This is cute and comfortable. As usual, the gore is too high for me but it’s manageable. I wish this was a two hook bra, as one cup size smaller only has two hooks. Sometimes I find the three hook band to feel cumbersome. I enjoy the pop of color on the straps. The cups for quite well.

This is THE best bra I have ever purchased. It is a seamless t-shirt bra, molded cup, and plunge style. I was unsure at first, as I've always fallen through the middle of plunge styles, but this one is absolutely perfect! I can wear it all day and not worry about readjusting myself, which is a breath of relief! It doesn't have seams down the centre, so it gives a perfectly rounded shape. Many reviews say this bra runs large, but I found it True to Size. The band is snug, and does not stretch out quickly like other brands, giving it a longer lifespan. I will be buying this in every colour!

We're really glad you like it. Freya x

    • I'd like to know which color are you basing your review on?

I found the Nude and Black (30FF) versions to be true to my non-moulded Freya size yet the Charcoal (30G)(and presumably the Lupin color as well since they are both the current version). I tried adjusting the straps on the Black, Nude and Charcoal until the cups fit best without cleavage-area gaping.

Based on *so* many reviews I feel this bra is best tried on in multiple sizes by every woman as we are all different shapes! :)

    • This is based on the Black Deco

I love the look of this bra. The style is so unique, if it was available in something besides black and white, I'd probably keep it, even with the fit issues.

The wires are soft, and the gore doesn't tack. The shape is more rounded than unlined Freya's tend to be, which is a welcome change, although I feel like I'm not getting a ton of lift in this bra. It is also almost minimizing with the stretch lace overlay. It was very comfortable when I tried it on though, the gore is low, the wings are LOW (amazing in my size range) and the straps are thin. Some cutting in on my larger side.

So, I'm loosing weight, and needed new bras. Going down to a 34 band, just barely fits, which is where I want it to be. Freyas are really bad at stretching out quickly, as I found out with the 36 I bought about two months ago. Sure, some weight loss was involved, but I've only lost 3cm in my band size since I got that bra. So, it's pretty much the bra that's the problem. You might be wondering why then did I buy another of the same brand? Simple, I know it is comfortable, and there's plenty of sizing info for trying to determine size on ... this website, which made me more sure of my choice.

As for the cup, well that's been a struggle since I started trying to find a good fitting bra. So, based upon the measurement of cup volume that I fill out in another bra, and knowing I keep getting cups too big for me, I gave a shot on going 3 cup equivalents down to get hopefully the best fit. Well, if I was fitting my smaller breast, it would be a slam dunk. However, I need just about 1cm more in depth for my bigger breast. I'm going to keep this bra, because I am shrinking, and am likely to fit it better soon. It cost me 20 bucks, and isn't worth the cost to ship it back overseas. I've got some holiday shopping to do soon, and will be buying another bra from them a cup size bigger, to hold me in the meantime.

Otherwise, it's very comfortable. It doesn't poke anywhere. I was surprised that it only had 2 hooks per column, for it being a GG cup. I feel it would be a little more secure on the sides with the extra hook, and fabric that would go a little higher as it moves towards the back. I was hoping the pointyness of the cups would not be so bad in a smaller cup, but alas, they just are just as conical as ever. It's not terrible, but be aware if you need projection space, this bra doesn't do that for you. Overall, it's a very pretty, and I hope to use it soon.

This is my first Freya bra above a G cup. The straps are a bit thicker, there are 3 hooks instead of 2, and the upper part of the cups that would be sheer are lined. The pansy print is really pretty! It also manages to give me a decent shape; I was worried because I have heard that above a G cup, the cup construction tends to go awry.

    • Such a pretty bra! That might be one of the best floral prints I've seen yet. I'm so glad to hear it gives a good shape. :)

    • Oh, thats gorgeous! I havent tried any freyas - I think I was told the wires arent as firm as I like?

    • Good to know as I've got one in my ebay watch list, but haven't been able to push the BIN button yet. Thanks for the info!

    • BumbleBean I will have to add some pics of me wearing the bra underneath a top!
@dbmamaz A lot of people say that their wires are soft, and that the gore often doesn't tack on them. I get soft tack though
@catiebabe85 Do it, if you haven't already!

