Super soft wireless bra. Lined but no heavy padding like many soft cup bras have. The gore area and part of the wings is also lined with soft foam, a neat choice!

This is a cup size up from what I usually wear so it is too big. The cups are wide, but comparable to the Deco Soft Cup in the same size. Common with wirefree bras. It seems more shallow and closed on top than other wireless bras I have tried. While I don't fill out the cups, the top of the cup still cuts in making it both too big and too small.

Everything about this bra was wrong for me. It looked kind of cute and comfortable in the pics and I was having one of those moments where I was desperate for a smooth bra that wouldn't show under tshirts. I think I forgot that Natori uses US sizing when I ordered the 34G and the cups were much too small. The straps are wide set at the cups and narrow towards the shoulders. There is graduate padding in the cups for enhanced cleavage which sounded like a good idea in the ad but in reality would work better for smaller boobs. The bra also gave me that east west look.

It is actually cute and most likely very supportive if it fit properly.

I thought I liked how this bra fit me in the past, but it's not working now. This one is black, so I thought it might run small, but the measurements I took of it are pretty comparable to the measurements of my past pink and beige ones in the same size. Wish I had the cup height measure for all of them. Could there be something the measurements aren't accounting for? I feel like the other colors were more full coverage on me. Or maybe cups run more or less shallow by color?

Also possible that I measure a bit larger and am in denial of weight gain https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> putting off measuring.

This bra in black feels classic and sexy, but it's just too small and shallow for me with quad and not staying in my IMF.

Ugh. :-( This happened to me, too. Feathers was one of two bras I first purchased. And, the fit was acceptable. A few months later, the cup instantly collapsed. Sigh.

The fabric of this bra feels really soft and comfy. It runs small: I tried this in 30DD first, but it was slightly too small. the cup size of the 30DDD fits better. The wires almost exactly enclose my breasts, except for the center part, which is slightly too wide. The upper part of the cups near the straps is too tall / wide at the sides and digs into my armpits. The bra might work better for longer torsos. Somehow this bra makes my breasts look exactly the same as they would look without a bra. My breasts are very wide and make my torso look broader then it actually is, which I don't like. I prefer bras with a more projected look. The 30DD felt better, but it gave me a slight quad boob. I would have liked this to work for me because it feels so soft, but I'll send it back.

Ordered one cup size up as most people recommended. It has a gloriously low center gore which is awesome for this of us who are very narrow set (check out the crazy marks from my other bras). Comfortable and fit well initially until you start looking at the details. Slightly quadding on my larger size (but not really noticeable), wires would not stay on my IMF. It created this weird contour (wrinkles) on the lower portion of the cup. Straps are slightly too wide with lower end straps with rough edges (vs plush ones with picot edges) and dig into my armpit fat. This is likely better for someone less projected. For reference, I'm FoB, projected with wide/short roots and narrow set.

I SO wish Natori would create a slightly more projected cut with an identical gore. Seriously, this is one gore of 250+ I can wear without pain. But, like you, the cup collapse and wires slide out. Sigh.

I usually wear a 30F in Parfait by Affinitas. I was in immediate need of more bras since going from a D to a G (in US sizing) and needed a nude bra for an event. I went to one of the bra boutiques in my area and saw this bra, which I used to have in a 32D. Since none of the other nude bras in my size at the boutique were giving me a nice shape, I decided to cut my losses and go with this one.

The band is understandably loose and the gore doesn't sit flat against my sternum. The first one of this bra in a 32G was of awful quality. One of the underwires popped out by the gore after it's second wear. The boutique owner sent it to Natori and it was quickly replaced in less than 2 weeks. I have had the replacement since October and have had no further issues.

  7. Power Yogi Bra (731050)

I got this bra pre-loved but in excellent shape, and I am happy with it.. I really needed another sports bra. The one I have is grey with black trim. It has underwires and padding - encapsulation style. Normally I wear 30FF, but this one actually fits quite well except for the too-wide wires. I wonder if the 32G is US sizing, which I think would be the equivalent for a 32F or 30FF UK. The only thing I found while moving around in it was that the straps came up a smidge high under my arms, but not enough to irritate my skin while working out. The straps can be adjusted, and I was on the tighter setting, so maybe lowering this would help. The wires are too wide for me at 6.1", as I normally need 5.1-5.4", but it didn't seem to affect things much. I worked out with this bra, but I'd still prefer my shock absorber compression bra for jumping around. This bra will be better for 'gentler' exercises.

Love4Pollinators ..I was thinking about you as I tried this bra out... Trying to see if it felt like it was cutting into my lymph nodes. I'll let you know if adjusting the straps lessens the irritation in that area. I just read another review on it, and someone else said you can cross the straps in the back. I'll have to try that. I'll also add the bust measurement too next time I put it on.

Why do I keep buying bras with band size 32? (Because they're beautiful and almost-perfect.) Having purchased several bras last week, the majority of which arrived this morning, I've reached the conclusion that I really can't get away with wearing bras of this size anymore, despite what Bratabase says when I put in my measurements.

