The gore was to high and the strap were to far apart for me. Could be a good option for someone who is full on top or has tall roots.

I can see why this bra is so well liked, and it's worked out pretty well for me, however, there are a few glaring issues that I believe can simply be chalked up to my body type.

The most glaring issue is the underwire. It's too wide and digs into my armpit. Also, the bottom of the bra doesn't meet my inframammary fold, instead it sits just below it. The underwire extends a bit long at the center gore and pokes into my chest making it uncomfortable. Also, if I were to buy this bra again I'd probably go for the 36HH as opposed to the 38H that I ... currently have because the band rides up in the back. All of these things aren't really problems with the bra itself, though, and more so just personal issues I have because of my body type being incompatible.

Aside from those personal issues, Cleo Marcie is well constructed and the fabric is breathable. The band was a bit stiff at first, but it quickly wore in to the point where it was too big, so if you pick this bra up and are worried that the band is too tight, expect it to stretch quite a bit - you may even have to size down, but that's unlikely. The lace at the top of the cups is not stretch so it can cause problems for FOT girls. I'm slightly FOB/pretty close to even fullness and I did have some slight issues with quadboobing for my larger breast, but nothing that was super noticeable under clothes. If I was fuller on top or if I went a size down, I definitely would have issues with this non-stretch lace. FOB girls should have no problem.

The design is attractive and I love the colors, but this is a personal opinuon, so it's not really worth going on and on about. It's worth a side note, though.

In closing, this is a good bra for FOB-even fullness, projected girls with either a medium root or a slightly wide or slightly narrow root - but if you have very narrow roots, you'll probably experience digging in of the underwire like I have.

Oh, boy. This is my most bittersweet bra in a long time. On the one hand, it actually just looked like how I think a bra should! Unlike all these patterned mesh concoctions I've grown accustomed to, it was basic, sexy, and even (gasp) gave me a bit of cleavage! Absolute winner when it comes to looks.

On the downside, the blasted thing was incredible uncomfortable. The band ran very tight (sister sizers rejoice! ...except not me because this is already the biggest band size they make.) The straps were also incredibly thin and actually too short for me, which rarely if ever happens. While the band was a ... bit better with an extender, the one of the straps kept twisting and wouldn't stay flat. The band also felt much thinner and more bitey, even compared within brand to the also two hook 38H - Cleo » Juna (6461)

The cups themselves fit mostly okay, although the wires were definitely too narrow and short for me. (Often a problem for me, though this was probably worse than average.) The lip of the cup on my larger breast also curbed out a little, like the foam wasn't quite right with the fabric case? In a way I've seen molded cups do before. Not sure if this was a defect or size thing, but there was no quadboob in sight.

All of that said, I'm still sorely tempted to keep this. I know,I know, that's a terrible idea, considering it was uncomfortable enough I haven't yetconvinced myself to try it on again after the initial five minute go. But I loved the look of it so much, I'm still tempted to try strap and maybe? Possibly? Band surgery (though I'm not actually qualified for either.)

EDIT: I tried it on for longer, and I'd say that the wires are quite U-shaped, making it hard to fully nestle in the bottom for me, and definitely quite narrow as well - they were slightly narrower than my 75JJ - Ewa Michalak » Pl Black (64) when I tried them on at the same time.

So, I'd recommend this bra for someone who wears true to size 36s or stretchy 34s usually, and prefers a narrow, U-shaped cup, with less projection than EM but not shallow. The cups felt true to size for certain shapes to me. (I'm a large 38H/small38HH these days, with Hs often taking some convincing not to quad, and had no signs of quadboob in this.)

First I tried this bra in a 38GG. So far, the wires poking my sides seems to be mostly resolved with this size. I still find the underwires a little short for me, but overall I love the look and fit of this bra, so I think we have a keeper! Everything is really well constructed, I just wish the underwire wasn't so much shorter than the channel! (Edited to add that I decided to return it, the wire poking wasn't actually better)

Very cute, feels on par with other cleo bra quality, not as much padding on the wire as I prefer, only two hooks at the back which juts feels weird to hook. Good projection, I think its too narrow for me so it still sits a bit low. No strap gap at all which might be a first. Definitely a better fit than some bras I've kept and worn regularly for years but not as good as my current favorite. Edit: Okay its been days? weeks? and I put it on again and have been wearing it for 30-40 minutes and I really think I need this exact everything but just a wider wire, so I guess it would also need a deeper depth. It's probably technically a tad small in that it might give a teensy quad boob depending on where my arms are

I ordered this bra in two sizes this go around and happened to try on the 38HH before the 38H and the 38HH was too small in the cups but I decided to try the 38H on really fast to see how it fit and it certainly does not fit.

Despite my love for 38GG - Cleo » Marcie Balconnet Bra (6831), this sister-cut did not work. It is not as open at the top as Marcie. Although the stretch lace is nice, it cut in slightly, even at the larger H cup. It made for a pointy, downward shape, too.

I love this bra. It's soft and very comfy. The band is a bit big for me, but as I'm a 36H/HH now, I think it is ok. I'd recommend it for women with firmer breast tissue who need not too much depth in the cup.

Lol, nope. The foam in the cup was very stiff, and did not work with the shape of my boobs. I had quadboob. The band ran quite tight, subjectively a full size. I'm an H/HH right now, and don't think you can get away with your smaller cup size in this bra.

For what it's worth, though, the detailing on the bra/band/straps was really nice.

This is a nice bra that comes in a lot of colors. It gives a nice round shape and the lace detailing at the top is cute. The underwires are a bit pokey under the armpits, but since I'm a bigger girl its hard to tell if that is because they are too high, too low, or if they'll just be pokey no matter where they are because they aren't very padded, whereas I am QUITE padded!

The band doesn't feel as nice as the Marcie or the Lily which have similar cup shapes.

This is my new favorite bra. The print is so cute and I love the little strip of pink mesh along the top.

It makes my breasts nice and rounded and projected forward. I don't quite fill out the top of this bra, so it is not a perfect fit, but it is not noticeable under clothes and isn't bad looking without clothes.

The underwires and bands somehow feel more comfortable than the Lucy and the Marcie, but I couldn't tell you why because the underwire seems to be the exact same shape.

I liked the idea of this bra, but it did not work for me. It was great on my larger breast, but not so much on the smaller one. In fact, it seemed to highlight the difference in size.

I normally wear a 38GG, but I had to go up to the 38H for this bra. It gives great support, but the underwires are a little too high in the armpit for my body. They poke a little bit throughout the day, but the great support and fun color make it worth it for me.

The store advertised this as being "lime" but it's really highlighter yellow.