WOW! I want 1. Looks gorgeous on you! I agree with you that the new style is way better than the older model. No more gaping for Deco lovers. <3

I might have to try more Decos. I tried a whole bunch in the old model and they never fit.

    • 1

...it looks great, and I'm happy that there are people for whom it works better now, but sadly the reverse is also true, so it doesn't fit me anymore :(

    • JulieCS what size do you wear in the old model?

    • JulieCS Not everyone is going to not be able to fit into the new style. :) I could fit into the old style if the bands were more A shaped than V shaped. Meaning the top half of the bra band was smaller than the bottom. I think that's only problem I have with Freya bras they get bigger on top of band instead of being smaller of even with the bottom part of the band.

Good point about the band, I also saw a suggestion to wear it on a tighter upper hook and looser lower hook, to make the band tighter at the top. Do you find that for the new one that's not the case anymore? I wear a 34GG/36G, and I tried the new Deco Honey and could compare to my old one (both 36G). Side by side, the cup width and wing height were the same, only the depth was different, which makes me a bit skeptical about trying to size up - if the cups become wider/higher than will most likely not work. Which is a shame, as it's my go-to bra. I agree that many people might find it to be a better fit, which is good :) I just wonder why they didn't keep both cuts, the Deco comes in a bazillion colours anyway.

    • I haven't heard of the new one. :) I thought it is so pretty. And the people that can't wear the old style get a chance to maybe have a really good fit with the new style.

This is probably a good bra. It is NOT a good bra for me, though. I have a narrow torso and narrow breasts, and the wide wires and wide bridge in this bra pushed my boob out to the sides and made me look chunky. Also it was not very comfortable, the wires felt as though they were cutting into me. Maybe it just runs larger in the cup than other Freya bras? I don't know, this is the only Freya I have tried.

Pros: seems to be sturdy, not a very stretchy band, the band is wide enough to prevent bulging, 3 hooks in the back, leotard back.

Cons: VERY wide underwires, very wide bridge, the fabric in the cups is not attractive and seems kind of cheap, (I expect better from Freya), cup chafes the front of my armpits, cup fabric started shredding after only a handful of wears.

This bra has a stretchy band, which is soft and comfortable otherwise. The straps are wide and comfortable. The wires a good for close set breasts. The wires are wide. This bra is a top contender for me, though I think I'll try it in a 32H. The only thing that concerns me is there there is a solid inch of wire channel that is empty. I worry that this will lead to the wire poking through quickly.

I am close set, center and top full, projected, wide roots.

This bra surprised me, it was a lot prettier and sturdier than I thought. I didn't feel like the lace was itchy or anything.
Though it seems just a tad small in the cup for me - if I jump up or shake my body, then I get overflow in the top pretty severely. Its almost happening when I wear it normally. Doing the "sweep" thing and making sure the cup covers all breast tissue gives me overflow though.
I decided to order it a cup size bigger, although I think the underwires will likely get too long and poke me, or get pushed down. Oh well, I can only try.

Updated on May 07, 2022 Flag this

    • That looks really nice on you! I agree on 34H. Also, I don't think the underwires will be too tall, but underwires are always all up in my armpits so maybe I'm biased :P.

    • busts and them wires always poke me in other brands XD With Freya I atleast get a good fit while I can bend the wires a bit and then they don’t poke. I think it’s because Freya have shorter wing height in general. Freya and Elomi are so far the only bras I’ve tried that didn’t poke me (although Freya can pinch a bit, thus the need to bend the wires)

Pendulous isnt really a shape - i'm pendulous but I would call anything htat looks like that a bad fit.

Your breasts are not filling hte bottom of the cup at all. This could be because the band is too tight and its pulling the wires and making that space shallow. it could be the cups are too narrow for you, or that they just dont have enough projection, either at the apex or at the bottom. But I'm sure you will find something better than this. Freyas do tend to have soft wires so it doesnt take much tightness to pull them, iir.

