Melody vs. Harmony

I'm currently on a quest to find a nude bra for summer that isn't made out of a scratchy fabric like Panache Ariza Balconnet Bra (5051).

I'm looking at Panache Melody and Harmony: I have tried the Panache Harmony Full Cup Underwire (4035) once and the band felt super tight and unstretchy and the top section ran tight - which doesn't match that well with my full-on-top boobs.
Panache Melody Fullcup (6055) does actually have the same cut as the Harmony fc but I might solve my issues with sizing up in the cups. Does anyone know if the band is that unstretchy on Melody fc too?

However - the balconette(s) might work for me:
Bratabase says: "Although the Panache Melody Balconette (6051) is the follow-up model to the Panache Harmony Underwired Balconnet (4031) the cuts are significantly different."
What is the differnce between both bras?
And - does the band run tight on the balconette too? Any information would be helpful :)

  • I've owned both the Panache Melody Balconette (6051) and the Panache Harmony Underwired Balconnet (4031) and I never found any difference at all, apart from different lace was used and the lace of the first one might have been a touch more supportive. Someone else who edited the thing on Bratabase apparently had a different opinion. Same thing with BrasIHateAndLove, if you look at her blog.

  • As to the band, I found it a touch big on me in a 28-band, but with the center gore taken it it was really good and I'm borderline between 26 and 28.Honestly, the band is the most comfortable band I've ever tried. The fabric is smooth and elastic, but firm. The elastic at the band is really wide, especially compared to @Freya and I honestly just found it the most comfortable band ever...
