I bought this tankini last fall and nether had a chance to wear it. I went for a bigger size to get more coverage and looser fit. I used to wear 34HH. The inside bra feels like 36HH. There is nice ruching going below left breast. It's very strategically placed to camouflage a potty stomach. The quality of fabric and stitching if very good. The straps are fully adjustable. The inner bra can be adjusted to a smaller size.
The bottom is size large, 14UK. All brand new with tags and hygienic sticker.

This bra doesn't have a traditional center gore, but I don't mind so much as its a bathing suit. But this does mean the the measurements are a bit off.

Ultimately, It was comfortable and supportive, but I just wasn't a fan off the look it gave me.

    Didn't fit

Of the three full-bust bikini/tankini bras that I've tried (one panache, one curvy kate, and one fantasie), this one is the most flattering and the most comfortable. It's also this beautiful classic, feminine, and unique color (cranberry sounds perfect to describe it). However, I got it on sale and it's 1-2 sizes down from my normal cup size, and I can tell. I've got a slight "quad-boob" effect in the top of the cup, but luckily I doubt anyone else will notice (I've also been losing weight and am hoping to continue to do to so before bikini season). I was counting on the fact that bathing suits ... tend to give you a little wiggle room in the size, but I'm glad to know that panache is consistent in their sizing system, even between bras and swimwear. However, even with my little fit issues, I can see it holding up my breasts and giving me some beautiful cleavage.

I bought a tankini because I wanted the extra tummy coverage, but I do feel like I had to make a few sacrifies for that extra coverage. First, this thing is a lot harder to put on than a bikini because there's all the extra fabric that goes all the way around without hooks. And because it has to be stretchy enough to get around your hips, shoulders, and wider parts of your body, I feel like the band is looser than I'm used to. Plus, as with most tankinis I've seen, it's a plunge style, which isn't very good for my close-set breasts. I personally feel like I'm going to fall out into the middle, especially since the gore isn't made to come up between my breasts. It will be okay if I'm only doing light swimming or sunbathing, but I wouldn't be hitting any waves in this.

The straps are comfortable and seem to adjust just fine. They're also not too wide, which I have problems with a lot. Another thing I love about the halle is that the underwires aren't too long or wide, which is another common problem for me. I don't think these things are going to stab me.

I haven't had a chance to try this by the pool yet, but I feel like as long as I continue to exercise (just not in this tankni), this will be my new favorite choice for swimwear.

    Didn't fit

This is not an unknown model, but is a Suzette Balconette bikini top!! (when I added this, there was not such option and I couldn´t add it).

I ordered this from Figleaves but unfortunately I didn´t have time to take pictures, or measure it or anything, I already packed it to be sent back. But I´ll write a review anyway, in case it might be helpful to others.

It is a bikini top and the pattern is a kind of mixture of violet, pink, black and brown parts, as in the commercial pictures. Straps are partly adjustable and there is a clip behind to secure it.

I usually wear 28F or ... 28FF in bras so i got 30E. I don´t think they make 28 bands, and when reading reviews of other Panache swimwear I guessed that 30 would be snug enough for me. It was. Only the cups were too small! So I´d say this bra / top runs small in the cups. They cut in breast tissue on top, and there was that "orange in a glass" with my left breast. Some wrinkling at the bottom of left cup (my left boob is the bigger one, so wrinkling was not due to too small cups).

Otherwise I found the bra / top very nice, looks good and felt okay. So I ordered 30F instead.

I am really happy with this. It just arrived so I haven't had a chance to try it out at the poo/beach yet though....
This is one of the best fits I have come across for my hard to fit shape. There is a bit of quad boob on the bigger side but not very much. I would love panache to bring out a bra just like this bikini!
I have read some reviews from others that they have found this quite minimising, but I haven't really found that. To me it seems a fairly true to size shape.

  7. Halle Balconnet Bikini Top (SW0752)

This bikini set was more expensive than others that I have tried and it´s not unclear why. It is definitely better quality and more complex what comes to design, than any of my other swimwear.

