So, a Lizbeth is not a Lizbeth is not a Lizbeth. I blindly bought this off ebay thinking it would simply be a plunge version of the Lizbeth I love. But it's a Lizbeth in color only. No side support, no 4-part cup. OK, it's a plunge so it should be different, but not completely different!

Pros: pretty. Good quality. The cups doesn't come up as far under the arms so this is ideal for petites/high-on-chest or short-waisted (hey, that's me!)
Cons: I can't quite fill the bottom (is this a second maybe?) so I have slight wrinkling, which means the top/inner edge gives me a slight quad boob because I'm soft and pendulous.

I have another Fantasie plunge that fits better, which leads me to think this might be cut slightly wrong too. Either way,, not for me.

  3. Annabelle Side Support Bra (2842)

Finally a true and proper fit for me! All of my tissue is firmly contained, supported, and comfortable. Wearing it is lovely.

My only major problem with the bra is the shape. It isn't /bad/, really, just pointier than I'm used to. I'd prefer rounder, as my breasts are quite round, but it looks rather plesantly natural under clothing, so not a huge complaint.

Trying out a plunge because my larger boob keeps plunging out at the gore.

It's a 3-part cup. So the shape is different from my usual 4-part cup Fantasies.

The straps remain far too wide-set for my sloping shoulders which is typical of the brand. The straps have a little lace on the sides which I think will reduce slippage.

The fit is funny to start and I really have to adjust myself into the cups since it's a plunge. Then I have to shift the band slightly off center to compensate for my larger left boob, which still bulges towards the middle a little but doesn't quite quad ... boob.

Narrow center gore is good for my close-set boobs but still a tad too wide. The wires touch at the top of the gore but I might be one of those people who needs overlap.

Note for petite women: Where the strap meets the cup comes right up into my arm crease, which would be annoying after a while. Otherwise, the armhole is good and doesn't chafe my armpit.

It's very pretty, well-made, and comfortable. To make it perfect, I think I would cut down the cup top and enlarge the armhole, and tighten the straps more.

Update: late Jun 2013. This bra should not work but it does. I have worn it all day several times in the past few weeks and I stay in place, even though my boobs look like they might fall out any moment. It's not a true plunge, so that helps. I also can wear shirts with a lower V in this bra.

This bra doesn't give a ton of lift, but it moves things front and center very nicely and it supports well. The side support panels are doing a LOT of work -- the bra might be even better than it is if they were made out of something stronger ad less stretchy that could take the burden off that one key seam. The wires fit my shape to perfection at the outer edge by the armpit, which is a big win as many wires are too wide for me here; they are a tidge wide i.e. approach each other a little too closely at center (I am wide ... set as well as narrow-rooted). Again, though, the bra supports extremely well, NO back pain (!) and it retains 100% of its comfort and support by bedtime. A comfort staple that does the job, even if there's not quite enough lift to achieve aesthetic nirvana. The band is very firm but true to size. Note that a 32G fits me perfectly in this bra vs 34F in the tight-banded, top-friendly Cleo Melissa.

I'm very firm and dense, quite projected with both top and bottom fullness, moderately narrow root, splayed, and wideset; always trying to avoid east-west as well as southerly drag.

(Note: Bratabase won't let me enter that it fits without doing the whole measurement rigmarole, but it does fit.)

I just found it in a box I was unpacking. I think it must date to around 2006 or 2007. It is in my record of bras I have purchased, but it is undated. I was wearing a Freya in 36F in 2008, which is the same cup size, so I wouldn't place it too much before 2008, when I had weight gain which increased my band size.

I very nearly fill out the cup for this bra, but it is a little too big on top. The width works better on my narrow root, but is not quite narrow enough and the straps cut into my armpit/shoulder area

Looking for a soft-cup travel bra and ran across this discontinued model. Since I do like Fantasie, I ordered it on Ebay. I could have gone for a 32H, but overall, I really liked this bra as soon as I put it on. If I scoop I quad boob a little, but if I simply adjust a little rather than scoop, it's perfect. Left boob is a little too big (hence the need for H) and, as with other soft cups, my breasts fall together in the middle.

However, as I said, it's going to be the perfect travel bra for me, as much as a soft cup can ... be perfect. It's comfortable right off the bat, I don't feel the need to fidget with it, the shape and uplift are better than I expected (and almost good enough to wear under a T but I wear a loose-fitting travel shirt).

Bottoms of cups are a satin material and the top half is a lace lines with lacy mesh. Side boning is a real plus too!

    Just wish it wasn't white!

Update: April 2013: Dyed it with strong tea and the color seems to be holding. It's uneven but not stark white so I'm happy. Wore it for a 9 hour flight which was part of a 24-hour travel day. Felt much like my old 38Bs but better. Slight quad boob and lotta cleavage since it's a no-wire bra. The boobs fall towards the center and try to escape, but the bra worked exactly as I had hoped for travel.

