Good fit and great shape as always with this bra. One cup down from my 36 band cup in other Wacoal styles (G). I did not fill the G when I tried to in store and had a wrinkle across the middle seam.

I had a 38DD when I was larger that I wore to death. Definitely will be buying more/more colors in the future.

  2. Lace Finesse T-shirt Bra (853201)

This was the very first bra I owned that I purchased after getting fitted for the first time. It has amazingly comfortable u-band straps, lightly padded (but not too much), comes in great colors, wires are comfortable at the gore. It's so great I own 3! Sadly outgrown.

  3. La Femme Underwire T-shirt Bra (853117)

My best fitting molded cup bra! It would be great for wide set breasts since the center gore is wider than usual. The bra band is very snug. There aren't any bad things to say about this bra. The shape is closer to a plunge. It is not always good for shallow breasts, but it works for me since I am shallow in the center top but bottom/side heavy. The cup shape pushes enough breast to the center to appropriately fill the plunge without spilling out. I will definitely be purchasing this bra in more colors!

Update: I still love this bra, but I have sized up to a 30DDD.

This bra is completely not my style. I wear wireless bras, but usually nursing bras. This bra is super bland, even for a nude bra and it has a bit of padding. Nursing bras don't usually have any padding and come lacy and pretty now. They are also lined in cotton. Anyways- this is none of those things, but the sales lady suggested I tried and holy moly! It is comfy!!! The brushed mircofiber is so soft, not sure how breathable it will be til summer, but I paid $60 for it without thinking twice. I've never spent so much on a bra. Though it is shallow in the bottom of the cups, therefore it is not a perfect fit. There are wrinkles at the bottom of the cup. Though this may be a deal breaker with wires, in a wirefree it is not such a big deal. Love how comfy this bra is. If I ever find this cheaper I will buy more.

This bra gives you extra boobage! It has some pretty thick padding, plus cookies that can be removed for even more oomph. However, it looks natural and gives you an extra 2 or so bra sizes if worn with the cookies. I get a little gaping at the top, but I find that is the norm with moulded push-up bras since your breast tissue gets displaced by the thick padding along the bottom half. I like that it fits smoothly under clothing. A good, basic bra for everyday wear, but with some pretty lace detailing on the straps. The band is rather stretchy and I think a bit too big for me, even on the tightest clasp. should probably be wearing a size 28D but they don't make these in that size.

  6. Basic Beauty Full Figure Seamless Underwire Bra (855192)

This bra fits like a "minimizer". I am a shallow 32D and this "full figure" bra fits me perfectly.
I love the coverage and comfort. The straps are placed great for a petite frame.
Would not buy any probably because it was a little too much coverage and not much lift.

This bra is especially good for women with pendulous and full on bottom breasts because it distributes tissue evenly in the cup for maximum comfort.

This is a good supportive bra with wider side goring so you don't get as much "back fat" spilling over. Does a good job of supporting my boobs and making them look perkier than they are. Points boobs up and forward but not as much up and forward as a Freya plunge bra. But if you have really full breasts the tops of the cups are going to dig into your boobs. My breasts are a little less firm and less full than they used to be (I'm 48) so this bra fits. Would have given my younger boobs a quadraboob. Also I've worn it twice and the band is really stretching out. Makes me think I should have gotten a 32DDD instead of 34DD. Would give it an 8 out of 10 for comfort. Back strap seems a little itchy after wearing for a few hours. Cups very comfortable.

When I first tried this on I didn't like the retro shape it gave my boobs, very triangular and pin-up. They are also much further apart than I'm used to when wearing this. But then I tried it under a t shirt and they looked great! Plus it was on sale and I needed bras that fit so I took it home. After wearing for long work days I can say that the band feels tight and the boning on the side gets really uncomfortable when sitting for long periods. The gore in the center goes really high, like almost above my breast tissue so ... it is not good for even high v necks or anything lower than your neckline. I just got a band extender and that made it WAY more comfy so maybe I should have tried a bigger band. Also I'm not sure if this is from the lace, or all the new bras I've been wearing and I have sensitive skin anyways but I have been breaking out in rashes since wearing it. I think it's because I'm used to wearing t shirt bras that are smooth, and after being stuffed into the lace all day my skin gets irritated. Overall it's an ok bra if you like the retro shape and wear high necklines.

The cut of this brassiere seemed like it would make a great strapless that wouldn't slide down, with a low back for dresses....however, the actuality of it is disappointing. Because of the low back feature, there is no support/pressure directly behind the cups, which causes them to gap and not tack at all. The brassiere goes down so low on the waist, that when it ends, there is serious reverse muffin-top. They also don't have this in anything less than a band size 32", so my normal 28-30F was right out. Cup and band size seem true to size. Unsure if this would even be comfortable for all day wear due to the ribbing.

    Contains everything, can run around!

