I bought this bra because even though I love my seamed bras, I don't like having the seams show when I'm wearing form fitting t-shirts.

The band fit great; nice and snug, but not tight. The width and depth of the cups were fine for me. The problem I had was that the tops of the cups were cutting into me, so I got that sort of double boob effect (The second picture here: http://bratabase.com/browse/panache/porcelain-molded-seamless-underwire-3376/28E/ is what I mean).

I think going up a cup size would be too big so I'm just going to return this.

Fits better than a 32 D but cups still too small. May need up to two sizes bigger. Band feels good in a 30 or 32.

As a wide-rooted, shallower person, Panache rarely works for me, but the Clara is not too bad! The wires are not too narrow at all, they fall pointing at the middle of my armpit (although they're a nice height, they're nowhere near touching my armpit if that makes sense). The band is nice, not too snug despite what I've heard about Panache bras. I may have liked a 28 with an extender in this as I am normally a 28 and it feels a little stretchy, but the 30 is fine. The cups fit lovely, and the lace is very stretchy. Since I am shallower, there is rippling ... along the cups below the nipple, and there is a little space inside the cup at the apex on the smaller boob (my left), but it doesn't bother me too much, as I find the fit is pretty good otherwise.
I know this may not be a 'perfect' fit 100%, but it's pretty good that I would still wear it regularly. Plus the colour is beautiful. Pictures really don't do it justice!

I don't know why I have this bra. Maybe someone gave it to me to sell.

It's at least two cup sizes too small. The profile is crushed quadboob. It's bandless. I need a full band to get the lift I crave.

The color is a dusky maroon.

Too wide in the cups, and that might be contributing to the wrinkling at the apex of the cup. Also, bands are pulling the sides of the cup tight, even when fully extended. Going to try a 28DD and see if that's enough of a change.

I ordered both 30DD and 30E, knowing that the 30DD would likely be too small, but I wanted to see. Sure enough, it is much too shallow for me, but it’s a gorgeous bra. The wires measure much wider than I can normally tolerate, but for some reason, it works anyway. See my 30E review for more details.

Pretty, fits nicely. Little bit of wrinkling at the stretch lace on one side, but fits larger breast perfectly, so I'll take it. Band is supportive. Still getting used to feeling of a well-fitting band. Got this through r/braswap NWT

I think this bra looks gorgeous but it's not super comfy to wear, except the straps are comfy. This was a cup too small for me and seems to run small, the cups are made smaller and for more projected and slender/long roots.

This is one of the better t-shirt style bras I've tried, but I think a 28F might work better for me. The band is a bit loose on me and I get slight quadding after scooping and swooping, which turns into gapping after about an hour of wear. The spacer material is thin and flexible.

  11. Orianne Full Cup Bra (9405)

Narrow wires and very projected for its size. As a result, it looks kind of pointy (though I haven’t broken it in, yet), but the fit is good enough that I don’t care. The upper cup cuts in a bit, so would be great for short roots (mine are taller). Strap placement is excellent - it doesn’t dig into my armpits! Yay! The aesthetics of the bra are gorgeous. Lovely colors.

Edited: This no longer fits in the cups, which are now too small. I haven’t gained or lost weight, so my only guess is that it’s tissue migration?

The 30DD Clara is a little small on me and makes me realize that the 30DD Orianne that I have is, too. Not enough side coverage or immediate projection, and some quad boob. That being said, strap placement is great for me (close set). Beautiful aesthetic on the plum colorway. I’m keeping the 30E and sending this size back.

  14. Jasmine Balconnet Bra (6951)

Narrow wires and openness at the top of the cups are great for my narrow but somewhat tall roots. Very projected for the cup size (I don’t think this would work for shallow breasts). My only complaint is that the straps are set too wide, as they are in so many Panache bras.

My calculated size is 28E/F (28"/27"/26" underbust, 32.5-33"/34.5"/33" bust). I would describe my shape as projected, tall roots, close set, FOB, splayed roots, asymmetrical, and maaaybe narrow roots (still figuring that out).

I got the Jasmine in both 30DD and 30D to try out. I feel like because of the stretch lace, the sizing is pretty forgiving; I didn't feel like the fits of the two sizes were super different. With both, I filled out the bottom well, and they give me a nice projected shape. And with both, I had issues with my areola/nipple poking out in the top lace portion (from me being FOB) & generally being ... prone to poking through clothes/pointiness because of the unlined/unpadded nature of the bra + the fact that my nipples hit where that seam is, wrinkles on the outsides of the cups (despite not being extra space), and the gore being too wide and sitting on my breast tissue (though not uncomfortable). There's also a little bit of wrinkling/extra space in the top lace because even though I have tall roots, I am for sure full on bottom.

However, I still feel like the 30DD fit a little better, so I'll be returning the 30D. The fit issues I have are minimal enough that I'll be keeping the 30DD since I like the shape that it gives.

Hands down my most comfortable bra, the stretch lace is great. This bra molds perfectly to my boobs (center and even fullness), nothing is scratchy or painful whatsoever. My only complaint is that because of the construction of the cup, it makes my boobs look pointy (like Madonna cone boob level of pointy). This isn't that noticeable under sweaters or more loose-fitting clothing and I'm willing to forgive it because the bra is that good of a fit and is so comfortable.

First wear: This bra is SO comfortable. All of the materials are soft and it is easily becoming my favourite bra. The bra is also much cuter in real life than what I initially thought by the pictures!

EDIT 9/4/14: This currently my favourite bra. It gives a fairly natural shape and is beyond comfortable. I have pretty even breasts with wide and tall roots, and I would definitely recommend this bra.