This bra is really wonderful, but the cup is slightly too tall for me (it wrinkles at the top even when I stand up straight). I like the color (nude) and the fabric feels very comfortable and of a great quality.

I love this bra! It's really soft, comfortable, and it has a cute pattern. The quality of the fabric seems very good.

Unfortunately, the strap doesn't seem tight enough, and the cup seems too tall even after the swoop and scoop and tightening the straps. I plan on exchanging to see if going down a band and cup size (to 30G) will help fix anything...I really hope it does!

This is one of the many bras I bought when searching for my new size (still unclear, by the way!). The cup is slightly too big, but I think the minor wrinkling on the bottom would not be noticeable under clothing at all. The band is definitely too big - even when only trying it on, I could do it up on the tightest hook, and then pull it a lot more than 2 fingers away from my body. I guess a 30G would be a better fit.

Other than the size issues, this bra is pretty in a "grown-up" way, and the material is very pleasant to the touch.

This bra does not fit. However, I'm so madly, deeply in love that I will forgive its every flaw.

    What doesn't fit:
    * the band is about .5 inches too short. I can get it on but it's too tight (why, I don't know--my other Fantasie 32s fit well). I used an extender and all is well.
    * the center gore is about .25 inches away from sitting on my sternum.
    * I do not at all fill out the cup bottoms. I have to wriggle and wiggle to get teh cup into place so that the wires sit under my boobs, but I still have too much cup and ... not enough boob (and yet, my boob is slightly wrinkled at the bottom. I'm guessing it's too soft and saggy for this bra

    Who cares!
    * it's insanely comfortable (with the extender, which might make the band about .5 inches too long)
    * I put on a T shirt and my husband's head snapped around and his eyes got wide. So did mine. Va-va-voom! I mean, I need a strapless dress NOW, to wear to the mailbox even, so I can wear this more.

Fit very well in the store. Bought in haste! Wires are much too wide. Thought straps would be a bit wide but I could live with them but they slipped off easily, even after being shortened. They are set too far apart for my narrow shoulders. Wires dug into my ribs, which I think will get better as it stretches a little. Cup seemed perfect in the store but after wearing a while I realized they were about a size too big (but I had tried on the smaller size and they were too small--could be I got into too much of a hurry and didn't try the ... smaller size but grabbed two smaller). Despite being too large I didn't feel I was jiggling.

Comes up far too high under the armpits and digs in. I'm sure that's because I'm short.

    Very pretty bra.

Update: late July: still too high under arms but overall it fits much better as my tissue migrates back.

Update Dec 2012: no longer digs into armpit. Cup now perfect. Modified the straps by tacking them to the cup lace so they angle in and don't slip any more. Much, much happier with this bra. After worn often, the band is still quite firm.

Update Feb 2013: started to quad boob just a little--guess I'm still migrating. Took out the alterations and it fits again. Hope I can keep the straps on.

This bra has a great look to it. Like dressed up jeans. My right breast "can't quite fill" the cup, which is not a problem unless I need to avoid bounce. It is an excellent bra for every day. I feel supported but the band is not too tight. Realistically for a better fit, I could or should go down to a 30GG because the band can be pulled away from my back but it is in the right place and does not ride up. Also, I do not have a lot of "squish" to my rib cage so I prefer a bit looser band.

The cut and fit of this bra were very similar to that of the Fantasie Nicola, which I have also reviewed in the same size. I have the same bone to pick with it as far as dissonance in design.
It is about as comfortable as the Nicola as well, but in a different way. The bottom of the cup feels and looks like the lining of a couch on the outside, but is still comfortable enough to be wearable.
Firm, comfortable band, with cups that my smaller breast can't quite fill on the top.

Another eBay purchase. New bra. VERY tight. Tried 2 more times and could finally wear it, so if you are considering this bra, use an extender or try a couple of times.

Square boob shape for me! Holds me in place but I want to be in a higher place. Shorter wires do not poke my underarm but also don't contain tissue under armpit. Fit wider on my body than I prefer. Not quite east/west bit just wider.

Had quad boob until I let the straps out a lot (and I am short) so keep that in mind if trying on.

Full cups are not my cup of tea, but the Nicola looked pretty enough on the rack, so I gave it a try. If it could present itself as a more cohesive whole, I might have given it a chance, but as-is, it has too much contrast going on in one bra.
The impressionistic pattern of the bottom half is what caught my attention, and the fabric itself was so comfortable, light, and pretty that I wish the whole bra had focused on the sentiment that it evoked. Instead, the floral stitching on the sheer upper halves of the cups was trying to be a different, slightly less comfortable bra unto itself, and the thick, unremarkable straps just made everything worse.
The band was firm and comfortable, but my smaller breast the had a little trouble filling the upper part of the cup.
