I bought this at Nordstrom rack. Since the band of the same model in 32DD stretched out fairly quickly I decided to buy this. And also it was on clearance for $16 something.

The band stretches quickly within a few hours after the first wear. So I needed to used the second hook instead of the last one (by last one I mean the one on the very edge)

The cups of this bra in 30DD fit me more fully than they do in the 30D. The band is much firmer and snugger, too, really showing the age of my other two! Unfortunately, the cups are wider in the 30DD than the 30D. I find the straps slightly too wide in the front, too, and they rub my shoulders a little bit. I wish the cups could just get deeper without everything else changing. The extra wideness gives me a more east-west look that I don't love, but the comfort level is still high enough that this bra will join my prior two Feathers as my most worn bras.

    Didn't fit

My shape: soft, deflated, full on bottom with tall shallow top, measure to 36E

    Pros:
-So comfortable and free of any decoration or lace for those not-so-frilly days
-My go-to bra for long days or work or that week during the month when you have extra swelling
--Full cup bras are hard to fill on top with my shape, so it technically doesn't fit but it doesn't show through clothes

    Cons:
-I have never attempted to wear this as a sports bra, it seems like a regular full cup bra to me. Honestly not sure why its marketed this way.
    - The thin silky fabric gives a natural shape, which for me is a bit pointy without any help from padding.

    Hasn't set fit

I'm 5 feet tall and I have shallow breasts which makes it difficult in finding the right bra. Natori Feathers changed my perception of bras. The side panels are not tall where they dig into my armpits. My breasts are wide set, I can put 3 fingers between my breasts. Wonderful bra!

This bra is perfect for comfy days or running around town on hot summer days.
It gives light/medium support. The band is stretchy but doesn't ride up.
Fit's somewhat like a sports bra or "minimizer" would fit. It fits like a full coverage bra on me, but still having a plunge.
Great for people who are not "even".

Too small. Tissue is pushed out from the sides. Wires don't lie flat against sternum; are instead resting on the lower portions of the breasts themselves. Nice, soft color. Feels very delicate and flimsy; I'm afraid to handle it too hard, and I feel like wearing it too much might make it fall apart. Band is pretty stretchy.

  8. Feathers Contour Plunge Bra (730023)

This bra gives a nice rounded shape and plays well with wide rooted breasts. It is, however, rather shallow and wide. It's a nice plunge option for those with close set breasts that aren't particularly narrow or projected. It's not my best fitting bra. I find it scoots down on me. The cup is a wee bit too shallow. Yet, it's hardly a disaster under clothing on or its own. I also love the deep purple color.

I actually kind of like this bra. I think it's a good work horse bra for average root/average projection/average sized breasts. Despite the narrow straps and band, it is very comfortable. My only complaint is that the cups could be closer together. This is my complaint about every bra, however. I also think it gives a somewhat minimized look, as it kind of pushes the breasts to the side. (This may happen to me, because I'm rather close set. If you have wide set breasts, this may not be an issue for you.) Having said that, the center gore does not stab my breasts or leave red marks, no easy feat.

This bra is a little bit shallow for me. I'm glad I ended up going a cup size up (most of my bras are 30G, so 32FF would have been the size I would be wearing) because of the depth. I find I have the slightest quadboob because of depth.

I love that the bra doesn't show through the fabric of whatever I'm wearing. Great T-shirt bra.

It's alo one of the most comfortable bras I've owned. I find with some bras you just can't wait to take them off at the end of the day. But not this one. I hardly even notice it! It's comfortable and the girls are very well supported. I only wish it was a little bit deeper in the cup!

This bra is all right. The cups/underwire feel like they are riding up on me (but don't look like it) and the band feels too loose. It is pretty stretchy. I can lift my arms without boob spilling out the bottom, though. There is gaping in the bottom outer edge of the cups and the top of the underwire digs into my body. The straps are uncomfortable. I feel like this bra limits my range of motion. It is OK for school but not comfortable for going to physical therapy or doing physical therapy exercises. However, it is much better than my previous 32C bras! Those were horrible. I am keeping it for now because it was "good enough" and one of two bras I own in a size anywhere close to my real size. Even though it is not a in a pretty print, I love the mesh overlay.