EDIT 11/21/2020: I pretty much never wear this bra anymore because I think it's a bit too pointy compared to bras such as the Cleo Lily for me that give a nice rounded shape. It also has a very prominent seam where the upper cup connects to the bottom of the cup, so you have to be selective about what you wear it with. I think it gives a "natural" shape.

However I think it is worth noting it does great for me with my tall roots, which taper a lot. The shape of the cup matches the slope of my breasts perfectly.

Envy is a fantastic Panache classic. I already own it in 30D, but I wanted to purchase a new one for my current size. Unfortunately, I have found that some Panache styles are just designed for more upper fullness than I have, so sizing up to my current sister size doesn't work. Envy in 30DD fits me the same way that Jasmine and Olivia fit me in 30DD-- the upper cup is just too empty in this size despite the underwire and bottom cup being a good fit. It looks like for the time being, I'll have to stick to the 30D, which is ... technically a size too small and a bit small in the underwire and bottom cup.

Envy is a 4 piece cup shape with side sling. Unlike Fantasie's side support bras, which can give a bit of a pointy appearance and have terrible pulling from the straps and side support panel, Envy gives a consistently round shape in this size range. The bottom cup and side sling are tricot-lined houndstooth lace with some natural stretch while maintaining good support. The upper cup is pretty stretch floral lace with no edge elastic. Compared to Fantasie's side support styles, the center seam of many Panache side support styles is much more curved and rounded with more projection and more closed off upper cups. The shape and construction of Envy is actually quite similar to Orianne, which I also own in 30DD and found totally wearable with foam liners. Sometimes just changing the fabric from rigid to stretch can make a huge difference in the fit!

I remember when I was a 28DD that the 30D Envy was too big on me, as the band was both too loose and the cup was a bit empty and wrinkly at the top. Now, the 30D Envy fits quite well, though I can tell the bottom cup and wires are a bit small. It looks like the smaller bottom cup is helping to push my tissue upward to fill the upper cup, since I have a short breast shape but naturally tall roots. In the 30DD, my breast tissue sits at the bottom of the cup where it should, but there is not enough upper fullness to fill out the upper cup. If this were the only issue with this size, I would've kept it and worn it with foam inserts like I decided to do with Orianne, since the inserts smooth out upper fullness and give me a round shape. However, the upper cup of this bra seems to be proportionately too wide for me, since the edge of the outer sling cuts into my underarm area and is quite uncomfortable. I am surprised at this issue because none of my Panache bras have ever had this issue on me, regardless of size. Since it rubs against my skin with every movement, sadly I won't be able to keep this bra.

In addition, since the cups are a bit roomy at the top, the band once again feels too loose, though the measurement is quite similar to my 30D. In the past I just assumed that Panache bands ran big, but now I realize that this only occurs when the cups are a bit too large. Therefore, I'd say this band is decently firm and true to size. It is made from powermesh with a gentle leotard back. Straps are medium width textured elastic, and the bra is trimmed with small bows at the strap attachments and center gore. The cradle is decorated with lace in the front, and features a crossover elastic construction at the bottom of the gore for additional stability.

Thanks to its stretch lace construction, Envy is a style that can work in a size down if you are not FOT enough to fill out the upper cup. I'll be sticking with Envy and Olivia in a smaller size for the time being. This also means it is a great option if your breast size tends to fluctuate, as the stretch allows you to accommodate up to one size larger. Overall, I still love Envy and hope to add another one to my closet, as it is a perfect everyday unlined bra.

This is my second attempt at Jasmine, as I tried it back when I was a 28DD/30D, and it didn't work for me in that size. I decided to give it another chance in my current sister size of 30DD, but unfortunately it's still not right. I've realized that Jasmine is really designed for FOT shapes, and for this reason, it will never fit me properly, which is sad because this is a very comfortable and lightweight summer bra that gives great shape.

The band is made from firm powermesh with a leotard back. I remember thinking that the band of the 30D I tried was ... way too stretchy, but the 30DD actually measures with a larger band and I felt the band was fine. I'm not sure if the stretch is different between the solid Black 30D and the printed Confetti 30DD since I don't stretch my bra bands for measurements, but it could just be that I fill out the cups better in this size. Though the body fabric is printed, the band is actually solid pink on this colorway. I actually found the band on this bra to be on the firmer side and rather comfortable, though historically Panache 30 bands tend to run large on me.

The cups on this bra fit well in the wire and bottom of the cup, but the problem is that I am not full enough on top to fill out the center of the cup and the lace upper. Whenever I move, the lace upper wrinkles terribly. I had a similar problem with Thea and Olivia recently in the 30DD, as those styles are also designed for FOT. I believe the cut is similar to Envy based on comparing the measurements, but is fuller on top than Envy. I have Envy in 30D and it still fits me, but it also fit me when I was a size smaller when Jasmine in the same size did not. So, if Jasmine doesn't work out for you for the same issues that I had, give Envy a try.

It's such a shame about the upper cup, because I really like the fit of the wires and bottom of the cup. The fabric here is super lightweight printed tricot with a lightweight tricot backed lining. Thea is similar but the fabric is denser and firmer, so it is slightly more supportive. It gives me a really nice rounded appearance, and despite having a a 4 piece cup construction similar to the Fantasie Side Support Styles, it gives me a much more rounded shape that I enjoy.

Confetti is actually a multicolored flower print on a pale pink base, and is quite pretty. The upper cup is stretch floral lace, and sadly this is the only part of the cup that gives me trouble. The cradle is the same printed fabric as the cups, and the straps are solid pink satin with an interesting edging. The only decoration is a small two toned bow at the center gore.

I can see why people love Jasmine, as she is comfortable, lightweight, and supportive. It's too bad that the cut is too FOT for me, so I'll have to stick with Envy for a similar effect. If you like Jasmine, I would also check out Thea and Olivia as they are similar but are 3 piece cups with no side sling.
