*****Custom ordered with reduced cup height. *****
*Also tried on by three other ladies before me which I think affected the measurements of band and cup width.Wires are softer in my opinion, especially a lot more than Panache.Band stretches out fairly quickly and when I got it some of the stitches were coming loose.Band might be tighter if this is fixed.
I think it's comparable in size to an Ewa S 36HH,possible 36J,comparing to S bra measurements on here. The cup is also rather stretchy, the cup depth was about an inch bigger compared to on.(Measurements for cup depth here are of course with it off).
I'm glad I got to try a Comexim, even ... if it didn't work right for me.What I like about it is the cotton lined cups, and the shimmery fabric,it's very subtle but pretty. If the fit had been better for me it would have been very comfortable.Straps were also fairly long on me,so this would be good if you often find bras have too short of straps.I also think my boobs were too far apart and I didn't have enough center tissue for this bra, from what I've seen of reviews it seems to work best with boobs that do.

I was able to wear this bra for a total maximum of about three weeks before I grew out of it, but while I did have it, it was honestly my favorite bra. The color is so soft and gentle on my skin tone and I absolutely love it. It's a soft overlay of pink mesh on a blue bra.

The quality of the bra is really amazing, though the back only has two rows, which is quite odd as it's not common in bras of this size, and so it causes some problems with false backfat and the like.

The straps are too thin as I find that they often are, but really, other than those two facts, this bra is of amazing quality and is a shocking beautiful and well structured bra otherwise. Gives just the right shape.

I like this bra, but something is not right about it for me. I can't quite place my finger on it either. It is slightly too small in cup and it band. I think it is good quality, but less than EM.

I think this is as close as I can get to a bra fitting from Comexim and I dotn think I would purchase anymore until they increases their size range. Im just so iffy about this bra.

The Nadin is my favorite bra looks wise, but it did not fit me. I estimated my EU bra size to be between a 65K and L, but ordered 2 cup sizes smaller based on many reviews and that my breasts have soft tissue. However, the Nadin does not run big at all, at least not in my case! Perhaps the other reviewers did not calculate their size right? Or maybe Comexim has fixed the sizing, who knows!? My measurements are 72cm underbust and 101 overbust and the 65HH was WAY too small. Beautiful and well-made, Anna was extremely helpful in figuring out what size to exchange (she asked for measurements and pics of the bra while wearing) and we agreed on a 65L. I am very excited to see how this bra works in the correct size!

I have a typical problem with this: I need shorter cups near the straps, as I have a short torso and narrow shoulders. Other than that, I should probably sister size down, as this band is a too loose for my 27" underbust.

This bra fits pretty well. My only complaint is that I need the lowered cup height near the straps, otherwise I get gaping, since I have pretty small shoulders. Also, I have slight problems with the bottoms of the cups not having enough immediate projection, so I can't "fill out the bottom of the cup", because my boobs can't get in the bottom of the cup, as there is not enough projection and my tissue is pretty firm.

Note: though this doesn't alter the measurements of the bra in any way tracked by bratabase, this bra does have reduced cups, or, in other words, it was ordered with lower cup height near the straps. Otherwise the cups on comexim bras are too tall for me-- and how much do I love that you can customize the bra when you order?!

This is absolutely gorgeous-- if you like the way this bra looks online, I can assure you that it is even more beautiful in real life-- well constructed, with a unique and absolutely stunning color scheme. The color is accurate in Comexim's pictures on my ... monitor-- the ribbon and lace at the top of the cups are a cool gray (I'd say with a hint of a blue or lavender). The cup material is red with light and dark blue roses (that don't match, but suit the gray accents) and faded yellowish green leaves. The straps are wide and comfortable, and perfectly match the gray ribbon and lace trim on the top of the cups. The bow on the central gore, again the same shade of gray, is over-sized and made of a slender ribbon. The print is continued on the outside band, and the insides of the cups and band are lined with red fabric.

The cups, as with all Comexim bras are narrow, with a narrow center gore-- this works very well for me, as my breasts are deep and I have a pretty small frame. The shape of the bra works with center-full breasts-- but definitely expect a lot of cleavage if you have deep breasts with a narrow gore-- this bra looks amazing on (IMO) and is a definite mood boost, but it brings all that you have front and center. Despite the potential for cleavage, it can be worn with a v-neck without cleavage with strategic positioning if the v-neck isn't too deep-- I still can have a gap in between my breasts (compared to the Deco, where the cup shape doesn't hold my (soft) breasts inside the cup, so my breasts spill toward the center and leave no room in between), which makes it easier to wear this bra in a work appropriate fashion.

