Pretty bra, with beautiful satin fabric. Not something I was looking for though, I just tried this bra because I'm still figuring out what shape works best for me. In general, this shape could work for me: a wide plunge that would still give enough support. However, the cups are too big for me, especially at the side under the arms. This bra would work for a shallow breast that has a lot of outer fullness.

This is another pretty, pretty bra for when I want to feel like a princess. The shape is slightly pointier than ideal, so it's better not under a tight shirt. But the fit is right on the mark, and it's comfortable. Yay!

(In case it helps, I've got wide-set, shallow, splayed, somewhat deflated boobs with tall roots. Open-top bras like this tend to work well for me. Also, there's about a half-size asymmetry between left and right; the Antoinette is padded and structured enough to camouflage the difference.)

Realized I never left anything for this.
It initially fit ok, but I have quickly lost a lot of upper tissue.
The cups are narrow and centered, at least on mine. Band is 30" but very snug feeling.
Cups have a decent amount of projection.
I feel like this bra could work with multiple shapes, though it is perfect for FoT.
If you are FoB or even, perhaps consider sizing down. Most of the cups' depth is in the upper portion. Reminds me somewhat of an EM CH.
Will review my 30D in full shortly.

I love these bras. I only wish they came in colors beyond black or white (like "nude") and weren't discontinued. I have almost bought all of them that are left from ebay. The band is big for me and stretchy, but I sew, so I just alter the band 2 inches smaller when I get them. The underwires are nice and wide and the shape of the cups is shallow enough, but not minimizing. The 2 vertical seams give me a nice full, rounded shape and the gore is short enough not to go digging into my sternum. I really wish Panache would make another with this pattern. I also find the strap placement to be better than every other Panache bra I've tried. When the band is still sufficiently tight the straps stay put. I'm starting to worry I will never find another bra that will fit as well as these do.

The first time I saw pictures of the Masquerade Alice in the graphite colorway, I thought it was the most beautiful bra I had ever seen. This particular combination of pink and grey is one of my favorites, and the embroidery is stunningly gorgeous, both lavish and elegant. But reviews here and elsewhere described it as a wide and shallow bra, so I resigned myself to the fact that it wouldn’t fit me. Until one day it was on sale at zulily in my sister size of 30DD, and I couldn’t resist.

It arrived and actually turned out to be the best fitting bra I had at the time. ... The wires are a little too wide for me, but since it’s a plunge and they don’t come up very high, I don’t find that to be a huge issue. Seeing as how it accommodates my projection just fine, it’s not really all that shallow, maybe about average. (Although I suppose the fact that I’m wearing a sister size could be distorting the fit somehow, idk.) It has plenty of fullness at the center and the bottom, and I don’t get any gaping or quadboobing anywhere. It gives some pretty good cleavage too.

The only problem I have with the Alice is that, sadly, a 30 band is just too large for me. I really wish I had it in a 28E (if only those still existed), but I love it enough to keep wearing it despite the less supportive band.

When I got this bra, I was thrilled with its satiny luxurious look. Bought it to go under a dress in the same colour, but the lace was showing through, so never got to wear it. It's been sitting in my drawer for some time now. I just put it on today to decide whether to take the lace off or list it, when I realised, that both the straps and cups were too far apart and it wasn't the best fit for my frame and shape. Well, at least I don't have to fiddle with the lace, ha!

I ordered this bra after I couldn't decide on the fit of the 28DD - ideally I'd have liked to try the 28E, but wasnt able to find one for a good price. Predictably enough, this bra is just as beautiful as the other: silky fabric on the cups and delicate lace at the top. I'm not a fan of brown clothing generally but this is a pretty pink-brown colour, and I love the little jewel at the gore.

This size fits me quite well in the cup, better in that respect than the 28DD. In the smaller size I felt that the cup gave a somewhat flattened shape ... and it seemed to be too shallow at the bottom, sitting a little bit too low on my ribcage. This bra is quite a bit deeper and the shape from the side is more rounded. I was pleased to find that the wires aren't much wider at all in this size, as I was a bit worried they'd suddenly get ginormous. I don't get quite as much cleavage above the top of the cups as I do in the smaller size, but overall I prefer the shape.

The main problem I had in this size was the band being a bit too big. To get a nice shape in the Rhea I find the band needs to be fairly firm to prevent gapping, and to make sure that all your breast tissue is lifted upwards to create cleavage (all the more so because the band doesn't have much stretchiness). With this size that meant wearing it on the tightest hook straight away, whereas a band size down I could wear it on the loosest hook. It was also quite noticeable that the straps are set more widely in this bra than on the 28 band, wearable but still wider than I prefer (and strap width isn't something I usually have a problem with). So while both this and the 28DD sort of fit, I think I'd get my best fit in a 28E, if I can ever find it in that size for less than a squillion dollars.