First, the good things. This bra is beautiful in color and detail, with lace in all my favorite places. It is very soft, and the wider/shallower cups seem to be well-suited to my breast shape.

Unfortunately, the straps on this bra are just too darn wideset, to the point of digging into the connective tissue ... between my arms and breasts and causing pain. I am pretty sure that this is due to the bra's band being too large for me, based on the fact that I don't run into this problem with the bras I've tried with 28 or 30 bands. I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for this bra in a 30DDD/E, but I think I may have to pass on this one for now.

Thank you, Love4Pollinators, for the fast shipping and high-quality bra. Unfortunately, I just jumped too quickly and should have waited for the same bra in a different size. Please don't be offended if I re-list!

Spilling out in the center, wrinkling at the straps. The underwire wants to sit well below my IMF. I think all of that means the cups are too shallow for me. The lace overlay does help disguise some of the issues, but not enough for me to make it work. I'm not sure why a 32 was recommended for me. Supposedly it runs small, but the band is stretchy and too big for me.

Give it a try! This bra gives me a subtle amount of cleave-adjacent shape, which is odd for my low, kinda wide-set shape. The lace layer has a smoothing effect, which is nice. It's a bit of a delicate thing, though. Try not to yank on the band or stretch it too far. I damaged mine due to adjusting while sweaty and angry. Still, my #1 favourite right now.

This is a LOVELY bra. It is a wonderful fit for wide root breasts that tend to be on the shallow side. It gives a nice rounded smooth shape and is very comfortable. I tend to be very sensitive to my clothes being too tight or restrictive and I have no issues with the bra. The strap detail is nice - the lace is soft and not scratchy at all and looks great under camisoles or if the strap happens to peak out from any top. Unfortunately, I have been going through some hormonal fluctuations recently, which caused me to loose a whole cup size in less than a month. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> This bra fit me perfectly a month ago when I bought it and I wore it less than five times. I only wish I could still fill out the cup of this bra, but now theres quite a big gap at the top.

I tried this in 30D because 30C was just a bit too shallow for me. The cup is overall too big in this size, but it is still just the smallest bit too shallow, despite all the gaps I have inside the cup and the wrinkling mesh I get at the top. 30C is a much better fit for me, but not quite the right shape I'm afraid.

Feathers is ideal for very broad and shallow breasts.

As a note, the lace detailing on this nude 30D is very different from the graphite 30C. So, the style does vary.

    • I wouldn't say this too large, more like too freaking tall. So common in plunge bras, unfortunately.

    • lcl0706 Well, the wires are also too wide and I don't fill out the bottom half of the cups as much as I would like, either. But yes, definitely too tall, especially for my very very shallow tops.

    • 1

Definitely too shallow for you, I think, as it was for me! Shame, as it is a pretty and comfortable bra ,and I tried hard to love it on me, but I had to give up on it in the end.

    • 1

thanks for this review! It's very helpful. I need to try on this one again - last year I tried it on and it fit me nearly perfectly. I had just a little mesh wrinkle on my smaller side, but I remember it being luxuriously comfy. I think that this is my only for sure fit. I hope it still fits a year later!

With this review in mind - I wonder if I am just too shallow for the Maddie but not enough FoB to fill it? sigh. onward!

    • alexad I tried really hard with the 30C too, because it's just so pretty, and more comfortable than most bras. I loved it, but I couldn't justify keeping it for seventy bucks USD if the fit wasn't perfect and I was so on the fence. *sigh* Oh well.

Codetry It's definitely possible you are too shallow for Maddie. And if so, I definitely think the Feathers would fit you. I'd try it again -- both Amazon and Nordstrom have them with free shipping and free returns. :) And with Nordstrom, you can return them in-store to any location.

    • Thanks, river_wilde ! I finally got a chance to try it on today! I am just slightly bigger than I was last year. I have the smallest bit of quad-ing in the 30D. But I think it's so slight that I should just get it. It's so comfy - I love it!
I also tried on a calvin klein perfectly fit push-up in 30C. It was way too small - but was seriously heavenly comfy!! I am going to look for it in a 30D. Tried both on at Nordstroms - they have a huge sale right now!

I honestly don't know what to think about this bra. I mean, I think it's absolutely beautiful. And it is very comfortable (except the underwire -- it kinda digs at my ribs a little), with super soft lace everywhere, and I love how low cut it is for certain tops. But it seems to be a bit too shallow for me, causing some quadding; and it doesn't feel particularly supportive. It feels sort of... loose. Like I'm hanging out of it more than I actually am, and it definitely allows some jiggle. I can't decide if I hate that or kinda like it. For how expensive it is, ... it seems fairly flimsy and delicately stretchy all over (which makes it feel like it's moving out of place sometimes), and I worry about how long it will last. Particularly the band.

I'm considering sizing up in the cup to see if it solves my coverage/quadding issue, since I am fairly projected on bottom, but I'm hesitant because the wires are the perfect width for my broad roots in this size. I'm also hesitant to write this off and return it because it's so darn pretty and I can wear it with the tops that don't work with other bras.

The rumors are true -- this is definitely for those who are broad-rooted and shallow. It also has great side support (which I LOVE), but basically none in the center (which feels like a combination of sexy and awkward).

