This is my first soft cup bra (I've only ever had the moulded kind) and I really like it. The cups fit perfectly, great lift, and super cute.

Really like this bra for every day wear. Comfy and provides a nice shape; not super push-up, but gives nice cleavage.

This style is the first bra I bought in a proper size. I was still breastfeeding at the time and while I wasn't used to wearing bras so snug, I did but didn't like it.
I did, because, it was my first unlined bra... aaaand
I didn't because it was my first unlined bra.
I was used to the molded, padded, ill fitting VS bras.

Fast forward to after finding ABTF on reddit, and I realize that this bra is not so bad. I still dislike the overall pointy shape and east/west-i-ness it gives me, and have grown to like the rounder, uplifted silhouettes I get from Cleo unlined bras. I feel like my breast could use some more lift/shape from the bottom, whereas this bra sort of cradles my breast from the bottom and lifts it slightly. I'm still holding on to it to wear in the house, but may eventually let it go.

Bummer, I ordered the wrong size, and really it's becuase I hadn't really done any research before hand and just assumed a 32F would fit in all bras. Rookie mistake, I know. The band is too stretchy, and cups too small. I would need a 30GG.
It's really cute and fun. I can't say if it's "right" for me and my breast shape/issues becuase its was too small in the cup and loose in the band.

I'm curious about the plunge version.

Such a pretty bra, I really wanted it to work, and if I come across one in a 30G/GG or something I would give it another go. I'm learning that I am closer to a 32FF ( @Cleo Lucy, and @Cleo Lily) I also have learned that I have high roots, soft breast, average width, full on bottom, and pendulous. I'm a fairly tall woman at 5ft10.
The band is really stretchy, and I could wear it on tightest hooks straight out of the gate. The cups are way too small and I would need maybe 2 cups bigger for it to fit properly. Especially after s&sing all ... my tissue into the bra. Lastly, I did feel like it was pushing/pressing my back fat up more and made me look fatter than I am. Again, probably because I have high roots, the band has to be higher up on my long torso in order to get the wires in my inframammary fold.
So, all in all, maybe this isn't the right style of bra for me, it's definitely the wrong size. I think a longline that is long in the front and regular in the back like a bustier style, maybe that would work better for me. Especially since the extra fabric/band beneath the wires would help keep the wires in my fold (I think) But then it would be a bustier, not a longline, right?

    • "The band is really stretchy, and I could wear it on tightest hooks straight out of the gate."

I could do that with ALL my bras! As long as the bra band does stay put when you move, there's no need to do so.
I tried the JFI myself and I found the band to be surprisingly stable, despite its stretchiness.
Also, the JFI has only 2 rows of hooks, and going down a whole band size will give you a WAY tighter bra than hooking it to the tightest setting. (Tried that myself and failed miserably.)

It's a pity the JFI runs small (and shallow) in the cups, because small cups will make the whole thing fit weirdly. Your "back fat" issue might indeed be a cup size issue. :|

    • Ahh! Interesting. I never thought about a smaller band being so tight. I will say, putting it on the tightest is comfortably snug, but I don't know for sure since I couldn't wear it due to the cups.
Maybe if one pops up in a 32G/GG, I would try that first. Thanks for the tips

An extremely comfortable bra for me. When I wear it for prolonged periods I do start to feel a little sore under the armpits from the cups starting to dig in a bit, but this is a pretty slight discomfort considering all the benefits. My breasts are held in and fully supported, they don't bounce around or go where they're not supposed to, the material is smooth, the straps stay in place. So far, it is the most comfortable bra I own.

When i first put it on, im very full in the cups. as some time goes by, the fullness disappears in the top portion. i feel like i have to keep "scoop and swoop" the girls back in the cup. I do have a lot of natural tissue along with my implants, though.

The top of the cups do not give a smooth line under clothing. and the cream color is too light for my skin tone. makes it hard to wear with lighter color shirts without it being seen underneat.

This is my very first non-moulded bra.
I found it so cute that I had to buy it.

It wasn't the right size though.. I was still a new "bra that fits" converted and hadn't been professionally fitted at that time.
So the cups are slightly small, the band is too large.

    But how to resist?
Pretty contrast between the flowery top of the cups and the blue stripes on the cups, and the cute little blue-pink bow detail.
The fabric is a very nice, soft and supportive.

I would love more designs like this one, in a moulded cup or balconette bra.

    What a cute bra!
I own the Taylor in both colours, plus the Ashlee and the Carly.. they are definitely my favorites.

