

The cups are significantly bigger than the 30G... feels like more than a cup size bigger. It fits me pretty well and works under tight shirts, but the cups come up rather high. The cups are also a bit shallow for my shape... but most are.

The side support stays are AWFUL, I had to take them out to make it wearable. There is still a lump at the bottom of the seam from the channel that they were in. It makes me hesitant to buy a Parfait bra again, because from what I've seen, they all have them. I wouldn't say that it fits anymore, my boobs have grown a bit since I bought it, but it's the best-fitting one I have at the moment. The straps are very hard to adjust, but they don't move once you've got it right. They are made out of a felty kind of material which seems to hold the adjuster in place. I wish they were an inch or two closer together. Like all full-bust bras I've seen of any brand except the Panache Sport, I wish there was padding around the wire.

Bottom line, I wear it every week, but I'm not going to buy another one.

This bra is just about perfect. The band feels solid and is hard to hook on the first hooks. The gore sits low enough that it doesn't dig in and it makes my boobs sit up and front. Very nice rounded side profile, too. No more east-west boobs! I had serious quadboobing, tho so I'm reordering in both a J and a JJ until I find the perfect fit.

The tag size on this bra seems to have little to nothing to do with the actual measurements of the bra. It originally fit more like a 30E, but I loved how pretty it was (and didn't know any better), so I wore it long enough that the band stretched and I could breath in the bra. It still leaves deep red marks though, and after some breast tissue migration it looks ridiculously small. But it is very pretty, and well constructed- after a year of heavy use, it looks like it could be new- so if someone wants to suffer through the guesswork of finding one that fits, since there's little to no correlation between tag size and fit, it could be a very nice bra. Great price for a bra in this size range, too, since most of the other ones I look at tend to be $80+, and IIRC, this one was under $40.

Meh. I'm a bit disappointed by this bra. In theory, it's great: a nice nude bra with some fancy lace detailing, a go-to basic that also has a little of it's own pizzazz. In reality, "European nude" it is not - unless you count cadavers. It's definitely more "greige" than beige, some kind of no man's land between nude, taupe, and grey. Not a pretty color at all. I could have easily overlooked the color if it had a good fit, and I ought to mention the fabric is undoubtedly superb (seriously, whatever they're putting in the lycra over at Parfait, it's ... magical). But ugh, the fit.

Here's the thing: It's got this separate piece of fabric inside (I guess the kids are calling it a "sling") but I can't fathom this thing working in ANYONE's favor. Maybe if your boobs are already set close together and if they are kind of perky on their own, maybe. But it was the most bizarre looking lumps I have ever seen. Why not just make the whole inner section in the support fabric? As it is, there's a bulge where the sling drops off and my boobs succumb to gravity again. All that, plus the top edge of the fabric cuts in, and the shape is down-ward pointing (probably because they only put the non-stretch fabric in that stupid sling, and the rest of the bra is sadly stretchy. Who's idea was that?)

So, no, this bra didn't work on several different levels. I'm disappointed, because I really like my Charlotte and I was hoping Parfait had something good to offer in the non-padded department. Somebody get those silly slings out of the bras.
