  1. Pl Onyks (196)

Wearing this bra feels like my boobs float on clouds. It's incredibly comfortable, especially if worn with the wider straps that come with it. I had feared that the wider straps would look unattractive, but I think they actually improve the neckline and make the whole bra look even better.

EM bras are the only ones that actually sit in the crease below my breasts, not half an inch or more below it. I'm seriously doubting ever buying a bra from another brand again.

The comfort straps are 4cm/1.5in wide at the widest point and lightly padded. They are not fully adjustable not only partly stretchy. The regular straps are ... 1.8cm/0.7in wide, stretchy throughout and fully adjustable. In addition, the bra also comes with a neckholder strap.

The satin edging and matte fabric look very luxurious and sexy. The shape it gives me is uplifted and rounded, without smooshing my boobs together.

The only negative thing is that the comfort straps tend to come undone from the hooks, but so far this has only happened while I put the bra on and I was able to fix it right away. They haven't come undone during the day at all.

I have officially fallen in love <3 Nostalgia is to die for. The dusky pink and purple florals, the elegant black lace, the baby pink bow in the centre... Appearance wise this bra exceeds all expectations. It is truly beautiful. As with most Ewa Michalak bras the quality and comfort is outstanding, and if this was a 60HH it would be perfection. Even though the gore tacks, it's a tad too big for me. But it's so beautiful I don't care and am going to wear it anyway! Thankfully it has 4 rows of hooks & eyes so I can tighten it right up. I still get a bit of riding up in the band during the day, I really really do need a 60 band. But again, it's gorgeous, so I'm happy to live with it.

    • Someone did a review with some amazing pics and i decided I NEEDED the babydoll - but i hesitated and my size sold out. It is lovely!

    • It looks stunning on you. An absolute winner!

    • Wow looks fantastic! Don't be afraid to have the band taken in. It's rather easy and doesn't cost much it you take it for adulteration.

    • Alterations* Curse my phone and it's autocorrect. -__-

Lol Happy2BraShop adulteration. Too funny. Kind of fitting if you are addicted to bras ;) Chezeb3lla this is perfection! Looks great on you! Can't wait for mine to get here!!

Hahaha adulteration! Autocorrect strikes again! Although Tanzi's right, it kind of works ;) that is a really great idea though, thank you Happy2brashop :) I shall look into that. Thanks all for the lovely comments!

This is a lovely bra, and I own it in both the 65H and 65HH. The 65HH runs a little large in the cup for me.

I would recommend this if you are close set, short in the torso, full on bottom and have soft breast tissue.

The construction, as always with EM bras, is solid. The sizing consistency may not be there, but I didn't have that problem with this particular bra.

I was so excited about getting this bra! But the moment I took it out of the box I knew something wasn't right. It looked enormous. And yes, turns out for whatever reason, on my boobs it is enormous. I haven't tried an EM 65HH before, but the 65GG's I've tried are too small, so I was sure a 65H or HH would do the trick. But this bra just seems wrong. I love the colour and style, the quality is excellent and the band is perfectly snug. It'd be a fantastic basic nude if only it fit me. And it really really doesn't. I've posted the measurements but they are deceiving. My bigger boob measures 11.2 perimeter and this bra's depth is 10.7. So you'd think if anything it'd be a tad too small? But as you can see in the photos it sits awkwardly on me, the top of the cups jutting out away from my body. I'm not sure what's going on. But long story short, this bra just isn't for me.

    • Chezeb3lla I posted my review on this one last earlier. This bra does not make sense. It shouldn't fit me at all, but when I take the cookies out, its fine. The weirdness that is Pralinka ;)

    • 7" width?! This bra just continues to confuse me! That makes no sense!

I really want to love this bra. There's a lot of good things about it-- e.g. the strap placement, which is wide but still manages not to fall off my shoulders, the great shape and cleavage I get with the bra on, how much I like the light padding and the lovely, lacy (but not itchy!) look, etc. But there's also the fact that my Freya Ada still somehow managed to be so much more comfortable for longer-term wear that I only wore this bra for only about half an hour on a recent trip versus the two or three days I spent in the Ada.

The primary problem ... for me seemed to be the way the weight of the bra was distributed along the band, and how the way the band is cut seemed to contribute to that problem. With this bra, after a few hours of wear, I can feel it cutting in just above my stomach. I only start really feeling the underwires after at least 5 hours, but even then, the worst hot spot is right above my stomach, and I'm not sure what to do about that.