The Hestia half cup is a classic bra for wide root shallow boobs https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
The cups are very shallow and have wide wires.
The band is on the stretchier side. I could close it on the second hook immediately. However a 28 band might have been to tight (I don't even know if they make them).

I noticed that even though the cups fit, the lace trim on top never lays flat. It also rolls in under clothes.
I don't like the 'design' part of this bra too much, but it's hard to find halfcups without any embellishment, and the comfort and fit are worth it.

I think the cups of this bra come up slightly big because I am definitely a 30DD in other Masquerade bras, such as the Arquette and Orla. The band, however, seems true to size. I think the bra may be more suitable for more full on top and rounded shapes, as the top of the cup has the most empty space and my conical breasts were probably also a reason why I did not fill the bra out. The material of the straps is very comfortable and adds a touch of luxury but I think that the tapered shape towards the shoulders is unnecessary and impractical. Overall, it is a bra I would keep if it came close to fitting but unfortunately it does not, therefore I will be listing it.

Gorgeous and comfortable! I can't rave about it enough, it's probably the most beautifully fitting bra I've ever owned. Not very supportive, so for larger cup sizes it might be a problem.

I fit better in a 30E of this bra. The right breast, the bigger one, gets squished on top and doesn't fill the bottom since the cup isn't wide enough.

  12. Arquette Padded Balconnet Bra (7021)

This bra fits me very well. The cups are a good shape for me so I will look for more bras with a 3 part vertical construction. I have narrow breasts and I would say the cups are only 1-2cm too wide for me, which isn't a problem. It would be ideal if the straps were fully adjustable because I would prefer them just a little tighter.

  13. Delphi (6411)

Before ordering this bra I've read a lot of reviews saying that Delphi runs big in the cups. As this kind of rumours are often confirmed on by boobs, I decided to try it in 30DD instead if my usual 30E.

The band - is not very stretchy, a little loose but it keeps well fastened on the loosest hook. It's not as wide is I like, that's why I can't wear this bra very often.
The cups - they run a little bigger indeed, but not an entire cup size. These cups are a little bit too small, but I'm convinced, that 30E would be too big. Some days ... the center gore doesn't lay flat against the sternum.
The straps - they are very beautiful, the front part is unstretchy, made of a wide soft satin fabric. They tend to slide off my shoulders.

What I don't appreciate in Masquerade bras are the thin satin bands. They are sure very beautiful, but not very comfortable for wearing it everyday. That's why this is on my bras for special occasions. The quality is great and the apperance matches perfectly my aesthetic taste though.

Pretty cofy standing, a bit uncomfortable sitting because the underwires begin to poke into the underarms - no real surprise there. The gore pokes a bit as well, but not horribly. The fit seems a bit tighter around my torso than perhaps it should but the cup size is pretty good. Certain postures are a tad gappy, but it's generally pretty good. I would wear this on my wedding day but for the fact that it shows in the back, above the cut of the dress. Damn David's Bridal for taking 1.5 months to order a dress... now I seek a good strapless.

    What a gorgeous bra!!

Unfortunately, the cups fit me VERY strangely, like the top edge cuts in because the fabric there is stitched and non stretchable, but like some 3 part cups -.- the part where all the seams meet is a little hollow... It feels like it's not really the inner fabric, but the outer fabric is puckering lol.

I think its maybe because the top of my boob pushes the upper half of the bra downwards, thus the seam area folds a tiny bit. Perhaps I could have used a larger size? This is strange because I'm pretty sure that I am bottom heavy, and yet this bra wants to cut in!

Since this bra is so beautiful, and so nostalgic in a way to me (Lived in Shanghai for 3 years https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" />, the fabric is quite reminiscent!) I'll just be framing it and putting it on display for decor.

The Georgiana is a classic for breasts with a broad root and little projection. These bras also fit me very well, so I had to jump at the chance to get this (sadly discontinued) style.
The bra is beautiful. I have it in the burnt orange colorway and it's just amazingly pretty, as Masquerade bras often are.

It gives me a lot of cleavage, unfortunately, the wires are too narrow for me, which is very noticeable after a bit of wearing. For now I love it too much to give it away though...
Other than that, it's very comfortable, the straps are perfect and the band is really good, too.

I loved this bra when I first got it. The band was tight and the straps are very soft and comfortable. But for me the wires didn't seem wide enough. It also gave me an unpleasant pointy shape in most shirts. The bra is so beautiful, I wish it would have worked for me. The straps are also wide-set and would fall down all the time on me. If the wires went further into the armpit, it would be a great bra for me. I like this brand and style but the shape of the bra was unflattering.

    Hasn't set fit

I normally wear Half-cups, because they fit me much better than Plunge-styles. This bra is neither a real Plunge nor a real Half-cup, but it fits me really great. It gives a really good and rounded shape and the wires are perfect for me.
The only thing I don't really like are the straps. They are not fully adjustable and the material is not very stretchy which means that although the straps fit me, they tend to slip off my shoulders sometimes.
Besides that it is a very great bra!
