I just received this in a bra swap - I already have one in grey so know it's a reasonably good fit for me. I wasn't that excited about the pinky blush colour but in person it's waaay prettier than I was expecting, it's got a slight sheen to it. It also works as a shockingly good English rose nude for my reasonably pale pinky complexion, score! The band stretches to over 35 inches so I am wearing it straight on the second to tightest (out of 4) sets of hooks, and this didn't ride up on my trip out and about today. These bras ...are very light, comfy and easy to wear yet provide a natural yet quite rounded shape under clothes - it's not that evident in these pics and my side profile in these looks pretty flat/not round but under clothes it seems far more satisfying https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />. I will wear this more than I originally thought I would, so that is a nice surprise. The straps are thin and made from a really soft material that I love. I think this one is a slightly older version than the one I already had (and bought recently in the last few months) as the charm in the middle of the gore is a little different. The cups on this one feel wider (will have to check measurements to see if they actually are) but I'm not sure if wearing this one on a tighter hook would pull the wires out at all and that's why? Although I'm fairly shallow with little upper fullness the cup fits really well with no wrinkling at all, but I think due to the stretch lace cup is could accommodate a fuller/more projected boob. A nice light basic, very pleased. Read more 202 more words
I love this bra. I love the Body line. I know it's not highest quality, but it's so comfortable! I've been pining over and searching for the Blush lace in the padded version for months, and finally decided to order this when I fell in love with everything unlined.
I have to hook it at the very last row of hooks, which I dislike, but what can I say? It's VS, 32 is the smallest band they carry, AND above a D, they add a row of hooks horizontally instead of vertically. The lace cuts into my left boob a bit, but that's ...always how it goes. My right boob always fits, my left boob almost fits. It doesnt cut in so much that it's an issue. I like the shape this bra gives as well. If it weren't for this bra I wouldn't have accepted that I'm a 30E/32DD; I tried on the 32D and it pushed the middle of my boobs down and made them slope out more, like every unlined bra did to me. I tried the DD and I immediately ordered this in Blush lace. It's gorgeous and gives a nice, round shape.
My only mild complaint (bands aside) is that my boobs bounce around like jelly when I walk. Again, not a huge issue, but I can imagine people with bigger boobs or soft boobs like me will have this issue. It's hard to embarrass me about anything "woman related" just because, if society is going to tease me for having breasts and my breasts doing what they do, then *expletive* them. I just wanted to include that for anyone who may be a bit more self conscious(which is totally fine btw!)
I really like this bra but find that I spill out some if I lean over. I am a weird size, 30 D and 32 C (the sister size) didn't work for me. In this particular bra, I feel like I need to go up to the 32 DD and wonder if anything else has experienced that. I can usually wear the Dream Angels demi in 32 D with it in the tightest hook and straps tight.
The stretchy top is AMAZING it actually stays in place and doesn't gap no matter how much I move!!! This cup is slightly deeper than the dream angels unlined and doesn't come up as high either. This is SO perfect for me and I'm really mad it's being discontinued. The gore is a bit too tall for my liking and doesn't touch at the very tip top, but that's just because how close set I am.
I like it a lot, gives a round shape and the lift is very natural but with support, you can not adjust the straps all the way, you can use it as a racer back or as a normal bra, the lace is pretty and almost flat enough to wear it with a t shirt but still will show a little. It is very soft and comfortable.
I've been dying to try the Body in an unlined Demi after trying the Lined Perfect Coverage Body. Even tho my Lined Perfect Coverage was just a tad too small (getting the slightest digging in at the cup's edge but def not a deal-breaker), this unlined Demi seems much smaller https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
I was surprised when measuring this that I had to measure it 3 times!!! Just to be sure! This does not seem like a 32DDD, maybe more like a D/DD. The cup is very shallow for a DDD and only measured 8"!! I usually do best with a depth of 9.5-10". So ...I'm def getting some digging in on this one, which doesn't make for much of a nice shape under clothes. Still, it's the Body, and it's super soft n comfy! But the shallow cups are creating lots of issues. The edge of the cup (the lace trim) is flipping out because of it, esp on my larger right boob. It's def noticeable. I guess it would be ok under a baggy sweatshirt or something along those lines. But if you're a true DDD, I doubt this will fit. And the band was stretchy as well - not loose, but it stretches a good amount (I measured it at 33.5"). Surprisingly, the gore just about tacks on me, was not expecting that. And for once the cups aren't ridiculously wide in the DDD. The width of the cup seems almost perfect! And the gore was pretty comfy. The straps are placed just right but they aren't fully adjustable since most the length of the strap is an extension of the bra with its soft, fleece-like material. Very comfy!!
I've always had a difficult time finding unlined bras that work for me (only succeeded so far with Ewa Michalak). And I wasn't sure how this would fit even tho the original Body I've tried was too small. I figured it might be a better fit in the unlined bra but not so much. Still, it's SUPER soft, and super comfy!! I could prob do better with a 34DDD and taking in the band. Read more 252 more words
There are 4 columns of eye closer. I wear this on the second as the band is a little stretchy. The straps tighten just enough (it is half adjustable), and loosen just enough when you convert to cross back straps.
