    Didn't fit

Very short-waisted, center full, close set, immediately projected, shallow apex projection, full on bottom, and somewhat narrow breasts....

Holy Snowball, Batman! I can painlessly run in this bra. You read that correctly. I just chased my young daughter around the house x 3 in this bra. Whoa. I can't believe it. Finally, I feel supported in a wired bra.

After feeling painfully constricted in a 32G La Femme a month ago and admitting not even my wireless bras are comfortable now, I endeavoured to try La Femme again. The 32 band is no longer tight in this 32H. Just a reminder for myself: if a bra feels tight, wear ... it upside down and backward before assuming you need a larger band. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" />

I am supported, lifted, and tethered in this 32H. The gore is still 50% wider than I require. And, the wires look too wide. But, when the cups sit on the bra cradle where my breasts require, the wire is a near perfect fit. When I rotate one gore wire flat onto my chest, the cup fits beautifully. Otherwise, a .25" gore gap is present in each cup. When I began my journey, I would have assumed this cup was too large. It is not. The bra is simply designed for breasts further apart than mine. Again, center-full, close-sets breasts are a definite fit challenge.

I prefer La Femme over Freya Deco for several reasons. If you'd like to read them, click here http://bra.pe/XWGS/

Wacoal is one of my favorite bra manufacturers because of their material selection. This bra creates amazing round orbs under thin t-shirts. Not an ideal fit, but I may be able to alter enough to fit.

Wow, I can't believe you found a wired bra that, at least for the moment, feels supportive and comfortable!

I love it. I also loved your note to self regarding the band! While it made me laugh, I totally get what you are saying.
Looks great under a top too! :)

I just got a Wacoal Seduction Spacer and a La Femme on eBay from a great seller. The spacer is amazing. The La Femme is so close to being perfect, but not quite. I agree that Wacoal uses quality materials and for that reason they are my favorites. The La Femme looks wonderful on you. Congratulations!

I've accumulated 5 La Femmes over the past year and they are consistently the bras I reach for every day. It's not a perfect fit but closer than anything else I have. Also cute and comfortable! My only issue is most of the new colors are not available in my size. It looks great on you.

This Wacoal La Femme Contour (853117) bra is very plain looking even with a few lace accents but don't let that fool you. It fits me wonderfully and I feel very supported (even with a paltry 2 hooks). My breasts fill the cup nicely without any gaps or dreaded quadboob. The straps don't cut in and my shoulders and the band is a perfect fit. I don't tend to go for plainer looking bras but I'll make an exception for this beauty.

Very short-waisted, immediately projected, shallow apex projection, somewhat narrow breasts, center full, close set, sensitive skin....

Here It is. The one and only wired bra I wear. Read my profile: you'll understand how special this bra is.

It stayed in my IMF for 7 hours which included 2.5 hours of driving and two hours of volunteer work cleaning rescue animal cages. Literally, this is an unbelievable accomplishment for any bra in my wardrobe.

And, the lift is...well...worth wearing a bra for. Sadly, hundreds of bras have provided virtually no benefit for my breasts. The wires were awfully painful and the shape repulsive. Often I found myself preferring my breasts without ... a bra, but I require a bra for two reasons. First, the weight often causes pain. So, the bra must provide some lift. Second, my prominent, sensitive nipples require shielding. Wacoal La Femme fulfills my two requirements, and is the one wired bra I will wear.

    This is a miraculous bra, for me. Thank you, Anya99 !! I'll adopt your other La Femme https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />

Very Comfy Bra. Wide, but not too wide straps. Very supportive. Cup and Band are to size.

It is pretty comfortable for wearing regularly, but the wire goes too far back into my armpit (too wide) and when I move around (read: slouch) it pokes me in the armpit (too tall). When I swoop and scoop there is empty space at the bottom and sides and the cup wrinkles, I spill over the top slightly, and the wire moves around. What I suspect is there is not enough immediate projection at the bottom (hope I'm using that term correctly), which pushes the bottom of my breast upward in the cup where there is more room, and then basically everything gets moved around a bit? The ... cup is simply not molded to my shape and I think would better suit someone with a wider root and less immediate projection.

All of that makes it sound like it's a terrible fit, but I have figured out a method to make it work well for me. To fit the molded cup well I first swoop and scoop and then do a sort of reverse swoop and scoop where I put my hand on the top of my breast inside the cup and push down and out into my armpit while holding the wire in place so I don't spill out past the wire, basically making sure the wire sits comfortably where it's supposed to and the tissue fills out the more empty parts of the cup. I do this when I put it on and it stays in place most of the day so long as I don't do any jumping around. The wire is okay ('cept for when it pokes my armpit), the band fits really well, the gore sits where it's supposed to, and I like the shape the molded cups give even though it's unnatural for my breasts.

Not my favorite bra, but not terrible either. I've only recently begun my quest for a fitting bra and when I found this on sale at the store I impulse-bought two. I'm keeping and wearing both of them for now as a part of my daily rotation, but I'm on the hunt for a t-shirt bra that suits my natural shape better.

This is my favorite bra! Nice rounded shape under clothing, good t shirt bra, comfortable band. I could probably go a little tighter, but it's comfortable at 34 and stays in place. Not the sexiest bra ever, but it's in high rotation for the comfort/silhouette factor.

Friend recommended this bra to me. Fits well, is a bit tight, so I wear it on the most loose setting, which is fine since it will stretch with time. The cups are a bit tight on the top, but I'm not quite quad-boobing. The band in the back goes pretty low, which is nice for shirts that are low-cut in the back. Can comfortably wear this bra for an entire work day (8-12 hours).

Decided to try this based on recommendations and my love for the Embrace Lace bra.

This bra is a satisfying plunge, with a very low gore. The cups don't seem as tall as on other plunges - they stay out of my armpits.

It is made of a thicker but more luxurious feeling fabric than Embrace Lace. Hides nips better, but it kind of begins to be uncomfortable much like a Deco. It does give me a nice shape like a Deco though!

Gore is wider, and cups are wider but deeper than some plunges.

So overall I like the plunge and feel like it adds some sex appeal where my Embrace Lace is more covering, but I'm passing on it because it's not comfortable.

I think I would recommend this bra to someone who is seeking a plunge bra and needs slightly shorter cups than Deco has.

    • The shorter cups compel me, but the wider gore will hurt. Looks beautiful on you!!

Great Tshirt bra if your good one is in the wash. Fabric is soft and comfy. Gore sits flat but is a bit low so I could see this becoming a problem at the end of the day. Straps are a tad too apart - sinks a bit into my armpits. Cups open a bit towards the gore. I need to lower the band to fill it but this means that the wire doesnt sit on my breast. Due to my breasts being a bit more far apart (three finger width between them) half cup are my best fits. Its difficult to find a plunge that fits well but this is the closest I have found T-shirt bra wise https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
