I am projected with wide roots and even fullness. I got a 30E and the cups fit like they were designed for me. Incredible. I found the band not to be tight, my snug UB is 29 and it was perfect right away. So if you're in between band measurements you will probably like Panache bands. My only issue is with sloped shoulders the straps are too far apart to stay on my shoulders. Also, I think the distance is making the lace cut into my underarms a little. So not too comfortable. I actually like the shape I get under clothes. Yes, there is a seam but I got over it.
My Shape: asymmetrical, close-set, splayed, soft-tissue, projected, even fullness, tall roots
Jasmine holds, centres and lifts my breasts beautifully and surprisingly, I do not have the retro pointy-shape look but a more rounded profile. The wires encapsulate around my breasts almost perfectly - of course the smaller breast's cup is a bit too wide. The gore lies flat and comfortable, but the top tip of the gore is slightly stepping over my breasts' tissues. I was afraid that wearing a non-moulded bra would make my asymmetrical breasts be very visible but it's hardly noticeable and the stretchy lace is very accommodating to my smaller and bigger breast especially during ...fluctuation. I also love how firm the band fits.
My only concern is the wrinkles. Beside the obvious wrinkles from my smaller breast, my breasts are splay shaped and this causes slight wrinkling more towards the bottom and in between the gore. When my breasts are swollen, the bigger breast cup's folds become more prominent and this will leave indent marks on my breast. But the style, shaping and lift from Jasmine is beautiful. This is the most projection I've found in a t-shirt bra, but it still wasn't right for me. Gaping at the top, quadding in the center. Comfortable but just not the right shape for me.
This bra is extremely comfortable. I love the stretch lace at the top and the slightly rounded natural shape it gives me. I only wish it was easier to get in a 28F, as the band on the 30E is looser than I prefer, and the cups are a smidge small on certain days. I am FOB with tall, narrow roots, and average projection.
ETA: The 30 band is starting to feel much too loose, and the high gore sometimes feels like it is sitting on breast tissue. Still, one of the best fitting bras that I own and I would snap up a Clara in 28F.
This bra is the best bra I've bought. Fabric is silky and ornaments do not see through t-shirt. not scratchy, gore height does not hurt. It fits my shape, too.
Very firm band, maybe a half cup size small. Definitely takes some breaking in. Love the lifted, slightly conical shape. A little narrow for my wide roots.
This was a really comfy bra. I was worried because it felt stiff, but when I actually put it on, it was great. So pretty too, this was the first non-neutral bra I've owned. Band fits but I would prefer it to be a bit more snug. That, the gore being too wide, and need a bit more immediate projection, are my issues with it, but they're really more nitpicks - as I've been wearing more bras with wider gores my breasts are getting pushed apart more. A very comfy bra I fell asleep in a few times.
This is a very supportive bra with an inner side sling that brings the breasts toward the front. The gore is definitely higher and wider than I'd prefer. In fact, my breast tissue has become slightly wider set as a result of wearing this bra. I don't like that. My biggest complaint is that the profile gives me a triangular bullet-bra look. Not the most flattering under tees. The lace does itch by the end of the day.
This bra provides very nice support throughout the day. The inner side slings do a great job of orienting the breasts forward, although my breasts already are more forward-oriented. The drawbacks, however, include a profile that's very triangular, making it not quite flattering under form-fitting clothing. The full-stretch lace is fantastic, but the top of the lace cuts into the top of my right breast to result into a quad-boob. I also wish the gore was not quite so high. Over time, wearing this bra has actually separated my close-set breasts a tad bit! I'm not quite happy about that. Lastly, the lace does get itchy by the end of the day. Still, it's one of my most supportive bras, so I have purchased quite a few of them.
This bra seems well-made, but has an utilitarian look. I wish it would have a lace detail, a prettier shade of beige or at least a satiny fabric...
I needed a strapless bra for a special dress, so I bought this one. However, none of the strapless bras I tried did actually fit well.
The Evie was the most projected I tried and as I was slightly thinner it worked well enough... as long as I don't swoop and scoop much. It does quadboob on the top line. I would need it to be more open a bit, but still projected like this one. I tried several cup-band combinations but ...none was perfect. I did need a projected bra for that dress (a flowy one, so I needed the bust projection to make it look right) .
(I also tried the Cleo Koko in several sizes, which gave me a beautiful round "butt" cleavage but made my breasts very flat and cut on the outer part (near the armpits). I tried a lot of sizes and even when the cup was already a little empty it still cut near the armpit. It could have been my choice if the dress had a V-neckline. The Porcelain was worse than both these).
This one fits fairly well in the cup but the underwire is a bit wider than my breast. The band size is perfect so the bra stays wear it should throughout the day and it looks great under clothes, but after wearing it awhile the wire digs into my rib along the outer edge and is a little uncomfortable.
I've bought a bunch of bras at the same time a year and a half ago, and it's by far the one that goes best through time. It's also the most comfortable. I really love it, it's my favorite.
I am a fairly consistent 28E, but got this bra in the wrong size. Cups are definitely a cup too big; so that seems true to size as far as I can tell.
Sorry for the lackluster review! The cups are rather sheer in this size, and also the straps are a bit skinnier than usual Panache/Cleo bands (which are typically 1/2", these are closer to 1/3" or so).
The lower portion of the cup seems much stiffer than the upper portion, creating some serious in-cup quad on me.
I like how the top of the cup is folded over instead of sewn right at the edge. This kind of design could be kind to full on top shapes - it seems to cut in less on me.
Right now it is a miss due to the in cup quad, but I may hold onto it in case I get my weight down - I could see it fitting better then.
