*I tried the Morgan in a 34HH and a 34J with Amazon Prime Wardrobe*

The 34J was awful all around...wires were too wide, so it was baggy on the sides. Not enough projection, so the bottom had wrinkles. The only good part was the gore tacked, which is hard for me in Elomi bras with tall gores. It’s actually virtually impossible, so this was pretty impressive. It was just too massive. I can’t emphasize enough about the wires...JEEZ THEY WERE SO FREAKING WIDE. Looking at the pictures, so can definitely see it.

I was hoping the Morgan would work for me so I could buy a Mariella...but NOPE. Womp womp.

I keep looking at Elomis and realizing they just wont fit a small frame like mine. Who has boob at the back of their underarm?

The Elomi full cups like Morgan and Mariella - have the pudding wires, these are very soft easily stretching wires. So unless you really need very wide wires or just prefer soft wires to the harder ones - it won't work. I also tried sizing up to get more room but ended up with wrinkling on the side.

The plunges : Matilda, Charley and Lucie have the new more sturdy wires.

alisa I love how you called them pudding wires! 😂 They are very soft and pliable compared to the Matilda/Charley/Lucie (which all work for me pretty well, except Charley). I’ll definitely keep that in mind!

    • pretty_promise I thought the term fits :D Matilda and Lucie are my faves. Charley is good too but more shallow in cup compared to the 2 above.

I keep coming back to Morgan. The 36HH - Elomi » Morgan Banded Bra (4110) was the first bra I kept from Nordstrom's at the beginning of this journey, and I've tried it also in 34JJ - Elomi » Morgan Banded Bra (4110). The 36HH didn't quite tack and the band rode up, so I initally thought the smaller band/bigger cup of the 34JJ was better. But when I went back to Nordstrom's, the fitter convinced me to try this 34J. Even though it has the same volume as the 36HH, this one does tack. It seems like the best size for me in Morgan so far, but I am concerned that the cups might be just a smidge tight.