It doesn't help that the padding adds to the weight of my breasts and makes the bra feel a bit heavy-- my Freya bra seems ridiculously light in comparison. I'd keep this bra if I hadn't already basically found that I won't wear it if I have a better alternative, even in conditions where a bit of padding would help to keep my boobs warmer.

For anyone without high stomach issues or odd ribcage shapes, this could be THE plunge bra for you. My bottom-heavy boobs weren't a problem, but I will say that I experienced a bit of gapping even on my larger side when raising my arms up, or when my boobs had settled a bit. It's not noticeable under a top, though, or at least no more noticeable than the lace details on the bra.

The band felt pretty firm to me-- not Panache Sport firm, but just enough that I could wear it on the loosest hook without the band riding up. People with soft boobs might have some spillage in the center; mine are firm, and they still managed to threaten that a bit especially when I bent forward.

This bra is really pretty! I was excited to try my first EM bra but unfortunately it was too big in the cups. Aside from that, it felt nice. The band felt good although I felt like it was maybe a little stretchy or maybe just not as firm as I expected because I have read that EM bands are firm/smaller. It gave me a pointy shape because it was too big in the cups. I wasn’t able to get into the bottom of the cups and there was gapping in the top of the cups. But it sure felt good to finally have my breasts lifted and the band was closest I’ve ever had to fitting in my IMF. I will definitely try a different size in another Ewa!

I think this bra is gorgeous, first and foremost. I'm in between a 65 and a 70, I thought I'd loose weight to fit the snug 65, but decided it's more reasonable to buy a 70. The 70 fits wonderful. It's a very comfortable bra, gives a nice rounded uplifted natural shape. The cup is deep, but not as deep or as stretchy as the BM style.

So... the gore is too tall and too wide for what I like. The color is super ugly in my opinion, but it works, so I'm not complaining. After wearing it all day, my ribs were hurting from the wires being really really firm. But I was really happy with the shape it gave! The straps weren't super stretchy, a plus for me. The band is very stretchy though. It would probably fit a larger ribcage than mine because of this.

Cute! Unusual color combination, but I like it! It might work as a "nude" for under light colored clothing, I'll have to test that idea. The band is the perfect stretchiness, the straps are a little too stretchy. Very comfortable!

This bra is amazing! I haven't had a plunge or lightly padded bra that fits this comfortably since I can remember. I usually wear a 30H, but I got fitted for this bra when I was PMSing, and the sizing is surprisingly flexible. It gets a little more cleavagey during that time of the month, but is still super comfortable, and not too big during the rest of the month. If you want a bra that's good for flexible sizing, you can probably go a cup size up from normal, but if you want more cleavage just go with your normal size, I think this would still be ... very comfortable wearing my normal size during most of the month. It's a little on the smaller side band-wise, but unless you're on the higher end of a band size, you can probably stick with your normal band.

It gives amazing shape and cleavage without my boobs squashing into each other in the center, even with a lower gore. They even stay in place when I bend over! The design is beautiful without being too over the top. The center gore on mine has a little sparkly thing on the bow and stitching and overall construction is great. The material is soft, and even though it's lacy it's not super noticeable through shirts. Another nice thing is that there's not a bunch of extra room around the underwire, so it stays on place and gives more support.

It's really comfortable, and I feel fully supported and lifted without feeling like I'm in scaffolding. For reference, I'm a little full on top, but mostly well rounded, and my roots are kind of mid-sized (not super narrow or wide). Cleo Marcie also fits me really well in a 30H.

I received this from another bratabase user in hopes of figuring out my EM size. The previous owner mentioned special ordering the 65 band, but it measures more like a 70. This bra is pretty and seems well-made, unfortunately the gore doesn't tack likely due to the cups being too big.