The top has kind of 2 layers of fabric in the cups and straps. You can change the top layer´s position in the cups, you can have more coverage or pull it away so that cups will be more open. There are normal, adjustable straps and over them is another layer that makes it look that the straps are very wide. This is kind of hard to explain, I´ll put photos to show ... this. Straps are fully adjustable. The detail of the bottom shorts is also adjustable.

This bikini top fastens with a metal hook, and there are 3 options of how tight you want it to be!!!! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Then the size. My "usual" bra size is 28F (28FF in some models, and 65F in EM) and I got this in 30E, but there´s some quadboob again!! This is a common problem to me what comes to swimwear...
Anyway the quadboob is not bad at all, and I wonder if 30F would be too big. But I shall not know, because I won´t order it, I will keep this. I tend to need normal-wide wires, (narrow ones are NOT for me) and in this bikini the wires are very good for me.

So what else to tell... It is a very nice bra and the fit is good on me except for the very small quadboob, I definitely can live with that! I have nothing to complain, really...
I got the shorts in size 12 and they are a good fit. I usually wear M.

ETA. I have worn the bikini a few times now, and I think the quadboob disappeared. So I marked this bikini as "fits". However the shape of the cups is not ideal for me, it does nothing to my boobs. There is no lift at all, the shape is very natural (not the way I prefer it, but it´s ok).

I'm loving this bikini top! It feels pretty comfortable so far, not too much digging or anything and it isn't falling or slipping down at all either. That said, I haven't been doing too much activity with it on, and I certainly haven't tried swimming with it yet (bring on 1 week and 4 days for Turkey, wohoo!).

I've tried wearing it with the halter on and off and I really love how both look. It's no problem at all without the straps, I tried jumping around and my boobs stayed in very nicely.

I did actually go up 1 cup size more than I usually go for, which is a 27FF. I'm glad I did because I think I would've gotten quadboob from the FF. The G seems to be just perfect for me!

Found this swimsuit cheap on ebay and it fits amazingly well. These swim suits run a tiny bit small in cup and band. I usually wear a 30 band and start a couple hooks in. This bra doesn't have hooks so it either fits or doesn't, but fits well on me. It's also a tiny bit small in the cups, so if you are in between sizes I'd size up, but I wear a 30D and it fits nicely in the cup for me (just something to keep in mind). This is my very first underwire anything and it's really comfortable. I have tried on underwire bras and felt the wrath of a too high gore. The gore sits comfortably and it holds all the tissue thanks to Panache's wide wires. Excited to wear this on the beach!

This is the first bikini top that has provided me with adequate coverage and support. I have trouble finding my size, and usually even in the right size, something is amiss. But this one is PERFECT. I can move around freely without worrying about my boobs escaping! I have this in the paisley print, which is not padded, so it is very comfortable and doesn't mould my boobs into some weird unnatural shape. I personally could care less about nipple poke through, but if you're someone who's weirded out about your nipples being detected, you may want to avoid the paisley and instead go for the red or lagoon, which I believe have some light padding. I also like that the straps are thin. Thin ones look much better, and support should come mainly from the band, so there is really no need for ugly industrial-looking mega straps in my opinion. This balconette top is a winner!!

This is the first bikini I've ever owned (I was raised mormon), and I gotta say I was a little worried when I ordered. But when this beauty arrived in my mailbox, it was love at first sight. I tried on my other bras that came and was underwhelmed. When I tried on my bikini top, it felt like angels had come and lifted my breasts and put them where they belong.
I'm amazed at how well it fits because of it being a swim suit. It feels great and looks sexy. The only thing I think other wearers might not like about it is the "plain" look it has. I actually like that because I'm a very reserved person when it comes to my clothing. Now, if only I could find other bras that fit as well as this!

  16. Sorrento Tankini (SW0315)

This is a tankini top that has an underwired inner layer. It fits me nicely, the wires are wide enough and cups are the right size https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Straps are fully adjustable and they come off at the back, so you can cross them in the back.