After all this gushing, I'll admit that this bra is a bit too small in the cups, but it still looks good on, it's just a looooot of cleavage. 65J would fit well on a 28H or a 30GG in my opinion. The band is tight, as with most Comexims-- I can wear it without an extender, but it feels uncomfortably tight after a few hours so I will wear it with one for now. I need to update my measurements in bratabase, but I'm not going to do so now. As of this review, I'm about a 30H-- I think my breasts might shrink back to my previous size, though (I hope!), and then this bra will be a perfect size. My current best fitting bras are: Comexim Luna 30K with reduced cups; Cleo Lily in 32G; Panache Sport in 30GG; Freya Hello Dolly in 30H.

Comexim is absolutely my new favorite lingerie brand.

This is very pretty - it is very girly and sugary. It looks like something that Cinderella would wear to the ball! (although with a fairy Godmother i guess she didn't need undergarments!)
It has a pretty tight band and the cups are deep and narrow. I would think that it would best fit a 28H in UK sizes.
It is well made and is secure despite being a plunge shape.

This bra was ordered with a lowered centre gore and reduced cup height.

I requested these changes in order to reduce the gaping that I had near the gore on my previous Comexim bra. Unfortunately, I still have a lot of gaping with this bra. I think it might be a size too large, but the main problem is too much space near the gore, just as I have with the Freya Deco. I have close-set breasts but unless they are pushed to the centre by side support, there isn't a lot of centre fullness.

The band is quite comfortable for me and I like the geometric pattern (which seems more aqua than mint to me), especially as so many bras are hyper-feminine. But unfortunately the gaping is just too significant for me to accept. My breasts look somewhat saggy in it without a shirt, although in a shirt they just look kind of square on top. Comexim just isn't a good brand for me, I fear.

This bra was ordered with a lowered centre gore and reduced cup height.

Like the Mint Sorbet which I got in the same order, this bra also has some gaping near the centre gore although not quite as significantly. It still looks reasonable under a shirt. There is impressive projection, although it does give me a bit of a torpedo shape and a bit of elf shoes as well.

I like the red and green and the fact that it isn't a hyper-feminine bra, but I think it's a bit too large for me and I'm not sure the fit is good enough to keep it.

**CUSTOM ORDER: Requested (1) reduced cup height AND (2) higher gore by 2 cm**

Band fits well, comparable to Ewa Michalak 75 bands. The side wings are very wide (which is awesome) and amazingly don't cover my entire underarm! Wires are nice and narrow, but the straps are actually more wide set than other Comexim bras I have/tried. I have a Comexim Jacqueline in 75M with reduced cups and a higher gore by only 1-1.5 cm, and it seems to fit quite nicely. I was hoping a slightly higher gore than that would make me less "jiggly", but it seemed to defeat the purpose that I was attempting. The ... gore cannot even tack because I am too close set at that point, plus my boobs win the fight with the soft Comexim wires. Oh well, better luck next time! Also, another downfall of asking for TOO high of a gore is to keep the bra a true "plunge", the tops of the cups have to be raised slightly to keep the angle....therefore making the cups a tad too tall for me (which kind of defeated my asking for reduced cup height....oops.) Cups too tall = too much empty space at the top that I cannot fill (and probably contributing to the wide set strap thing.)

Quality is very nice -- less luxurious and soft than Ewa Michalak bras -- but still lovely. The bra is very pretty with tiny raised fuzzy pink dots over a black background. Also, there are cute little pink flower details on the gore and straps instead of the usual bows, which is a nice change.

**My sizes for reference: UK 32J/JJ; Ewa Michalak Sm 70JJ/75J; Ewa Michalak Pl 70K/75JJ. I am FoB, close set, high on chest, and have soft tissue.**

Wires are nice and narrow, but the straps are actually more wide set than other Comexim bras I have/tried. I have had this bra 2 times before, once in this same size with no customizations (standard low gore and taller cups) and once in a smaller cup size (75L) with reduced cup height and standard low gore. The first 75M (standard) was too tall, but the 75L (reduced ... cups) gave me quadboob and I spilled out the middle -- I thought the perfect fix would be to get a 75M with reduced cups and a higher gore. Well, I may have asked for TOO high of a gore, because to keep the bra a true "plunge", the tops of the cups have to be raised slightly to keep the angle....therefore making the cups a tad too tall for me again! I am a 32J and my favorite bra is the Floris. I keep looking at various foreign bras - I'm really fascinated with your take on this Comexim Basic. Esp on this one, I almost feel like, in going for such a round cup, the bra ends up minimizing and smooshing your breasts towards each other. I used to think I prefered a rounded look like this bra, but the Floris is more torpedo-y but my breasts seem to actually fit that shape better than all the rounded ones I've tried.

I'm thinking i probably WONT try this bra - I'm sure I'd be spilling out the center, too!

    • 2

dbmamaz This particular Comexim didn't work well for me because the cups were too tall and the gore was too short. This was the very first one I ever tried. I've since revised my Comexim orders to include asking for (1) reduced cup height and (2) higher gores, and they work fabulously on me now. I've also lost some weight and have tried a few different sizes as well over the course of my weight loss journey. I've added many more Comexim bras on Bratabase that you can see work quite well for me.