This is the other bra from the package I waited 7 long weeks for. As much as I was hoping it would work, I just dont think it is right. The S might just be a complete style mismatch for me. So unfortunate since the S seems to be one of their major styles of focus! There are so few PLs available and that seems to be my only EM option.
I absolutely love the design of S Kamea. Its sort of got a sophisticated sexy vibe! It reminds me of a sexy pencil skirt and a blazer with a little pop of lace and color underneath. Don't ask ... me why I envision an outfit when I look at a bra, I don't get it either haha. But to me that is what I see when I look at this https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I am completely in love with the gore charm too! It gives it a vintage/antique-y vibe. I wish I was better with words https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />
The good was once again the cleavage! Incredible, up out there and in your face cleavage. But that might have been the only positive for this one https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I had the same band issue as the other bra from this purchase. I paid extra to custom order 65HHs but the bands stretch to 32"! It is way too loose for me and I have to go straight to the second and third hooks. Like I mentioned in my other review, I don't get why I even paid for the custom size then! It was definitely on the small side in the cups as well. Even with the cookies out my boobs were flowing out the top quite a bit. It also gave me a really torpedo-y boob shape! It looked absolutely awful under a tshirt. The cups would probably mold to me a little better after a few wears but it just has too many fails. The tag next to the cup on this one says XXL and again I am just assuming its related to the wires? But I much preferred the XL of my PL Blekitna Rapsodia over this XXL. These wires were too wide and definitely too tall (height was a problem on the PL too though). Also like the PL, the wing area was too high and rubbing in my armpit too. But that is something normal for me it seems. I just prefer Comexim for being willing to help me with that problem. With EM, you get what ya get. The gore is too high for me also. That is one of the biggest reasons S and I will never get along. I am very close set and my poor boobies were like battling against it the whole time I wore it.
So the bad certainly is outweighing the good. EM is not the best choice for me, although the PL is somewhat manageable. Sadly this means my absolute favorite, S Nostalgia, will never be mine! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> And S Kamea will need a new home https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
    I am so glad I waited 2 months for this lol https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

ETA: Before I shipped her out to her new home, I noticed the wire tag on the Kamea actually says XXXL!

Im starting to think we really need to give them feedback about their band size problems.

    • Have you tried the SM cuts yet? I know we have similar breasts. I am Babyfox on JBI. And they work for me

    • Look what happened last time dbmamaz though...

    • last time what? I dont know what you are referring to?

    • Strapgate. The last time anyone brought up any issues with Ewa Michalak's merchandise.

    • I dont know about it. Do you have a link or something?

    • 1

actually I googled it. I dont really see the comparison. I'm not saying that things fit wrong, I'm saying that I bought 2 or 3 bands in whatever-band-size and they arent the same band size at all.

apparently this whole deal was more about people trying to get her to help them figure out whey their bras werent fitting right, and she wasnt helpful.

I dont want any help, I just think they should be aware of the inconsistency of the band lengths. They apparently are somewhat aware, as some of the bras are marked as having a firmer band, so you should order up a size, but they havent gotten that disclaimer on all the bras they should have it on.

This is a simple measurement, not a fit issue

    • I havent tried the SM yet! Do you wear the same size as in other styles? I want to try again but it worries me. And if i do, i know i need to send them an email about the band lengths of these. I was really hoping to avoid that confrontation lol. I had originally tried a 70HH (PL Wrzos) and it was huge on me band, cup, and strap. Their response was that it wasn't what the calculator requested, of course it doesn't fit (i was asking for advice on what size to order next based on photos). Technically i did do what the calculator said though not on purpose lol. Calculator said 70GG i added 2 cups for projection and "firm body" lol. So i requested 65HH for these orders and they tried to talk me out of it. Said the straps and band issue would be fixed once the cup was my proper size and that if i ordered 65HH id have strap width problems. But if these 65HH are small in the cup, 70HH should fit me right?! But i was swimming in it! Honestly i feel like they just made them like 70s anyways just to spite me lol. But i know thats being a little ridiculous to assume ;)

    • I have the SM Cynamon in a 65HH. Which is a great fit and I normally a 28J. The 65 band is actually tight fits closer to a 28band. So
      I would order a 65HH/J depending :)

    • I do get some quadboobing as the day goes on.

    • I actually used their calculator, but (as advised elsewhere) I breathed out and sucked in and pulled tight for the tight measurement - much tighter than my usual tight measurement. It put me in a 70HH, and I wrote asking advice before ordering, and they suggested I get my 70HH - Ewa Michalak » Bm Bibi Beżowa Perła (533) in 70HH and the 70J - Ewa Michalak » Sm Fiolecik (642) in 70J. the cups both are pretty good - the Perla is slightly small and the Fiolecik is slightly large - but the perla band is great and the fiolecik band requires an extender.

I'm not in a hurry to buy another EM, but I would probably try a padded one if I did.

    • So i ended up emailing them about the bands. I just politely asked what a 65 should stretch to. I said that both bras i received stretched to 32" which i thought was more like a 70 and that i had ordered these specifically because the 70s were HUGE on me. I didnt even mention all the things i wanted to and that i had to special order these yet still got more like a 70.