However, there are some fit issues. The way the straps are positioned where they start at the front side, they should be crossed in the back. I guess this was meant to wear like that. When I wear the inner bra hooks in the tightest rows the fit is very good on me, but then the outer ... layer gapes at the back side!! It is as if the inner layer and the outer are not the same size. If I wear the straps non-crossed, the gaping lessens, but then the starting point of straps at the front side gaps!! If you know what I mean. If I wear the straps crossed and loosen them all the way, the gaping is not that bad, but then I loose the support https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

So this tankini is not designed very well. But other than that, I like it! The colour is great and at least the inner bra part feels comfortable and supportive. This really wold be perfect if there were not thos things I mentioned with the fit!
Oh, and the "usual" size for is 28F. Some 30E´s are good, too, when in the tightest hooks or in the middle hooks, but definitely I prefer 28.

I also got matching bottom in an XS and I found them to be too big for me. I usually wear a 2 or 4 in bottom..skinny with a round butt and these sagged, the xs is more like a small

Be aware that I measured stretched length with due diligence but owing to the design of the suit, I don't think that it's an accurate indicator of the actual stretched length- the lycra covering over the bra got in the way.

Despite all the apparent fit issues with this swimsuit, it does it's job quite well. While in an ideal world, I'd probably like something a little snugger in the band and more generous in the cup, I feel comfortable and supported when I swim. I wouldn't want to go running in it, or even wear it for extended periods of time out of the water, but in the ... water I'm very happy in this suit.

It's a tricky thing to get on, and aside from having a friend to help you, you need to wriggle into the top, pull the separate underwired section down over your breasts so it stops stabbing you in the neck, then pull the rest of it down, and unless you're more clever than me, you'll need to spin it around to fasten it, as the fastenings are the reverse of normal bra fastenings (the hooks are the inner section instead of the outer section). Once it's on though, it's quite secure.

I do tend to fall out of the bottom of the bra section, but that's only to be expected as my breasts are probably 3-4 cup sizes larger than what's been recommended for the suit. I'd like something with a gore that's a little less high in the centre as well- it stabs a bit. The straps on it are actually reasonably sensibly placed (not so wide set as to rub under my arms), and are fully adjustable.

I love the look of this print- it's like I have a swimsuit covered in jelly beans! I have the matching bottoms in an 8, which I'd say run true to size- I normally get an 8 in underpants/swimmer bottoms and this was no exception. The briefs have nice full coverage and the tankini is sufficiently long to cope with my long torso and round tummy without leaving a massive gap between tops and bottoms.

I haven't worn this a lot, because I rarely swim, but it does seem to be quite a durable suit and hasn't suffered damage from chlorine/salt/sunscreen.

I was surprised to find this bikini top to fit as well as it does. The band is looser than I would normally want for a bra, but I think it's more aesthetically appropriate on my squishy ribs than a properly supportive band would be since it's a swim suit.

The lift offered by the cup shape is nothing to write home about, and I would bet that a person with less upper fullness than me would get a way better silhouette. I feel like gives me a more downward pointing shape than a different cut or sturdier material might, and that a lot of the support actually comes ... from the straps because the cup material is so stretchy. This too is problematic because the straps are made of the same stretchy material.

Ultimately it's a great top for lazing around on the beach, especially if you want a shape that is more true to your natural bust. I love the color and the feel of the material, even if the stretch doesn't do as much for lift as I'd normally like. I plan to pair it with high waist bikini bottoms :]

Do you need wide and shallow cups? If so, this is a great bikini for you! It's my first experience with Panache bikinis, and I think it is simply too shallow and wide for me. It's a shame, because the bikini itself is VERY lovely, with muted purples, browns, and a lovely watermelon red. It has enough black in the design that a basic black bikini bottom would look great, so it's really not necessary to buy the matching bottoms.

The cups are way too separate for my boobs, and the wires are too wide. The bottom of the underwires don't really sit in the proper place and they smush my boobs back. If I had simply NO other bathing suits, this may be 'acceptable', but I am fortunate enough to have some really well fitting ones, so I must return this!

The material is very comfortable, so I anticipate this being a WONDERFUL bikini for someone who would be compatible with the shape!
