If I completely scoop breast into cups, they temporarily completely fill cups and doesn't dig into my breast tissue on the side. But soon there is gaping at the top of the cups and tissue begins to rest under the wires/cups on the out side of cup. Gore causes wrinkling of skin (?tissue) in the middle of gore. Gore has slight warping, as well as the molded cups. With an additional 5-10 pounds, I end up quading in this bra. I wear bra on tightest hook with straps completely tightened which causes straps to awkwardly sit on my shoulders instead of neck muscles and feel quite tight. If I loosen them enough to sit where they are supposed to, cups gape more.
