I really like this bra! It gives a nice, rounded shape, and is super comfortable. The material is really soft, and the lace adds a cute touch to a basic t-shirt bra.

I also own this in a 28FF but I got some quad-boobing in that size but that issue is resolved in the 28G.
I would say the 28G fits me pretty well, except for the wires are maybe a cm or two too wide, but as the rest of the bra fits me well and gives me a nice shape, I can live with that.

One thing is that the lace does not lie flat when the bra is the correct size. I believe it is supposed to look like this. It looks a little odd as is, but under clothes it isn't noticeable. If the lace lies flat, it means that you are getting some quad boob that the lace masks.

This bra fits...ok. This is my SECOND attempt at the Lucy now and I think we just aren't meant to be. This bra is not flattering for my shape and it just doesn't feel right. It appears to fit, but it is extremely uncomfortable after a while. I feel like I have to keep "scooping n swooping" and pulling the top of the cups back up to cover the top of my boobs (I have even fullness). I think the Cleo Lucy is just meant for FOB boobs. I don't wanna get rid of it cuz it looks like it fits, at least the 28G fits me MUCH better than the 30E I first tried. Maybe I'll give it ONE more shot and brave a 30F/28FF. Who knows?! Might just work.

  3. Juna Balconnet Bra (6461)

This is the bra I reach for the most on an everyday basis.

It's so comfortable, and it's also pretty, which I really love about it. Sometimes DD+ bras can feel like really intense engineering, which I really appreciate sometimes, but this bra just feels so comfortable and pretty that I will actually be picking up another one in the ivory (I have the black). This is one of the few bras I plan to purchase regularly.

The shape is really nice - the lace at the top holds me in nicely, and the band is supportive but not too tight. I do get a hint of quadboob, almost more of a hint of square shape, but it's still really flattering even from the side. It's also so fricken comfortable that I can totally reconcile myself with a little bit of overflow. The lace also makes it really forgiving, especially for when breasts fluctuate over the course of a month.

This is typically a FoB bra and I think my shape is pretty even but this still works great for me. The lace cuts into my tissue ever so slightly on my larger breast but that barely noticeable and might be because I'm thinking I have tallish roots. Like with every bra I've tried so far, the wires are a little bit wide for me. Otherwise this bra is amazing for me!

I'm very close to a uk g cup on my big boobs days, and the bras i'd usually wear were in the laundry today, so I decided to give this yet another chance. IT REALLY DOESN'T WORK FOR ME. I'm very skinny over my ribcage and the wires cut in ALOT, to the point where I don't ever want to wear a bra again. The cups are too high and too shallow, which means that my FOB boobs can't quite fill the bottoms of the cups (wrinkles and even folds ca a centimeter up) AND gives me a quad-boob effect.
Had it not been so very uncomfy, I could have live with the wrinkles and quad-boobs, it could have made a nice every day bra, but this is honestly a bra I'd burn to get rid of.

Very comfy, just wrong cup size. It's great but I don't quite fill it out on the top, and I don't think it would be nice to alter the cups...

The upper part of the cups has loose fabric, but the cup on my larger breast tips outwards in a way that makes me think it might be a bit small. The band is surprisingly tight - I'm wearing this with an extender for awhile. The fit issues aren't obvious under a shirt and it's comfortable, so I'll keep this one, but won't repurchase.

A very cute bra! Perhaps about a cup size up would fit me better - the gore floats a bit and I'm a little squished in the center. However, even with that, the top of the cup lays flat and I don't have an issue with quadboob.

There's something very wrong with the cut of this bra. I think I'm the target shape for it, but it is terribly unflattering. It's a bra that should fit me but just doesn't.

The strap is placed too far away from the edge of the cup in a 3-part cup; this has the effect of giving a lot of lift tension in the middle of the side panel and pushing a blob of breast tissue out to the side. The breast tissue is still inside the cup, but the shape is like your breast has some sort of gouge taken out of it, and the fabric strains.

The top of the cup is equally paradoxical. I get in-cup quad boob and loose top lace that curls up away from the breast at the edges. I don't think it's possible for that lace to fit smoothly. Pulling the straps tighter just gives me regular quad boob.

The wires are quite high as well.

I like how dainty this is, despite being a larger cup size. It doesn't come up high on the chest or sides like a Freya design. Very pretty.

The shape is nice and round and separated. It is kind of minimized since there isn't a lot of projection. Ideal for an everyday bra.

Other reviewers weren't kidding about the firm band. The material is very non-stretch, both in the cups and the band. I hope they become softer after a few washes and wears. I felt it fit true to size in the cups. *EDIT: After a year of wear, the band is still very very firm and tight.

Interestingly because of the design, my breasts push the wires in the center gore together so even though they'd be too wide, the just fabric material self-adjusts to my width. I included a picture of this.

I'm even, narrow and rather projected.

The wires were narrow enough for me, but there was a ton of gaping on top.