I do agree that this shape is more of a smooshed/round shape, but I prefer that over torpedo shapes, even though I am very pendulous. I have lots of stretch marks/saggy skin that I am very self-conscious about from early puberty and a lifetime of fluctuating weight, so the uplifted/smooshed affect makes my skin appear more firm.

We all just have different preferences, of course!

    • 1

I actually have the same thing going on - I prefer rounded because it kind of gathers it all up and makes me look firm (mine's more due to rapid growth and breast feeding). I actually altered some EM S bras and they have a more rounded shape like this one (it wasn't intentional, I just removed part of the cup and centered the straps). Interesting because I thought all Comexim bras were "torpedo shaped." (which also fits the shape of my breasts better - I'm fairly certain this is the same for all small underbust/large bust women).

I'm in love with Comexim! Awesome fit. The cup is slightly too small on my bigger boob, but it did not bother me enough to get an exchange. The wires don't poke in my arms, the projected shape is lovely, and I get a really nice cleavage with it. The quality is very good and even after numerous washes it still looks brand new.

Comexim Free Time bra size 55K which equates UK 26H. The following 3 photos feature my brand new custom made bra in a 55 band featuring a reduced cup style in addition to less fabric near the straps. This is unquestionably the most beautifully constructed bra with the finest attention to detail. This exquisite style is comprised of a lightly padded plunge cut in the lower cup style. The wires are the narrowest that I have ever encountered whilst the cups are deep and feel completely weightless regardless of the light padding. The fine workmanship and high quality of construction and fabric employed surpasses all that I have ... previously encountered.

This style features a timeless and immensely stylish blue tartan fabric covering the exterior of the smooth black cups which continues throughout the exterior of the wings, whilst the interior of the cups are lined in black cotton. The upper section of the cups are covered in a smooth silky navy fabric, the same fabric of which is employed on the interior of the wings. The centre gore is embellished by a two-tone blue bra. The detailing of the construction in its entirety is flat and invisible beneath a blouse. The straps are fully adjustable and the band features 2 hooks. I am enormously pleased to find a company whom is willing to provide 55 bands upon request in addition to customising other aspects of the construction!

The cup width measures 13.4cm from tip to tip of the underwire. The cup depth measures 26cm inside of the cup, from each end of the underwire across the deepest line of the cup. I have measured the band as follows. Unstretched in a resting position from clasp to clasp measures exactly 50cm. Fully stretched to the maximum length from clasp to clasp measures exactly 69cm. It would be ideal for you to compare these measurements against one of your newer best fitting bras, as this will be the best method in determining if this will be a good fit for you.

I really, really wanted this bra to work out for me. Unfortunately it was just way too big. The band was stretchier than I'm used to, but what ended up being the deal breaker for me was that the cups were easily 2 sizes too big for me -- despite my wearing 36FF/G (UK) in unlined Cleos. I actually tested this, and found I was able to fit a pair of ankle-length socks in each cup and it still didn't quadboob.

Ah well. Things I loved, though:

-The construction. It seemed very sturdy, yet the material used for the band was super soft. Very comfy! I also loved ... that the straps weren't too thin, and that it had 3 hooks instead of the normal 2.

-The design. I'm one of those people who crave simple basic designs -- plain black, grey, dark blue maybe. Despite that, I admire what they did with this bra: a very pretty, intricate floral design on a red backdrop, BUT trimmed with grey edging and detail. It sounds like an odd color combination but it works, and I loved that this meant my straps -- all grey -- wouldn't stand out if they ended up showing a bit under my typically black/grey/blue tops. I wish more manufacturers did this! Have your colorful designs, but make the visible areas of the bra not be so insanely loud as to clash with every top you wear if they happen to peek through.

As for fit, the only other thing I can really say (besides that it was too big for me) is that the cups seemed rather tall, and a huge chunk of my empty cup space was due to that. I'm not even full-on-bottom; my best-fitting bras so far have been bras meant for very even fullness (Meg, Lily). It also technically did not have enough immediate projection at the bottom of the cup for me; there was some slight bending-in of the cups going on. But I have yet to find a bra that doesn't have this problem for me.

Finally, yes, the cup width (underwires) runs narrow. I have an extremely narrow root so this would have been fine for me, but keep it in mind if you're more average or wide rooted.

This is a beautiful bra. I love the color and the design, however it just doesn't fit me right. The wires are delicate and so close together the fabric that encloses them overlaps a bit. My main issue with the bra is that the very tall center gore won't tack, so the cups hang loose on me. When I push the gore flush against my chest, the cups fit almost perfect, but still wouldn't quite be able to fully fill the top of the cup. The band is snug and comfortably stretchy.
