This is a great option if you're looking to get a Panache Sports bra at a discount. The bra is identical to the standard wired Panache Sports bra, and has tall moulded cups with narrowish wires. I would advise anyone with short roots or a full on bottom shape to size down in the cup. The wires are padded, and overall the bra is very comfortable. The fabric of the top is very swim-like, and in fact I wear it as a swimsuit pretty frequently. The band is fairly true to size, and I was hoping it would be tighter.

learningaboutbras How is the gore in relation to your center-full, close-set tissue? This is so inexpensive now and I love the concept, but the gore prevents me from purchasing it.
Love4Pollinators the gore is too high and wide for me, as you probably guessed. I can't feel the wires. I have trouble figuring out if the wires are in my IMF, that's how cushioned they are. It's possible the wires wouldn't cause me problems, even if I worked out in this excellent looking tank top. I'm embarrassed to say the only way I've tested this top is (1) looks, which it scores high on, (2) ease of putting on, which it scores low on, and (3) comfort while lounging or exercising. The difficulty putting it on discourages me from even trying to lounge around in it. I got it really cheap at Nordstrom Rack, though, and it looks great. I know Erica at Sophisticated Pair has worn hers a ton as a tankini top.

It has a very FOB shape with an upward point/slope, and very shallow on the bottom half. I couldn't quite feel the bottom of the 30E, but this sits nearly an inch below my boobs! I feel like I'm escaping out the sides, underwires want to sit on breast tissue on the sides, I get major quad on top, and yet there is empty space at the super high apex! No amount ...of swooping and scooping will get my boobs to take the shape of the cup. It's almost shaped like a 7 and my boobs are an upside down seven, so completely opposite haha.
As for the band, it is sooooo firm; it barely stretches and I have to have an extra 2 hooks of an extender for it not to kill me currently. Either my 30E REALLY stretched out, or the dark dye makes this bra run small. I do know darker colors run smaller, and I bought the 30E a long time ago so the bra could have changed over time, but this just seems to run almost 2 sizes smaller in the cups, shallower with a pointier cup shape, and really tight in the band.
On the flip side, IT'S SO PRETTY. Oh my gosh I love the galaxy!! I don't know if I want to try a 28F, or another 30E in this bra if it really has changed over time... I already took the tags off and wore it as a t-shirt bra for a day (which btw, at least that upward pointed shape looks great under a t-shirt haha) so I guess I'm going to make it work for now. I just work out at home. It won't be an option for a lazy day bra any more, but as it stretches and I wash it, maybe it will soften up.

That’s different. I keep hearing they run a cup size too big, but the ones I’ve tried have either been the correct size or too small in the cup. I can’t comment on bands as they don’t sell a 28 anywhere close in my cup size and the 30 and 32 bands are too huge.
Sovavosi I followed the "cup size too big" rule on my first one so sized down in cup, but also sized up in band, so technically ended up in a sister size. Just looking at the measurement comparisons, and how they feel, there is a HUGE overall volume difference between one cup size. I shouldn't have half the cup empty in one and then exploding out the next! Thanks for your input. :)
This is such a great sports bra, you don't realize how much bounce and jiggle you experience even with smaller boobs until you eliminate it entirely. Wow, what a difference it makes! An other thing this bra did for me was make me realize that there is at least a whole cup size in difference between my bigger and my smaller boob. It shows very clearly on my left side where the is an indentation where I simply cant fill the top of the cup whilst my right size fills it completely. I think my right side is even a tiny bit crammed, I did buy the F cup first though and it was too big. I'm guessing that if you have very little tissue on the top half of your breasts you might experience a bit of the same trouble as my smaller side.
This was overall too small for me. I had read that the Panache Sport runs a little big, so I ordered two sizes to try out. The cups were too small for sure. I had too much left out of the wires on the sides, not because they were too narrow, but because there just wasn't room. If the bra wasn't so tall I would have had crazy quadding. As it is I had awesome date night cleavage in it (it doesn't show up well in the pics, which is a shame because it was impressive to behold), but I'm lifting weights not picking up dates, so nope. The wires were cozy though and the band was TTS. Good tension, but it is a little too tall for my lats to like it. As far as color, I liked it quite a bit more in person than I do online. The pink is very bright, which is not my thing, but the blue gray trim tones it down and I liked it.
Thought the lining was neon yellow, but it's more lemon-lime. The band starts out tight, but I'm pretty sure it'll stretch to perfect. The cups are odd. The wide wires seem to reach under my armpits, the top lies flush except for the center, and since the gore is too wide, my breasts are flattened where the cups expect fullness. I think I may need to go down to a 28DD.
There is no cutting into my tall roots on the top--great fit there.

I tried adjusting it upward but I find it more comfortable a bit below--however, it's hard to tell where the wires even are due to their strangeness, and I'm not sure the wire ...placement matters as much for a sports bra.
It gives a nice round, and uplifted-but-slightly-minimized shape. I would definitely wear this as a normal bra on some days.
Due to the shape and construction of the bra, I had some difficulty on the S&S.