Yeah. I'm torn about this one. I both love it and am angry with it. Take that as you will.

Particular frustration: I measured both cups and one is 0.3" deeper than the other. Which would actually be awesome for me if those cups were switched. The shallower cup is on my larger breast. Argh.

    3: 36
    4: 37.5
    5: 35.5
    Size: 30F or 28FF
Full on top, slightly wide roots.

Good: This bra is sturdy and comfortable. It holds breasts in firmly without being painful. I like the double-layering of fabric—the smooth material on the outside lays over the cups on the inside.

Neutral: My breasts look squished and flat in it. It's a sports bra, though, so I expect it.

It's not the bra's fault, but the gore doesn't tack. I was talked into buying this size by the sale's lady and I regret it. I need my proper cup size. It's really a shame, because this is a high-quality sports bra that I would recommend.

Bad: I don't like the hook straps. The extra fabric hangs out and can itch. It's difficult to get it to stay under the strap.

I hate to be labeled as a nit-picker, but Is this supposed to be Power *Yoga* bra? You've entered *Yogi* bra (would that be Yogi Bear or Yogi Berra?). :)

    • Thanks dismalscientist I had thought about that. I've just never heard a bra called a *Yogi* bra. : )

    • 1

I have the bra. It's the right name.

    • I am having similar problems with mine! cup sizes too small because of the sale's lady, I am super sad because sweat really collects between my boobs because there's no gore between them :(
Despite that I really do feel well supported, and I like that it is full coverage enough to wear without a top if I'm okay with showing my belly (Like at a dance or something)

The band size was a bit too firm also, but with an extender it has actually stretched out to the point where I *almost* can get to the first hooks without discomfort. I really want to get another one of these but two cup sizes up. I'm not sure about getting the band size up because of how much it has already stretched, and the possibility of losing weight now that I have a relatively comfortable sports bra that actually supports me, despite it's flaws.

I have sensitive skin, so the band feels a little scratchy, but I'm hoping that that will go away with a wash. The cups feel exactly right. I am normally a 32/34 D/DD (all combinations depending on brand, but I lean towards a 32 band and just wear bra extenders til the bands are stretched out) and this fits exactly how I want it to. This is my first Natori bra and I'm definitely going to explore more from this brand!

My shape: slightly shallow teardrop/FOB with super wide/tall roots and very close-set tissue in the middle.

This review is for the purple orchid colorway.

This is a beautiful bra, and probably the closest I will ever get to a full-coverage dealy. It's super comfortable, and since I got it to be full-coverage (i.e. worn under tops where it wouldn't show anyway), I went ahead and got the bright purple, which is gorgeous, by the way. It has 3 sets of hooks!

The band is pretty stretchy and will probably relax some in the next few months, but I have noticed that Natori has stretchy bands in general, and it's ... nowhere near as bad as the Natori Hidden Glamour Full Fit Contour Bra (736044) or the Natori Feathers Contour Plunge (730023) . The cup is pretty wide, but like the rest of my Natoris, not quite wide enough for me, although I only notice it in the pictures and it's perfectly comfy when worn.

These cups are almost exactly my shape! It's nice because they don't cut in on top but they also don't gape, which is a very tricky balance to strike for me. There is a slight bit of empty space in the bottom, but the wires are so flexible they don't shift much.

Overall: Incredibly pleased with this bra, and really glad now that I caved and got it.

I got the matching shorts too, since they were on sale. Super cute, super soft, and gloriously PURPLE!

I have had luck with Natori bras in 38H recently, but this one did not fit right. The cups were at least a size too small on me, and my breasts were popping out of the top a lot. This might partially be due to an extra support band of material inside the cup, which pushed everything to the center. The center gore also bowed out away from my body moreso than it normally does on even bras that have too small of a cup.
The underwire also rubs in my underarms, and this would be a problem if I wore it very long.
I bought 2 colors of this style on a closeout sale online (mistake), so I couldn't return them. Fortunately my mom wears 38DDD (though I suspect she is more of a 38F-40E) and this fit her perfectly in the cups. She often has the underarm underwire problem too, and it has not been an issue for her with either one.

The cups run too small on this model, it was at least a cup size too small (possibly more). I have gotten very similar styles of Natori recently and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately this one had the same problem molded bras often do on me, it pushed too much towards the center, and caused breast tissue to pop out over the top. If I bent over, the problem became even worse. I ended up returning this one, due to this problem.
For others who have problems with underwire digging into their underarms, that was not a problem for me with this bra.

I was skeptical about this bra, I used to avoid molded bras, because they would cause my breasts to pop out the top center, esp. if I bent over. This was not a problem with this bra. I could likely use a cup size bigger, as it just barely fits all of the breast tissue, but sadly they don't make a cup size up in this one.
My biggest concern with bras (aside from cups fitting), is having the underwire dig into my underarms, which is not a problem at all with this one. The straps are also very comfortable and support well, despite being pretty plain standard sized ones.
The only negative is that I have had the underwire (armpit end) make squeaky sounds a few times, but it happens so rarely that I haven't noticed a reason for it.
