    Didn't fit

    Review after a month :
This bra no longer fits. I have an orange in a glass issue. Cups are too small, or my breasts are too firm at the bottom (I think it is a firmness issue, because with washes, cups became more and more soft, and cannot push my breast up anymore).
I think it is deffinitely not a bra for someone with firm and full on bottom boobs.
The band is a bit too loose now too.

My review after 3 wears, when the bra was new :
This is a plunge bra, but the cups are VERY flat, very wide and very high. ... It has nothing to do with the high street push up plunge bra. Underwires are "flat" and wide too.
My breasts are wide and shallow, and this bra fits me very well. It give me a lot of lift, projection, and a little of cleavage.

The lace in the cups looks little bit strange, and the black satin isn't very soft. The cotton lining inside the cups is confortable.

I don't know why, the band in this size (30F) is a lot more strechy than the size 30E I have tried too.

I will keep this bra because it is a good fit ! But I am thinking of removing the lace and the little flower in the center gore, and doing some customisation.

I bought it completely blinded by its beauty and a good deal I found, the size is completely wrong for me. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

I would say that band is very stretchy. I normally wear 32 or 34 but this feels bigger than 34. But on other Curvy Kate bras I tired (Thrill ME/Tease Me) I found the band very stretchy as well.

Cups are way too big for me, so I can't review them, but I like this model, I guess if I got a right size it would look very good. It's a deep cut plunge with very narrow, low gore and I think ... it should show a lot of cleavage. The cups are pretty shallow, but it seems to be a part of this model.

The look of this bra is stunning, I love such styles. The fabric looks very good, it's satin but not very shiny and it'd in great condition even though it's a used item. It has very beautiful details - the lace is very unique for lingerie, a large pattern made of thick threads and there is an ornamental knot on the gore. Overall, the whole bra looks really pretty.

I really want to get this model in the right size, but their regular price is out of my range. If you have such bra in size 32F or 30FF and you want to sell it or exchange for a different bra, please contact me.

EDIT: Please don't vote this review down just because I tried the wrong size. On bratabase, we are supposed to add reviews of bras that didn't fit us, too.

    • Thanks for voting it down without commenting. That's a great contribution.

    • You don't happen to still have this do you? I was curious about the height of the center gore in this size.

    • No, I sold it. But the gore was very low.

    • BTW I recently bought this bra in 32FF and it's gorgeous! Looks even better than I imagined. It pushes breasts up and to the centre and has a very big plunging cleavage - that's why the gore is somewhat wider than in other bras. It's actually an illusion, because the gore in this bra is extremely low so it doesn't even go in between the breasts. Slightly flatten breasts, as I expected, but the uplift is great and I think it has a little of minimising effect, anyway I think I look much slimmer in this bra. :) I will add review of 32FF later.

  3. This is a simple black satin plunge bra. It looks very sexy but it's great for everyday wear too.

The band sizing is more comparable to non-padded Curvy Kate bras than to the Showgirl range, which is good for me as the Showgirl bras I always find too loose. The band on this is just right on the loosest hook. I usually have to size up with plunge bras, and this one is no exception. The G cup (instead of my usual FF) is a nice fit, comfortably encasing my boobs and pushing them together for a bit of cleavage. The only problem with the cups, and part of ... the reason I had to size up, is that they are very shallow at the base and about a centimetre of fabric just next to the underwire lays flat against my chest. I have bottom-heavy breasts and I've had this issue on several plunge bras, sometimes causing me to pop out, but with this one the issue is very minor and I haven't had any popping out problems! The wires under the armpits are a good height to prevent side boob, but not so high they dig in. The wires at the front come very low so they cause no problem at all and won't show under a low-cut top.

The bra is very comfortable to wear all day long and the band is quite firm so you feel supported. The lace detailing on the edge of the cups is quite thick but flat to the bra so it would only show under a tight, stretchy t-shirt. Overall, a very nice bra.

Love this bra, seems to cut in slightly more on the inside than the tempt me does but still very wearable. Downside.. Tissue migration means I've already outgrown the cups. If you have a lot of lower projection, you'll definitely have to size up as the cups are shallow. Works pretty well for me but I get a small amount of buckling at the bottom of the cup.

This is the best fitting bra I have owned. I like the moulded cups a lot, and the colour is great.

That said, I don't quite fill out the top of the cups, as my breasts have quite a wide root and the underwire pokes into my breast tissue on the side a bit. The lace also makes it a bit difficult to wear under a t-shirt.

Update after a few months: After wearing better fitting bras, it is a bit comically small after swooping and scooping. I still don't quite fill the tops of the cups (bottom heavy here), but there is a bit of tissue escaping on the sides and if it were possible to have quad-boob while having wrinkling at the tops, that is what I would be having. This is weird. I'd consider going up to a DD, but then I'd have more gaping at the top!

    Good cleavage though.

I made a mistake when ordering this and I thought I was ordering a G cup instead of an FF, as it is now it's a good 2 cups too small maybe a bit more. However it's stupidly comfy, no center gore to worry about digging in and I kind of like the look it gives my breasts under a shirt. I think I have found the style of bra that I like, now I just need to order it in a larger size but this one will do for now.

The lace work on this does show through a tight shirt but it's really quite lovely and detailed, it reminds me of a delicate Victorian lace. The cups are also extremely soft.

I felt like I was falling out of this beauty. She sure was pretty and honestly I wanted her to fit, I even tried her multiple times with several shirts https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

I imagine that his bra can do cleavage wonders in the right size, but the cups are smaller than they should be. I would probably need a 30E or 28F in the same style. Band is on the tighter side, could pass for a 28 in Freya. While the straps are simple looking, the bra itself cries for showing off. My BF owns two of these in 32D and the Elegance looks stunning on her both in black and ivory. She wears them under see-through blouses and stops traffic around her... https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" />

I measure 26" under and 33" around and I would go 26F-->28E but I found the cups of the E to be too small so I went up one cup.

I really enjoy the band on this bra. It is not as insanely tight as the my "Desire" bra. It fits like a snug yet appropriate 28 band.

This bra is really cute but mostly for the bedroom or some very thick shirts. The lace is a little tacky and the stitching definitely upsets the smoothness under your shirts.

Some say that these styles are cut very wide and open on top, and I would agree mostly, especially with the Wild ... bra. This one seems to fit me best of the three I've got to far (Wild, Desire, Elegance).

About Me: I have pretty evenly round but semi-bottom heavy, close-set breasts and wide shoulders.
Pro: I love the center gore--it's super low, which is hard to find in my size. Also the straps seem pretty far apart.
Con: Shallow cups caused creasing on the bottom. But otherwise, the bra is sexy, lovely comfort-wise and shows off your cleavage. Just remember to go up at least one cup size or you will be super quadboobing or even flashing after scooping!
