I tried this bra on again, 7 months since the last time (and since my measurements have changed slightly). The fit was pretty amazing! And I almost bought it. Great support and great fit. However, the horizontal seams really show through under tees and knits -- even under a tee AND a thin sweater. Since that's pretty much all I wear, and I really didn't like the horizontal seams showing through, I passed on it. The shape is also a little more torpedo-y than I like.

    Tropical peach colorway

This bra's measurements have been altered
I believe I removed a sparkly "bauble" from the gore.

I have a few of these that I had bought in maybe 2011 and really never wore. I started wearing them, pleased with the shape of my boobs and the look of the bra, generally. So then went searching for more Wacoal retro chic bras, and discovered, sadly, that the same bra makes me torpedo-y (ugh). I don't know if they moved a seam between 2011-12 and now, but I was sad that I can't replace these bras.

berexxa Thank you for your comment! I am sorry it took me years(!) to reply, but your comment was helpful - maybe it explains the torpedo mystery! ;-)

Comfortable but moulded cup so can be a gap above the breast.

When I first tried this on I didn't like the retro shape it gave my boobs, very triangular and pin-up. They are also much further apart than I'm used to when wearing this. But then I tried it under a t shirt and they looked great! Plus it was on sale and I needed bras that fit so I took it home. After wearing for long work days I can say that the band feels tight and the boning on the side gets really uncomfortable when sitting for long periods. The gore in the center goes really high, like almost above my breast tissue so ... it is not good for even high v necks or anything lower than your neckline. I just got a band extender and that made it WAY more comfy so maybe I should have tried a bigger band. Also I'm not sure if this is from the lace, or all the new bras I've been wearing and I have sensitive skin anyways but I have been breaking out in rashes since wearing it. I think it's because I'm used to wearing t shirt bras that are smooth, and after being stuffed into the lace all day my skin gets irritated. Overall it's an ok bra if you like the retro shape and wear high necklines.

This is my go to bra. I have it in 5 different colors. It is a Full coverage center pull strap bra with a two part lace cup.

I have a 36GG Panache Jasmine that fits and this bra in US 36G fits perfectly. Don't be scared away by the US sizing. I feel Wacoaol run large in the cups.

Pros: wildly comfortable, straps are centered so no sliding off or digging into your armpits. No East/West. Lots of pretty colors.
Band does not stretch out, I've had some for two years and I'm still on the middle hook.

Cons: Full Coverage with a high gore,( I'm close set 1finger width between breasts and the gore does not bother me at all)
Side boning can be an issue if you're more full figured. When I was heavier I would snip a inch off the side boning so it didn't poke my pudge. (boning runs 4.25 inches)
Matching panties are pretty but don't fit my full lower stomach area in what I think is a flattering way. Backside is generous.

I hate this bra. It is so uncomfortable. The wire is too stiff and long/tall in the arm plus the cups are gigantic. Meanwhile the band is super tight to where I had to use an extender until the elastic actually stretched out enough...over two years. I gained weight and my breasts still can't fill this out enough, leaving wrinkles in the seam (and I love seamed bras). The lace is super itchy and painful as is the elastic biting your skin. In order to make it somewhat wearable I bent the wire to curve against my ribs but that doesn't resolve much else. All in all, I avoid this like the plague.

Sets boobs close together, but that's a good thing for me. Very stretchy band. Slight minimizer, excellent for button-down shirts. Deeply unsexy look. Would buy again, in a lower band and larger cup.

The wires are very hard on my rib cage, but the support in getting my breast in the right spot is perfect. I've never filled out the very top of the cup but just got tired of bra hunting for the right item and just dealt with it.

Bought this one on a whim from Nordstrom during a sale - its a T-Shirt bra so I was not confident it would fit - usually I have cup gape but this one was surprising. It fits really well, no boob spill and it brings them together nicely- good line when wearing a tee.

I think its quite deep and narrow wired as it fits my IMF and doesnt go too far back into my armpits.

