This bra did not offer me sufficient support. I returned it after it failed a basic bounce test. The fit was mostly good and the shape was better than I'm accustomed to with sports bras, but it failed in its basic function so it was of no use to me.

I sized down from my normal cup size and I recommend you do the same if you purchase this bra.

This is a beautiful bra and I wish it worked for me. The cup is quite shallow - probably close to a half a cup size different than I expected. I wore it for maybe half an hour while getting ready for work the other morning before giving in to the inevitable and switching it out for something different.

Wire width is perfect. Cups are just a smidge too small. Center gore barely tacks. Band feels too big and rides up. Not a fan of the lacy fabric around the sides of the cup.

Yet another Elomi bra in the pursuit of an adequate plunge-style for some lower-cut dresses I have. This bra is BEAUTIFUL and it ALMOST fits, which breaks my heart. The problem is the band is way too big, which makes the cups gap on the sides. If I grab the band of the bra in back and pull it in, VOILA - perfect fit on the sides. I want this bra so badly that I'm going to exchange it for a 34G. I would even try a 32GG, but they don't make that size https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":-(" />

Also, a note for those of you with ... fuller upper breasts - this bra has a bit of non-removable padding in the bottom, supposedly to give that push-up effect. I always thought I had full-on-bottom breasts (or, maybe equally full on top and bottom), but this gave me a VERY good shape, so maybe I have full-on-top breasts. I think it's a combination of the vertical seams and the padding at the bottom/side. Either way, this one has potential for me, providing I can find the magical band/cup ratio.

Overall, this bra fits me fairly well. I really like that it is a "plunge" style so I can wear it under v-neck tops and dresses. It gives me a relatively smooth back and great separation. The band fits well, though I have to start out on the second column of hooks, not the first, so I wonder how long this is actually going to last for me. And this is the very first bra I've owned where the underwire doesn't dig into my underarm!

The only complaint I have is that I don't quite fill it out completely at the top of the cups, but I overflow in an F cup. (My breasts are fuller on the bottom than on the top.)

As far as bras go, this is the most comfortable one I own, and the Elomi line seems to fit me well.

Cups too small, top of cup has a non-stretchy band that cuts into my tissue. Band is good fit, but probably because cups are too small. Otherwise, the band would probably be too big.

Overall the bra sat to high up for me and the cups were a little big. I found that the band fit perfectly but after trying on it seemed to already start stretching.

I like the look and fabric of this bra. It covers and supports my breast tissue nicely. Unfortunately I think the band is too large since I need to wear it on the tightest hook for it to stay in place after only 2 weeks of use. If I put it on the loosest or middle hooks, it moves around and becomes uncomfortable. When worn on the tightest hook, it stays in place but the fabric of the band turns under itself and stays there part way through the day; this quickly becomes itchy and painful. Also, the underwires on this bra are quite wide; they reach about half an inch further than my inframammary fold towards my back. This means that I feel them under my arms when I move.

A plunge bra with firm, supportive cup fabric and only a little stretch at the top edge.

My issues with the Juliet are similar to my issues with the Carmen and other Elomi plunges: The underwires are not that wide at rest, but since they are flexible, the short and stretchy wings extend them about an inch past my breast tissue on the side. The Juliet wires are not quite as flexible as the Carmen's, but nonetheless they are too wide for me and stretch the cup fabric to create east-west wrinkles.

Know that the cup fabric does not stretch at all. The top panel of the cup is made of the non-stretch fabric with only a narrow edge of stretch lace to accommodate any unevenness in the breasts.

A welcome addition to the Elomi line, best for those who need wide, stretchy wires and a low gore.

Do not be misled by the "cup width" measure of 6.5 inches: The underwire in this plunge bra is remarkably flexible, and I can easily stretch it past 8.5 inches. This presents me with a problem, since I usually find that a cup width of about 7 inches fits me well. The Carmen's short and stretchy wings pull the wires wide, and on my body, I find the wire extends about an inch past my breast tissue.

In contrast, the lower cup is made of a laminated material that has almost zero stretch in any direction. The upper cup is a crocheted lace that has a boho feel, and the lace is edged with a strong elastic that should accommodate minor unevenness or fullness on top well.

I like this bra okay. It isn't my favorite ever, but out of all the bras I bought recently (in my quest to own more than two bras that fit me), it's probably the best one. I do wish it were a bit more supportive. I guess I've gotten used to molded cups that hold the boobs up a little better than soft cups do. But this one is fairly comfortable. It doesn't contain my left boob quite as well as I'd like, though it's workable because the excess is on the side of the cup so there's no quadding that I've noticed. I wish I could rave about it, but I just don't love it or hate it.

This bra is so pretty. I wish it fit my boobs. It definitely does not. My larger breast (the left) is at least one cup size larger than this bra, causing quad boob so severe that the one time I wore this bra, I wore a stretchy tank over it to smooth out the profile under my shirt. The strap on the left side gaps away from my body more than most of my bras, though I think they all do it at least a little on that side. The cups felt too wide, as well, though it's not evident visually (to me, at least!).

Couldn't reccomend this bra enough. Separates boobs like nothing else. Perfect if you're looking for an everyday bra or a bra to wear with low-cut clothing. Extra support on side of cup.

    Runs a bit large (I'm sized at a 38G)

One of the first bras I've owned in years that contains all my boobs. I don't have to worry about my nipples tumbling out! This is so miraculous that I want to cry a little. I would prefer a little more pushing together effect, but that's me. Excellent support for my near-pendulous breasts.

Love the support. It's a big bra but I also find it pretty. The cup material doesn't stretch and that makes getting the fit difficult I think. I ordered this in an FF not knowing for sure if that would work and I believe an F would have been perfect. It's just too big I think. The band is perfect though.

  17. Libby Banded Bra (8370)

This bra fits better than most other bras I have. It doesn't ride up, but it does stretch a bit after the first day of wear, and I start the first day in the second column of hooks. It doesn't dig under the arms, which is a bonus. Most of the bras I've ever bought do.

UPDATED 1 WEEK LATER: So, now that I'm done with my period, this bra is less spectacular. I can't be the only woman whose breast get larger during that time. The band is now far too loose on this bra and I have some room in the tops of the cups and the sides. Oh well - maybe I can at least wear it during that time of the month!

This is another Elomi style which didn't work for me. It gave the dreaded quad-boob effect up top while still managing to gap on the sides, and the band was way too big. I wasn't really fond of the shape it was giving me, either, so I'm not even going to bother trying the 34G. It's a shame, because this is yet another pretty bra from Elomi.

This just shows you how different the styles of bra can be within the same brand! I have a couple of other Elomi bras in this size which fit relatively well, but on this one the cups were too big and the band too large (not even tight on the smallest hook). The straps were also not fully adjustable, and I had it on the shortest setting and still had some strap slippage. So, Elomi is not my brand when it comes to smooth t-shirt type bras.

This will also be going back to Bare Necessities. I'm so happy they have a great return policy!

So close. The cups are barely too small for me. However, the wires are much too wide, and so flimsy that they stretch out to 11"! Band is scratchy, but the cup material is very soft on the inside. It's a pretty bra, just made much too wide. The 4-part cup construction adds too much fabric on the sides where I don't have enough tissue to warrant it. Much wider than the panache tango plunge. Band was too loose, probably thanks to the stretchy wires.
