My shape: Projected, narrow, shorter roots, even/functionally full on bottom, soft tissue. Cleo Lily fits me best.
I'm currently a 30G, but I sister sized up twice because I didn't like how tight the 32FF was around my stomach. The 34F fixed that issue, thankfully.
The cups seem to fit me well; the depth and wire width are good. I have yet to wear this in water, so I'm not sure if/how that will affect the fit. I can easily fasten this on the tightest hook, but I do still get decent support. I get a little more of a natural shape, but still somewhat rounded.
I was warned that Curvy Kate bras typically don't work for full-on-bottom breasts, but I wanted to try one to see for myself. I was not shocked that there was a lot of excess material at the top of the cup. There's also too much material at the outsides of the cups (under my arms). It's not that the cup goes back too far (I do have wide roots) but that there's just extra material, like the bra was expecting me to have twice the amount of breast tissue on this area of my body. It might be worth trying the 34E (same band, one cup size smaller).
I wouldn't completely write off Curvy Kate bras. Sometimes fit can be off, especially if you get hold of older styles, and sizing doesn't always correlate to what you'd expect a UK size to be, but there are worthwhile bras for bottom heavy boobs.
Most recently I faired really well with the black/violet Bardot sheer cup. I had to size up from my usual 30GG to a 30H but it fits so well.
This bra fit me very well volume wise. I just seem to have a shape incompatibility. I have a problem with the wires being too wide. The wires are flexible so they get a bit wider when the bra is on. I also get a little pucker near the diagonal seam of the cup (freya pucker) because I think the straps are a bit too wide set for me . It is a very soft and comfortable bra. I am pretty full on top and on the bottom as well and I don't get enough immediate projection from the center gore or the bottom of the cups.
The band is stretchy stuff! I was pleasantly surprised at the support it offered, especially for a half-cup bra. It's also very pretty and the straps are wonderfully adjustable. I'd say going a size down in band is necessary.
The foam cups give amazing shape- everything up, front and center. The fabric is a bit itchy, and the wires tends to squeak when I move (manufacturing error, I think, and may be fixable after several washes).
However, I can't wear this under almost any shirt, the ribbon shows through and causes lumps. I suppose it's for winter layers.
This bra makes fantastic breasts. I love it. I feel comfortable and sexy with this bra. Color looks red on pictures, but in daylight it's hue of pink (sometimes pictures may tell lies).
I had such high hopes for this bra, but it is all kids of wrong for me. The wire width is fine, it is same size as my other bras , I do not quad at the top, but it is way too small and barely covers half of my boobs. I think it just doesn’t have enough projection in it at the bottom where the wires are. Also it is rather ugly looking in this colour And do not get me started on the 2 hooks . What a waste of money
This was a little too big underneath and lots of room in the lace on top. The wires fit well. (They could have a longer side swoop, but so could all bras on me) I love the button in the center.
This seems like a comfortable bra. I probably should have ordered a smaller cup since I recently lost lots of weight and have extra skin. I think it's a cute everyday bra.
I don't think I can see any fault with this bra. I find it aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The straps are not that wide for a balcony (typically too wide for me). The wires are narrow-ish and not too long, the way I like them. Good shape, not overly rounded. Although I tend to feel constricted a lot and definitely prefer bandless bras, this one seems like a good compromise, probably due to that cut out gore. I can't remember now why I decided to order an F cup, and I'm not surprised it is small - but not by much (there's good immediate projection, which probably helps). I'll try a 34FF (or a 32G, as the band is a bit loose), hoping that the scaling problems mentioned by other users do not affect these sizes. And hoping to get 3 hooks instead of 2 (there... I knew there had to be a fault somewhere).
Initial review: I was impressed by how well this fit. I think the slightly narrower and deeper cup works better for me. The fabric of the cup has very little give which allows it to be supportive. The seams lie flat and provide a little nipple coverage. I didn't see obvious seams while wearing this with a t-shirt. While I fill out the cups pretty well, I find I have some slight wrinkling at the top of the cup, which I think is mostly due to the lack of stretch. As with many plunge-type bras, the straps are wider set than I ...would find ideal, which sometimes leads to rubbing around my armpit crease. I have wide shoulders, so I have no idea how people with narrower shoulders could possibly wear this style of bra. The gore sits flat, but as with most bras feels too snug. I will probably try to bend it out a little bit. I already tried slightly bending the bottom of the cups to allow them to contour to my ribcage which has improved the comfort of the bra significantly. The edges of the bra around the sides and under the cups is a bit scratchy, but I'm hoping that will improve with breaking in. Overall, I am pleased with the fit and appearance of this bra. It's sexy, but wearable for everyday.
