When I first bought this bra, it was the most comfortable thing I'd ever owned. It was the first bra I think I had EVER bought where the underwire actually fit properly along the lower circumference of my breasts and then laid flat against my sternum - proper support! The only thing that went wrong is it stretched out fast. Three months later, I'm wearing it at it's tightest setting. Granted, this is likely my fault for not handwashing it and instead just throwing it into a cold wash setting with other laundry (but in a garment bag!) and then just hanging to dry.
Despite being washed improperly, it is still VERY pretty and VERY flattering. I'd definitely recommend it so long as you take care of it!
This bra gives a really nice shape under a t-shirt. The straps are wider in the front, and get skinner as it goes up so that the widest part isn't on your shoulder, but more in the front of your shoulder which is kind of weird. Very comfortable - as soon as I put it on I knew I was going to buy it.
This bra is very comfortable, but the cups are juuuust too small for me. I think Natori cup sizes run small generally, and that usually puts me between their DD and DDD. The mesh back isn't as smooth as the backs on some of their other bras.
Super comfortable T-shirt bra! The material is soft & stretchy and dries quickly. The straps are not wide but they don't seem to dig ig. Love the navy blue color (rare in my size!). Downsides are that there is a band across the top of the cup that does create a line (for me). I don't know if that would have been remedied by a larger cup size and a band size down? I ordered online so I didn't have the chance to try out other sizes. Also, the bra has the definite effect of flattening and widening the breasts. argh. Not much in the way of uplift. :/
Update 7/04/11: After wearing this cup a full day it is obvious that the quad-boob effect will make this bra sadly unwearable for me.
I measured myself and came out with 30DD, and this was the first bra I bought in my correct size. And it fits perfectly! Initially I thought the underwires were digging in in the front, but I bent them away a little bit, and it's comfortable now. It doesn't poke into my armpits, though so far that's not something I've ever experienced. I would say the band is tight, and not at all likely to get stretched out of shape anytime soon.
I guess I was lucky, as I've tried another brand now (Freya) and needed a smaller size, possibly in band and cup. This is the first bra I've been able to wear with mid-back dresses. I've also tried it as a halter, and have no complaints.
I sort of wish it were prettier, but it's super-functional.
This is a very comfortable bra wish I could find it with a 30 band because it feels most comfortable on the tightest band. I'm lactating so the sometimes the cups fit well and sometimes they are a little bit loose but nothing noticeable. The underwires are comfortable/wide enough for me and don't press on any breast tissue. This bra gives a nice shape. I like wearing it under smooth tops.
The straps are a little long though (I'm petite and have adjusted it to the shortest setting and hope that they don't stretch out too quickly). The shoulder straps have regular elastic straps underneath and are just covered with lace over a portion of the straps.
This is a beautiful bra but the material doesn't seem very sturdy.
The cups are too small for me and the band fits okay if I wear it on the tightest setting. Probably would fit much better if they had something like a 30ddd available.
This bra seems to fit better when I wear it with the straps crisscrossed otherwise I get a slight quadruple effect (with the straps in the halter or regular position).
The cups are way too far apart for me so the underwire floats above my sternum.
Very pretty styling with lace overlay up the straps. However, it has one of the features I hate most in a bra: a divided strap with a metal connector ring in the middle. It always ends up sitting smack on top of my shoulder, with maximum pressure pressing down on that hard little ring. I couldn't see this from the photo of the bra, or I would never have bought it.
Good cup coverage. In perimenopause, tender breasts. Nordstroms sales woman suggested this bra. Does not fit as tight as i went up a band size. I bought three and love this bra. Well made and pretty. Center is not so high so it works with lower cut tops.