I bought this a few years ago, when I found out this wasn't the good size for me.
So no, it doesn't fit, the band is too large and the cups too small, but it was, for the period, the best fitting I ever had so I kept it for the records.
Now I have the 30G, not yet perfect band wise, but I like it so much I won't complain.

Love the color scheme of this bra, fits really well and very adjustable via the straps. The mesh part and the cups themselves aren't very stretchy but that's what makes this bra so supportive.

So beautiful, and makes me feel very womanly. The center gore is very comfortable. I love the rounded, projected shape. The straps are wide set, which is great for me, with my wide, square shoulders. I didn't think this full-on-top-friendly bra would work out, but I turned out to be happily wrong!

  15. Patsy Padded Half Cup Bra (1223)

This bra is beautiful and comfortable. I have never had a more perfect fit. I am full on bottom and spaced about an inch and a half apart, with a short wide root, and some breast tissue in the armpit. I fill this perfectly, although the lace is not completely flat. I like the vertical lines in the cup. They provide excellent shaping.

I am a fairly even and projected breast shape. I have average-to-narrow roots with a slight omega shape. My best fitting bra is a Cleo Lily in 30G.

This bra would be good for someone with a shallower shape, I think, but it's not *quite* an ideal size for me and I don't feel comfortable making any more assertions than that. It does seem to run large in the cups, hence why I sized down in it, and is true to size in the band - it isn't nearly so stretchy as most Freya bras.

I think this bra would work better one cup size up and one ... band size down for me, as I get some overspill when I swoop&scoop aggressively. The band fits very well if I put it on the last set of hooks (of which there are only two! Why would you only have two sets of hooks, Freya?).

I definitely have a soft spot for the aesthetics of this longline, however. The lilac colour is soft and easy on the eyes, the bird design is subtle and delicate, and, unlike other longlines I've tried, I haven't had issues with the lace under the cups rolling up.

During the first couple times wearing this bra I was confused about the band fit because it simultaneously felt too tight but the band was wrinkly under the armpits. Turns out it fits a lot better and more comfortably when I'm wearing it on the tightest hooks (so maybe a 30FF will fit me better in this model).

Something I've been noticing with this bra is that I've been having a bit of a time keeping things from escaping toward my underarm area when I move around. I think I might have mostly fixed that by moving the wires further up into the armpit but unfortunately this leaves the ... center gore with less support, which I think I do need a little bit of because of my softer tissue. When I'm fully swoop-and-scooped into the bra I get a little bit of quad boob in the very center between my boobs, so maybe plunge bras aren't for me. Overall volume-wise I fit pretty well into the cups though.

Another thing I had to do was pull on the wires, both to widen them and also because the wires were too rounded at the bottom for me. So far, it's made the bra more comfortable and I can sit down now without the bottoms of the underwires digging into my ribs.

Overall, though, I am so happy to finally have a bra closer to my true size. I was putting up with 36D's for so long when I'm more toward 32F.

Initially this bra was a pretty good fit for my shallow, FOT breasts. It seems sturdy and like it will hold up well with wear, and although not fancy it is nice looking. Though I have heard that Freya bands tend to run large, the band on this model is firm. It gives nice uplift with a rounded appearance and "cakes on a plate" cleavage, though I do sacrifice some projection for the cleavage.

When I first tried the bra on I thought it was perfect, but it quickly became very tight and uncomfortable. This was helped by bending the wires (carefully) to match the shape of my ... ribcage, as well as bending the gore away from my chest slightly. (Measurements were taken pre-bending.) As a plus, the straps are fully adjustable-YAY!

The Marvel comes up a bit high under the arms and cuts in/rubs a bit. I have only had the bra for about a week, so this may improve as it is broken in. This would be less annoying if the fabric were soft, but with the stiffer fabric I would hesitate to wear this bra if I were going to be doing something more active.

EDIT: After owning this bra for over a month now I have noticed that the tightness seems to be coming from the cups being a bit to shallow, and an overall mismatch with my breast shape. Still wearable and in my rotation of bras, just not the most comfortable.

Cups run small due to the push up padding. Band is a bit large, measures at 33 stretched. The material is very comfy (except for the straps, which are an uglier and less soft material but they aren't uncomfortable). I'm definitely getting a bit of quad boob in this, but as I was going for a cleavegy look, I'm not bothered by it. A cupsize up would probably fit my larger breast but gape on my smaller, and I'd rather compromise between them in a moulded bra. All in all, it's a nice bra. The straps are a bit wide for me but aren't bothersome as of yet, but we'll see after I wear it for a few hours.