Although, this is probably my best sports bra at the moment, I don't love it. I know now I got the wrong size (by a long shot!). So that may be why I don't like it. The underwires on the sides (under my arm pit) dig into my skin and hurt after wearing the bra for a while. I think maybe the wires go up too high for my frame. I don't know if this measurement would change much with a smaller band size. I did like that the shoulder straps adjust to basically any length and they are kind of padded so it's nice for working out. I do find that I usually wear an extra sports bra either on top or below this one for added support. I would consider the support for this bra to be moderate.

Another bra that I am keeping even though the fit is poor. The bras itself is lovely. The construction is similar to Feathers, with a smaller molded interior cup and a plunge lace overlay. The band seems firm and sized correctly. I can't really comment on the size of the cups because I don't understand American sizing or what this 32DDD would be equivalent to in UK sizing. I probably would have gone up a cup size if it had been available the day I bought it. The straps are fully adjustable.

This fits me the way pretty much all plunges do, which is horribly. I ... have extremely soft, FOB breasts and they basically just ooze out of the center as soon as I put it on. This is the case with literally every plunge that I have ever tried. But I will only use this maybe 4 times a year, with one dress that is very low cut and demands a plunge, so the fit is good enough. I expend my bra energy looking for a near perfect fit on my everyday bras, and am happy to accept "good enough" in these situations.

This is a really comfortable bra and only a little too small in the cups if I scoop and swoop. The band is amazingly comfortable and sits just right without pinching or riding up. The straps dig in a little, but I am hopeful that can be fixed with minor adjustments. It is soft and cut low enough to wear with lower necklines and does not show through clothes. Plus, I got it on clearance for $6 at Nordstrom Rack!! For my first try with accurate measurements, this is more than a great start!

Update: wearing the bra with straps crossed (racerback), all minor fit issues for me are eliminated.

This bra is fairly comfortable to wear. The underwires dig into my sternum a bit while hovering out from my ribs a bit underneath. This effect is is far less dramatic than in most of my other bras though, and the outside edges (armpits) sit quite nicely. The top of the cup curves in a bit too abruptly resulting in a slight indentation and bulge above the cups, but it is not really enough to be noticeable through most of my clothes. After nine months of use, it does not seem to have stretched out much or look excessively worn.

Really nice looking bra, if only my boobs could fit it. This is the first 30DDD that I seemed too BIG for, but only because I wasn't filling out the bottom instead of the top this time around. Turns out I'm not as shallow as I thought- Too little projection at the bottom forced the band downward, so the underwires were sitting a good inch (at least) below the inframammary fold, and also making them seem wider than I suspect they actually are. Meanwhile, quadboob near the center. When I managed to force my breasts down to the bottom the fit looked just about perfect, but there's no way it would stay that way once I start to move around. Back to the store you go, Feathers.

  18. Reverie (736054)

OK it seems that Natori 30D is pretty much what works for me - all the different styles have EXACTLY the same cup for the same size, none of the sizing drama of Freya or Cleo. This bra fits perfectly in possibly every dimension, no gapping, quadboob, or getting stabbed. It's like being gently cupped by super-soft hands.

One issue is that the band is stretchier than other Natori styles, and I have to use the tightest or second tightest hook, so concerned about what's going to happen in 6 mo.

The other issue is that I could do without the padding, even though ... it's light. This is supposedly the "full fit" style - why would someone full want to look bigger???? While D cups fit me better than my previous B cup, I also look a lot larger because I'm now pushing the sideboob forward (instead of backward as with the B cup). It makes me nervous to add padding on top of that - I look like I got a boob job. I'm sticking to wearing this with loose shirts until I can get over this neurosis.

  19. Sheer Bra (132005)

Like the other Natori finds, this fits great. I'd say the one issue is that the bottom of the cup sometimes develops an odd wrinkle if I don't tighten the straps enough, and I don't like to tighten the straps too much because they are sharp.