Update 1/29/19: I bought this bra when I was pregnant and decided to give it a try now. The band is definitely too loose for me, as I had purchased it to accommodate my expanding ribcage and wore it quite a bit. The cups fit pretty well, but I don't feel that it provides much lift or support now. I will probably try the same style in a smaller band size. Read more 205 more words
I just LOVE Curvy Kate Tempt Me bras. It's such a shame there are not available in these days. I'm waiting for them on eBay, but it's such a no go https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I've already talked about it – old models of CK fits me like a dream, the new improvements (deeper cup, narrower wires) ruin it for me, I can't wear them now. This bra is such a nostalgic thing to me - I've tried nearly every color, I've bought a bunch of them for my mum. If you have wide roots, shallow breasts - catch them on eBay! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />

The combination of my greater outer fullness and the too-small cups means my nipples are visible through the mesh area of the cup. The elastic along the unlined top edge would've been ideal for my mismatched breast sizes, but because of the smaller cups, the mesh cuts into my breast tissue, resulting in quad boob.
After a few failures with Polish bras (they're too narrow for me), I decided to give this CK bra a try as it seems similarly constructed. I was hoping it would be wide enough for me to the get 'Polish bra' effect.
SO CLOSE!
I measured the wire width of this bra at about 5.5"; my wire 'sweet spot' is about 5.7" (it's funny how such a small amount can make such a difference!). Even though the wires are just a smidge too narrow, the fit of this bra isn't bad. I still get plenty of forward projection and a nice, round full profile. I agree with other Bratabase reviews ...- this bra does make you appear bustier.
Other observations - band is very firm for a 34, gives plenty of support. The cups do curve inwards; if you have very tall roots or a lot of upper fullness, I could see this cutting in and cause some quadding.
Appearance wise - this bra is a big yawn, especially in the beige color way.
Overall -- good for lift, projection and round appearance. Read more 73 more words
NOTE: after receiving this, i bent the wires a bit to be narrower and deeper. measurements do NOT reflect this- they are the before bending measurements. however, the 'how it fits' was done AFTER, because i am just doing them now https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" /> so, sorry for the confusion!
firs things first: this bra definitely isnt a technically correct fit. the band it at least a size too big and has material that isnt flattering on flabby backs, the cups overspill by 1-2 sizes, the gore only tacks because i shoved the wires into the empty armpit space, and if i hadn't bent the wires ...they would've been too wide. but i LOVE this bra!
the thrill me and tease me are always so comfortable, even in the wrong size. and theyre gorgeous, so i keep them for 'fun' bras and not functional bras. the deep purple detail is lovely against the satiny pink, and i love the ruffle at the top. im aiming to eventually get this in a more correct size, but i hardly ever see them, so this i snagged even knowing it would be wrong. i probably need a 32 or 30 band, and at least 2 cup sizes up. right now, its a very bedroom bra look, but im okay with that https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 118 more words
this is not an everyday bra. The design can be seen under shirts and it is a bit scratchy when you put it on. If you have darker nipples they can be seen through the bra and even lighter shirts while wearing the bra. This is more of a fun time bra, and my husband loves it.
Later: The bra is too small in the cup and tissue escapes under the armpit.
I really, really love this top! The color looks great with my skin tone and it fits pretty good. It gives a somewhat pointy shape, but I am ok with it because it is soo pretty. It is a tad small, but going up a cup would make it too big. I'm pretty sure its small so that when it gets wet the stretch won't make it too big. With the matching skirt bottom, it kind of makes me feel like a teenager again, without looking childish.
I bought this blind - I've only tried the Curvy Kate's Daily Boost style, only to find it fit terrible. So this was an impulse buy - the hummingbird pattern was adorable, and the unlined bra type style is usually more forgiving of my breast shape. And indeed it was! Once I swooped n' scooped, the bikini wore excellently. I wore this for about 10 hours in one sitting last weekend, and barely noticed it, in the water or out.