This bra is a very soft material so the fact that it comes way under my arm/goes next to that little area where my chest turns into my armpit, isn't a problem. If the fabric were scratchy at all, it would hurt a lot. the cups go way under my armpit. The band appears to run pretty big because it is riding up a little in the back after wearing it around for very much time. The lace doesn't lay super flat/wrinkles, but apparently that is normal for this bra? If I stand with good posture, I don't have much wrinkling at all. The straps are definitely too far apart for my narrow shoulders, but you could get away with pushing the straps inward a little since the fabric is so soft without it pinching under your arm. I do like the shape of my boobs in this bra, quite round, but not that well lifted because the band is too big and the straps won't adjust short enough.

I have only had this bra for a few days but I really like it so far! The band is great on my 26 inch rib cage. The cups encase my breasts perfectly and feel supportive despite the bra feeling quite delicate. The shape is wonderfully rounded, which is hard for me to find in unpadded bras in my size range. The gore does dig in a little but it's not unbearable by any means and I think will lessen with wear and wash.

EDIT: I have now had this bra for several months and I find the band a bit tight. I can pull it out a few inches from my back, and it's not unwearable, but combined with the gore not having much padding I do find it uncomfortable after wearing for a full day. If I were to buy this bra again, I would buy a band size up.

This bra's shape is pretty much my holy grail of unlined bras, everything is cradled and encased and nothing digs in anywhere. I think the secret here is the reinforcement of the seams--the top panel of the three-part cup is also lined, and the seam between the patterned fabric and lace panel is as well. My breast tissue is fairly soft, so when I try on similar cuts (Cleo Marcie (6831) , Cleo Ellis (7211) ) that are only a single layer of lace, I spill over where the lace meets the fabric because of the stretchiness/reinforcement disparity. Guess I need to hunt down a Cleo Zia Balconnet (6851) or a Cleo Bella Balconnet Bra (7001), as they look to also have the reinforced upper lace. The band is the only fit issue for me (it's especially tight thanks to that rigid construction), but that's easily solved with an extender. The pattern is a little wild to wear all the time, but still awesome.

This review is for SS14 model, which is a red, although I find it is more an orange red rather than true red.

I find the band is a teeny bit snugger than my 28G orange/white Lucy, eventhough both stretches to 27.5"-28". I like my band to be snug, so I don't mind it one bit. Another thing is, I don't know if it's just me, but I feel that the underwire casing on this one is a little...thinner and flatter? I'm not sure, but that was the first thing I noticed when I held it for the first time. It feels different. Maybe it's just me.

As for the fit, it is consistent with other Lucy I have tried, shapewise, liftwise, etc. And as I have been doing to a few other bras, I cut off the inner lining to make it completely sheer. It doesn't affect the fit one bit! I love it. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

This bra works really well with my breast shape! I feel like the girls are happy when I wear this bra. It makes my boobs look AWESOME and way perkier than I ever thought possible, especially under shirts!

Cons- the 28 band is a little too tight for me, but I might need some adjusting to a tighter band in general from the 34Cs I was wearing before. Also, the straps are a little wide for my frame. It's a little too soon to judge how uncomfortable that will be with daily wear.

Other cons noticed - Wires are less than an inch too wide for me, but not really too bothersome. Wing comes up a little too high, but weirdly only noticeable and irritating on the right side. Some wrinkling in the bottom of the left cup, but I noticed I wasn't situating the bra exactly on my underbust line.

However, I HAVE gotten used to the 28 band, or it stretched out a bit. Either way, the band size no longer feels too tight.

In general, people say Cleo Meg is a tricky fit, you either get quadboobs or the top is too loose, but Cleo Lily is much easier to fit for most people. It is on the contrary for me. I can fit nicely in Cleo Meg, albeit a little space on top of my smaller boob, but otherwise it is fine. In Cleo Lily, I have quadboobs. Under loose top it won't show, but with tight shirts, if I pull my shoulders to fix my posture to stand straighter, you can see the quadding.

I find the top of Cleo Lily is a bit too closed for my boobs. I ... would say I am even, leaning to FoT. The sides are also a little low for me, Cleo Marcie is higher. As for the wires, although I find the Lily and Marcie are of the same width (5.5"), somehow I feel that Lily wires go further behind my back than Marcie.

I would say Lily would suit people who have FoB boobs, just like Cleo Lucy. Other than that, the shape, strap placement, etc are of the usual quality of Cleo. The fabric of Lily is softer than Meg.

I love the style/look of this bra. The fit was ok. At first I thought the cups were a fraction big, but after tightening the straps the cup seemed to fit well. However I didn't feel it was as supportive as I prefer. This may be because I had the straps as tight as they would go, and maybe if I could have adjusted the straps just a little bit more, maybe this would have lifted and supported my breasts a bit more? Although it may just be the style of the bra.

It gives a nice round shape.