This bra isn't a perfect fit for me - I should be wearing a 32" band, however, I absolutely love the Deco's - they give great cleavage and are nice and smooth for under tshirts/clothing that shows seams. This 34GG does fit a lot better than my 36G's did, so until Freya makes the Deco in bigger sizes, I'm going to keep 1 or 2 of these around! =)

Like most people who try this bra, I found that it was just too big in the cups. I've been fitted at 34H through {intimacy} and have tried and fit in bras sized 32HH. I purchased this bra originally to wear to my brother-in-law's beach wedding; I'd found a really pretty, off the shoulder dress that was begging me to wear it. Anyway, I didn't have much time so I compared the measurements of my pre-altered 36G Deco Moulded Half Cup Bra and saw that they were relatively similar in terms of cup size (I think they should add cup HEIGHT to these measurements). ... Unfortunately, based solely on measurements, it was up in the air as to whether or not it would fit, but the measurements were similar and I decided to give it a shot. And let me tell you, this is one weird bra.

On the tightest hooks I had back cleavage and the cups could literally fit twice my cup size in them. On the loosest hooks the band seemed fine, but I was nervous to wear a strapless bra so "loose" for a full day so I put it on the middle hooks where it seemed to fit best. After a the ceremony and photos (about 2 hours of wear) I noticed that my boobs were suddenly falling out of the top of the bra. The bottom of the bra, that had been filled so nicely when I put it on, was now folded over; and the top of the bra, that had been loose and floppy when I put it on, was now being overrun with boobage! My boobs were shifting all over; I left it alone and didn't adjust it until I took the bra off 3 hours later after returning to the hotel.

Overall, I would like to own this bra in a size that actually fits. The Deco bras tend to run a bit on the large side it's actually kind of ridiculous. As someone who has tried on and worn many bras in 32HH/34H I can definitely tell you that this bra is at least 2 cup sizes larger than they should be. I think a 34FF or 34G would have fit better; I had considered buying a 32GG, but decided against it because strapless bras tend to run more firm in the band and I think a 32 would have killed me.

I'd like to explain my ratings. Quality is good because, well, it's a nice bra and it seems well constructed (just bit). The comfort is good in the band, but the cups are just too big. And the appearance of the bra is meh because, while it does look alright, it just doesn't fit and ended up flattening me out and making my boobs look super saggy.

This bra is basically the same as the Freya Deco, but in a cute purple/cream leopard print. I got this in the same size as the Deco, and the fit and comfort is the same. It gives you a nice rounded shape, and the plunge style lets you wear it under a variety of tops. The plunge isn't as severe as other styles, meaning large breasts don't fall through the centre, and I don't have to readjust every 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a versatile t-shirt bra in a cute print!

The Lydia is almost exactly like the Deco, except more colorful. The material used is slightly stretchier, I think, and stretched out faster, but not much. I still love it. I did notice that the color faded rather quickly on the back material while it is still vibrant on the cups. This bra is, oh, about 9 months old I think.

    • Hi, I see that the cup width for this bra is listed as 13 inches. I think this must have been a typo: it's not possible for a cup 12 inches deep to be 13 inches wide. Would you mind measuring it again?

    • I tried to be as accurate as possible when measuring. These are the numbers I got. I no longer have that bra so I cannot measure again.

I had three issues with this bra. One I think it's the wrong size for me, I'd do much better in a 34G. Also it is much more full coverage than the offbeat which I was comparing it to. That tends to be an issue for me because I'm body heavy and too much fabric up top leads to lots of gaping and wrinkling. The last issue is the fabric was quite stuff with very little stretch, not what I expect from seamed bras. That leaves much less tolerance for shape mismatches and almost fits like a moulded bra does, despite having seams.

This was a favorite of mine many years ago when I was many cup sizes smaller. I picked it up again because I remembered it being good for my FOB shape, even back then I realized I couldn't fill out the tops of full coverage bras, but knew it wasn't a size issue. Unfortunately, I don't like the fit as much now as I did then. There's some gaping at the top of the cups, and it doesn't look like it would be fixed by a size down. I do like the gore and the underwire width isn't bad, but not the favorite it used to be.