The response: Some bands are stretchier than others (like the PL Blekitna Rapsodia). You can always email us first to find out how a band behaves. And then she told me where i could sew the bra to make it smaller if its really too big on me.

Are you serious? I PAID EXTRA for THEM to sew the bra! Not for me to have to do it. And this wasnt just the Rapsodia. The S Kamea was EXACTLY the same. I could have just ordered a 70H then! SO MAD!

    • Yeah, customer service is definitely NOT their strong point. Its frustrating since its hard to get such small bands and they arent making it any easier on you.

After 7 long weeks of waiting for my EM package (5 weeks of that being 'in transit'), I was not as happy as I'd hoped. If I had to pick a winner of my two purchases though, it is this one! Thankfully because its so beautiful (love teal and black together) and I also got the matching panty! When I first pulled these bras out of the (horribly beat up) package, I actually thought they looked a bit small! Wide and thick but small. I am used to pulling tall Comexims out of the package and thinking they could never fit, yet always do of course. I was ... worried about these for the complete opposite reason.

When I put Pl Rapsodia on, the cleavage was out of this world! My boobies were beautifully lifted and squeezed together so tight! However they were also bursting out of the top. A lot. I ended up experimenting with the cookies and when I took out the one from my bigger boobie, it wasn't so extreme anymore. I liked how it looked leaving the cookie in on my smaller boob, and next time I will probably try doubling up. I do think the cups are a little small still but it is wearable. It passed the shirt test https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The tag on the side of one of the cups says XL. I am assuming it relates to the wires? It is a good choice for me. Too wide but not by too much. I have accepted that bras will always be somewhat too wide for me, even in the most narrow of brands. The gore feels like its in the perfect place! Although I usually need to wear it for longer to really know. I am pretty close set and I have a really bony sternum so I tend to get uncomfortable no matter what. The material is really beautiful on this one too! I love the flowery lace overlay.

On the flip side, it does have its fair share of problems. The band is really stretchy and loose. I had tried a 70 band like they wanted me to and I was swimming in it so I special ordered these and I feel like they are still more like 70s. I went straight to the second and third hooks on both of them and the band was still riding up in the back! Measuring them they have SO much give. They pretty easily go beyond 32" I just didn't want to pull them any further. I feel a bit cheated on that lol. The worst part is the armpit area though. The wires may be a good width but they come up so high! I have high set boobies so both the wires and the wing dig into and rub in my armpit area. It isn't very comfortable but I am hoping after it is a little broken in that it might feel better. I don't think there is a fix to that so I'm not sure EM is the best brand for me. I will probably wear this one in a bit before I order more. Sadly https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

Oh and I ordered the thong in a 36. I sort of went according to the chart. I was on the cusp of 36 and 38 with 35.5" hips. It technically puts me in the 38 measurements by like mms. But I am glad I did not go with that because it fits really well and if anything its a little big. It doesn't cut in though which is nice. This is a beautiful set and I love the way it makes my cleavage look! But I hope it gets more comfortable with wear.

Their bra bands are really frustratingly inconsistent.

    • It just really irritates me that I paid extra for them to be 65s! They don't offer this size regularly, fine I don't mind paying a bit more to get it. But at least make the band right when it is special ordered to be so!

    • It is one of the big reasons I haven't ordered from them. I find their 65 bands so large. Have you measured it? I would do so and send a picture to ewa.

    • Measures 24" unstretched and easily stretched to 32" before I stopped. It wanted to go even further. The other bra I got with this one was exactly the same too but was a far worse fit overall. I might not even bother emailing. I'm thinking its probably just not the best brand for me :( EM might just have be my super cleavage bras and for short wear only.

    • I got 2 70s, the fiolecik and the bm perla, and fiolecik 24.3 unstretched and 30.5 stretched, where the perla was 26 and 33. Totally nuts. Supposedly some of the bras are marked as extra-firm bands on the website, but they are not consistent.

The perla is pretty comfy for me, despite falling out a bit on my larger side, but I failed to wash the fiolecik yesterday (grrr) so I still havent worn it for long - I think it will grow in me.

the perla is crazy low cut cleavage - again, partly because its too small. I'm tempted to try a padded - but not any time soon

I actually really like this bra. I lovelovelove EM's cotton linings, and I adore how low the gores are. This bra even came with an extra set of super-wide comfy straps! It's about a cup too big, though, boo.
