This is a full coverage bra, I was looking for an every day comfy t shirt bra. Sadly this just didn't fit properly, It came up very high under my armpit but I was filling the cups at the bottom so I think a cup size down would not have been a solution. I have full on the bottom boobs and I did have a very slight gap where cup joins strap at the top. But have had moulded bras look worse than this one, I would say this is softly moulded. Its a shame as this would have been ideal style wise for me if it had fitted.
See my review of the 32G. What I'll say about the fit on this one is that it's much better for me at the moment (since i"m not digging tight bands). This band is adequately snug to do the job, but not as snug as the 32G. The cups on this one also fit pretty closely to those on the 32G.
The fit is very very wide. The center gore itself is not overly wide, but the cup itself splays very wide and pushes my breast tissue quite wide. It is quite comfortable, but has a terrible shape underclothes that makes me look much heavier set/top heavy than I am. Has held up well over a handful of months of heavy wear.
This bra is better than it was when I got it a few months ago. Right now I'm measuring about a half to a full size above where I was when I purchased it, so it's not surprising. Still having that strap issues of them sliding off, and the wires area tad high for my tastes. The gore pushes my breasts a bit wide, but other than that it's okay under a shirt.
I feel that this bra would be very comfortable, if it fit me correctly. I'm still trying to figure out my proper size, so I can't fault the bra for that. This bra doesn't work for me for multiple reasons: the wires are too wide, the straps are too far apart, the cups are a bit too big, and the cups come up too high and cut into my armpits.
It's hard to review this bra because the cups are way too big for me! They look like half-deflated balloons. If I'd done more research before trying this out, I'd know these bras are too deep for me.
Love the simple elegance of this bra. Yes, it could be way prettier, but at least it's not ugly and it's somehow better than "plain". No show through molded cup with a reasonably low balconette coverage that doesn't overwhelm my chest. Alas, quadraboob https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> - probably true to size. Shape is good. Band feels fantastic; excellent support without poking, prodding, rubbing, etc. True to size. Doesn't cut into my armpits like the Freya Deco. Quality seems excellent. Only 2 hooks; wish it were 3-4 but it doesn't feel skimpy on. Once I locate a cheap(ish) 34G, I expect to find that this is my go-to bra.
This bra has great support, and a definite up-front shape. It gives me a nice (non-pointy) shape that looks good under almost any shirt.
The pattern would not be my first choice, but it is pretty.
The wires on the side do come up pretty high under my arms, but they do not necessarily poke all of the time. This makes it slightly uncomfortable, but definitely not unwearable.
My breasts are pretty close set, and the gore is a little too wide, so it kinda untacks on one side and looks lopsided. I will post a pic for clarification.
I actually love this bra. The band is definitely too big, but much better than what I was wearing before.
The only issue I have is that there is extra fabric on the sides of the cup right by the strap, and if I tighten the straps to make that go away the extra fabric just rubs my armpits.
This is a beautifully made, comfortable bra. The cups are generous, with enough gift to adjust well to weight fluctuations. The band, while tight initially, stretches out quite a bit - if you're between band sizes, I would definitely suggest going down (I've lost weight, and it's now entirely too large). I own the cafe and the black, and both are equally pretty.
UPDATE: I've altered this by sewing ribbon along the lower edge of the band in the back, which limits the stretch. Now it fits more like a 32G!
I have worn the heck out of this bra, and it's starting to show. The measurements I took are probably very different from when the bra was new. I've also lost weight since having it, so now the band and cups are a little too big for me. I still wear it a ton. It's very comfy.
This bra is lovely, and the sizing was decent- maybe the back is a bit tight, but as I'd ordered a size up it was okay.
However, I'm just not full enough at the top of my breasts for it. There's empty space in parts of the cup, but sizing down would cut into the top of the breast tissue. A shame! Fantasie tends to make bras that, in my experience, do not work well for women who have shallow profiles. The three Fs are at work here- full, firm, or fake.