I got 2 of these a couple years ago and they're amazing t-shirt bras – super breathable, fabric is soft (but has pilled a ton on the side panels after many washings), and all parts of it are very flexible, so it feels like it conforms to your body without losing support. The pliability and reliability are, I think, it's biggest strengths – honestly, I bought this back when I was a US 36G and now I'm actually a US 34K. And I still like wearing this bra!!! The band has stretched out soooo much over the years and honestly rides up even on the tightest hook, but for some reason it otherwise still fits reasonably? My guess is because it's so moldable and provides so much coverage that there's room to grow. Definitely recommend this one; it's lasted so well over the years.

This bra embodies all the reasons I don't bother with Wacoal any more. The band feels a little loose, but most likely the 34 would be too tight. The cups feel a little small, but the H cup would probably be too big and most definitely too tall. I seem to be in-between sizes in just about every Wacoal I try.

This functions ok as a sports bra. I get a little bounce. It will work for low/medium impact activities. I wouldn't say the cups are sheer but my nipples show through. It's fairly comfortable. The gore is very tall and gapes away from my chest when I bend over.

I only paid $25 for this bra. I'm keeping it because I need something and I can wear it around the house if it doesn't work for exercise. I have tried and returned a lot of sports bras already and this one is the best so far. I'm sure I'll get my $25 worth out of it but I wouldn't pay full price.

I've outgrown this size now, but I wore this style/size for a long time because in the past I had found Wacoal bras to be the most comfortable and best fit for me, and once I had outgrown Wacoal's DDD bras. this style was the only Wacoal that was available in a G cup in my local department stores.

This bra used to fit me all right, and was comfortable, but did not gift a ton of lift or shaping (even compared to other Wacoal styles). Although the front of the cup is seamless and smooth (which I like under t-shirts and other knits), there is a side support sling which provides some shaping, bringing breasts to the center.

In general, I have found Wacoals to be very durable.

This a great bra, but not big enough for me. I have more projection than this bra allows, but I let the sweet sales lady talk me into buying it at the last second because it was their "Bra of the Month" and she was so patient with me when I was trying on 30 different bras https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> this has been worn 2 times, and hand washed.

I love this bra, except for the way it doesn't fit me.

When I tried it in at the store, it was perfect. The ladies were well contained, it lifted and separated... The back wasn't too loose or too tight.

After having worn it for a day, I hate it. It digs under my armpit, I have minor quad boob. I don't get how it's so perfect when I first put it on, then degrades into an armpit terror by noon.

    The support is wonderful, though.

This is a good everyday bra. It gives a nice amount of cleavage and a round shape and looks good under fitted tops. It runs a bit small in the cup on me - the gore doesn't quite tack. The band is comfortably firm. The lining is thick enough to provide some nipple coverage but not so thick as to be considered "padded". I have a little space in the bottom of the cups though.

(7/2014) First bra in a new size after losing a lot of weight, so for me it's been great so far. Haven't worn it enough to determine stretch or long term comfort. So far very happy with it.

Very very supportive, a bit odd with the underwire on the outside. Boobs squished too close together for personal preference, but that is probably because the centre gore does not lie flat, and because the cups are too small for my breasts. Quite comfortable for short-term wear, however.

When stretching, for example leg stretches for dancing, the underwire in the centre occasionally pokes my chin, as it is very high.

Just purchased this today(5/22/14); first impression in the fitting room was that it fits. Great! Decided to buy it, and have been wearing it at home for about an hour. The lace on the bottom of the wire is really itchy, but that could be because I've been sitting. Perhaps when standing and walking around I won't be able to feel it. The lacy material is really itchy, but the inside fabrics are quite soft.
The band is really stretchy, almost so much that I want to start wearing it on the inner clasps already. It looks like the straps are digging into my shoulders, but that's just from ... wearing ill-fitting bras for so long previously. It doesn't hurt or feel uncomfortable in the shoulder part at all.
Also, my left and right breasts are quite different in size from each other; the left is larger and almost gets cut off a little by the top of the bra, but the right almost doesn't fill it up all the way. I'll update this review after more use and perhaps a wash.