Cons: can only wear crew-cut t-shirts or something that high cut. Anything else and the bra is visible *sniff*. But with the very full coverage don't have to worry about spilling anywhere =)

    • Hi, I think I am 32H aswell, according to this sites measuring guide anyway and I really need/want a sports bra that gives firm support (no bounce)that you can feel as well as see. does this bra do that?

Love this bra! Looks great (though a little simple), is super comfortable, and is smooth under almost all clothing. The thinner, less structured cups took a little getting used to, but it's not so thin it becomes obscene. Wore out pretty quickly, however. I got a solid year of good usage out of it, but then on it started feeling loose and a bit saggy. It didn't have the same look anymore. Of the two I bought at the same time, the nude color actually wore out more quickly than the black for some reason.

This bra is comfortable. It has wide "wings" which I like. The gore width is good. The upper half of the cup wrinkled and would not lay flat.

This is my go to bra. I have it in 5 different colors. It is a Full coverage center pull strap bra with a two part lace cup.

I have a 36GG Panache Jasmine that fits and this bra in US 36G fits perfectly. Don't be scared away by the US sizing. I feel Wacoaol run large in the cups.

Pros: wildly comfortable, straps are centered so no sliding off or digging into your armpits. No East/West. Lots of pretty colors.
Band does not stretch out, I've had some for two years and I'm still on the middle hook.

Cons: Full Coverage with a high gore,( I'm close set 1finger width between breasts and the gore does not bother me at all)
Side boning can be an issue if you're more full figured. When I was heavier I would snip a inch off the side boning so it didn't poke my pudge. (boning runs 4.25 inches)
Matching panties are pretty but don't fit my full lower stomach area in what I think is a flattering way. Backside is generous.

Good bra, wish Wacoal had bigger cup sizes!!! Bought this in desperation. Was in horrible shoulder pain from a bum rotator cuff, and needed a strapless and I cannot go braless in public. Cups are pretty small, but as long as it's winter no one notices. Really sturdy bra.

I wore this bra for a special event. The band is firm, wide and the top and bottom of the band are lined with something grippy ( silicone?) to make it stay in place. The bra stayed well and did not require adjusting. I bought the bra knowing the cup was too small because I was in a pinch, but it did ok. The cups seem true to size, but a bit shallow, which I find common in molded strapless bras. The cups are thin but firm. It does have 5/8" detachable straps as well.

This is a nice bra. The cup is smooth with a pretty lace overlay, but the trim at top of cup is thick enough to be seen through a thin t-shirt. A great bra but not a t-shirt bra, in my opinion.

Despite how it sounds on paper, this is the best bra fit I've found so far. I suspect that my cup size is actually slightly larger than this, because the similar Wacoal 855170 was definitely too small. The 85567 (of which I have seven, so I feel confident in them) is a little too small in the cup volume and underwire height and the gore doesn't quite lie flat against the sternum, but it gives fantastic support and feels as if it fits (even though it doesn't, quite).

I had a professional fitting at Nordstrom, but she never told me my measurements or size, just threw three 80$ ... bras of various sizes in with me (I had told her I was on a budget and she had sounded sympathetic, maybe she was hoping I wouldn't actually check the prices? I literally can't afford not to check prices); she threw in a couple others after I found her and asked if she had anything on sale, and thus I ended up with a beige Wacoal 85567 34H for 45$ (although there were bras that fit better, I couldn't afford them).

If I'd known then what I know now, I would have written down which brands/models/sizes fit me because I could have looked for them in sales or auctions (20/20 hindsight)

I do have the problem with this bra that I have with every underwire bra I've ever had (at any size) in that it can initially fit very well but after some hours of wearing it, the fabric pulls off the underwire so it starts pinching at the side because I will now have bare fabric at the top of the underarm-underwire which causes the breast to spill over slightly and get pinched.

Despite how this sounds, it feels so good every time I put one on! (and wear it all day)

    Pros:

    Gives fantastic support
Straps are wide at shoulder so bra doesn't start digging into shoulders
Three hooks at back give full support
Although can be hard to get on initially due to tight band, band seems to stretch just enough to be easier to put on and not get too stretched out (I have had my 85567s for three months as of November, and I have three pre-owned one of which was fairly used before I got it and all of which have the same excellent sizing and support so I am guessing they won't over-stretch as long as taken care of, e.g. hand-washed in delicate and never machine-dried etc.
Pretty good-looking for such good support

    Cons:

After wearing for a few hours, underwire "hides" and causes pinching on breast tissue under arm -- but this may or may not be the bra, as I always have this issue with any bra. (It's like the underwire is smaller than the channel it is placed in)
    Can be expensive
Could be available in more/prettier colors

[ EDIT: the bra I took the pictures of is a Cappucino-colored one I bought new, not the beige one I got for 45$ ]