(Note: One of the cup has a manufacturer's mistake; a rigid line runs across the cup making the fit distorted) Great looking, and gets along well with my shallow shape. The 28E fits true to size for me. It performs excellent during workouts, no bounce or discomfort at all.
The good thing about this bra is that the fabrics are very sturdy. Not something flimsy at all. It's one of the prettier sports bras on the market for big busted girls. However it doesn't feel good at all though, I'm constantly aware of it. I play soccer and sometimes when I sprint and go at it I can feel the underwires poking into my sternum. The straps are also far too long for my petite frame even at the tightest setting and hooked into racerback positon(this makes my boobs bounce uncomfortably). I adjust the bra while training AT LEAST after each jog/sprint across the pitch. Annoying to ...say the least, and very uncomfortable... Even while sitting down doing nothing, as I am doing now, the bra hurts me. It makes me feel suffocated and crushes my ribs. It's down to the strain of the too-small-cup I'm certain, because I can still pull away the bra from my body without any difficulty.

During my journey to find a bra that fits, I also decided to find a sports bra that fits. I decided to compare the top 3 companies for sports bras recommended on r/ABraThatFits: Panache, Freya, and Shock Absorber. My main goal was to find a sports bra suitable for running. For reference, I'm projected, FOB, center full, narrow roots, petite (4'11"), and normal bra size UK 28F.
I tried to size down to 28E, because my FOB-breasts had too much empty space at the top of the cups for 28F. Unfortunately, the 28E cups were way too small, so I had tissue spilling out on the sides near my ...armpit that would rub against my arm with any movement, which would be very annoying during exercise. I also found the wires to be too firm for a bra that I intended to run in.
While I felt the band was comfortable and true to size, the wires pressed against my ribs which made it hard to take a deep breath. For my shape, I found the non-wired Panache sports bra to be a better fit and a lot more comfortable for exercising.
This is a solid sports bra. However, the 28F fits me better than this does. I wear the 28F as a day bra sometimes, although the center gore height is on the tall side for me. Fortunately, the wire itself is not so high, so it doesn't dig into my sternum.
This is actually my first sports bra purchase ever. It's delightful to have a band that fits my 25-inch ribcage securely from the loosest hook for once and straps that won't slide off my shoulders. The cups aren't quite the right shape for me though. I think they're a little too shallow at the bottom. But I am not used to not having an underwire, so it may just take some getting used to. It does stay in place and keep me in place, which is the main point anyway. I like the fit of the racerback more, but the hook is uncomfortably high. At least the straps are soft. Overall, my complaints are minor, and I'm happy with the look and function of it so far.
It fits perfectly. I wish the cups were a half-inch taller but I wish that about every bra. The support is excellent. I can run without thinking about my boobs once. Then band is perfect on my 26 underbust. The cups give me sliiight quadding because my roots are too tall. The lack of wires gives my close set breasts more freedom.
How is this, fit and support-wise, as compared to the wired version?
on me the unwired is more supportive and fits better than the wired version for because it is more permissive in its shape. for example, in the wired, the wires sat on my close-set (touching) breasts, reducing support.

This is a very comfortable and supportive sports bra. Unfortunately, it is a bit too small in the cups for me. The band length is great- a snug 28. The straps are wide and comfortable and can convert to a racer back. It gives a more attractive shape than most sports bras, as well as being more comfortable. It has no irritating label- the label is printed onto the band. I would love to have this in a 28F. I'll be listing this one.
I love panache sport because of its maximum control in my opinion.
I do have some fit issues but they don't bother me. The biggest issue is my smaller side doesn't have enough upper fullness to full the top of the cup (I'm FOB). I also have very slight cup folding on my larger side, most likely due to my FOB shape combined with it being in between E and F in size. Although it has a wide gore it is very soft and supportive so I don't find it bothers me. The band is also firm so if you are a large 28 you may consider sizing up.
Overall I would recommend this bra to anyone looking for a maximum control sports bra!
This is a great bra, sadly not my size. I knew it wasn't my size when I got it, but how can you say no to a Panache Sport for $17? I can wear it with an extender pretty comfortably, it looks great (I have the Geo Print), very high impact, super well made. The padded wires and clasp are wonderful, although it does make the gore quite wide. Cuts in just a hair on my tall roots. A 30DD would probably fit me perfectly.
I have a couple gripes about this bra. Sometimes the wires bother me while running. While this is a super high impact bra, it's ...still attached to a person running, and like anything else, shifts up and down slightly. I usually don't notice it after a few minutes though. The one that actually annoys me is that I cannot use the J-hook on it. I'm a short person (5'2") and if I use the J-hook, this thing practically decapitates me. Maybe in a 30 I could hook it, but I doubt it. I have to have the straps almost all the way out just to wear it normally. It also makes some of my running shirts fit tight since they're cut for small boobs in a compression bra. The last one, is that the printing on the front of the band, where it says 'Panache Sport' is peeling off and I only wear this bra a couple times a month.
All in all, I think it's a fantastic bra, and I'd love to have it in my actual size. I wish Panache would sort out those straps though. Read more 163 more words
This top is basically a Panache sports bra built into a shirt. This bra is the holy grail of sports bras. The band fits snugly and the cups hold everything in place perfectly. It's great for any type of exercise. The cups do run a little big -- I could have sized down to 28DD if I had wanted to, but I'm still ok in the 28E.
This one looks like a molded bra under tops, love the bright colors and the racerback option. With the racerback unhooked, I get weird gaping the cups, so I always wear the racerback hook clipped. Best fitting sports bra so far.

This is AMAZING as a sports bra, I dance so I do a lot of bouncing around and this keeps everyone locked in. I bought it in a white and a black colour, it'd be great for dance if they ever did a nude version of this. I think all bras should have their wires in silicone, you can't feel them! Sadly after about 4 months I have grown out of them both, but when I can I will definitely re-buy them!
