This is the softest bra I’ve ever tried on in my life. I’m obsessed. The cups are so beautiful and soft too. Fit isn’t 100% though, but that’s more my problem.
This is definitely an average projected bra - I’m on the shallower side, and so I definitely have some wrinkles at the nipples. However, it’s not so bad that I would not wear it - plus with a little adjustment I can smooth it out. The cups have nice wide wires which is what I need.
In terms of size, I got a 28DD - note that my calc size is now a 28E/F. There is a ...bit of quadboobing, however since I’m shallow, the cups at 28E or F would be far too projected, so I will personally be sticking with the 28DD as I’d rather quadboobing than wrinkles.
I will say I’ve tried on other 28DD’s that I got with this bra, including a Gossard Envy, and they were all far too small for me, so I really do think this bra runs big in cups. I would personally recommend a size or two down in the cup. I have quite wide roots and no problem with the wire so if you’re narrow and projected (like most are), you may even consider two cup sizes down to get the wire width right.
The band is fairly snug. I’m in between a 28/30 so I will be using an extender, however I would still say it is fairly true to band size. I had no problem closing it, I just don’t have that much squish.
Overall, gorgeous bra, so soft, and surprisingly fit so well! Read more 169 more words
This is such a gorgeous, high quality bra, it's a shame it didn't work for me! I got this from r/braswap and a bunch of bras, all in a 28DD. However, I remeasured after I bought them since I hadn't measured in a couple of months and I felt I went up in size. Would you believe, I did. So my calculator size is a 28E/F. So this bra is definitely too small in the cups for me. I would say it is a true 28DD, but for projected breasts.
You will see the tragedy that is this fit in the pictures. It is quadboobing galore, so in theory I ...would definitely need a 28F I'd say. However, there is a lot of puckering and wrinkling at the nipples, and the bra kinda collapses into my boob. I am on the shallower end (not Natori Feathers shallow, but too shallow for Panache), and this shape isn't for me at all unfortunately.
The band was fine, albeit a little tight. I don't know if it warrants going up in band but consider going up if you're inbetween band sizes.
If you're projected, definitely try this bra out, and go for your normal size. Read more 92 more words
I was hesitant when the saleslady suggested this bra, as I had never worn a bra with non-padded or moulded cups before. I was always afraid that would feel not as strongly supported, but I feel very secure in this bra. The lace of the cup stretches, which feels very comfortable. The lace itself is also very fine/flat so it does not show through fabric. Straps can be detached to cross over in racerback style. It has a nice deep plunge so can be worn under almost any of my top (accept for white because it will shine through obviously).
Had to get used to the transparancy of the lace as it shows your nipples, but I have come to love this bra so much! I feel comfortable, supported, confident, and very sexy in it, while feeling almost like wearing a bralette. My favorite bra I own!
Where did you get this in a 28 band? It looks great btw! Glad it worked out well for you. I too started out my bra journey in the 28D/DD range. It can be so difficult to find great sub 32 band bras! Even the women who are over an F/FF cup are large busted, they are still bras for smaller/petite women and most of them are just designed the same as the 32+ bands. And my favorite bra brands now no longer exist! Lol.
