Very comfortable. Buttery soft fabric on inside and outside of cups. Straps are a soft stretch lace, not scratchy at all. Band feels good. Only the most minimal amount of empty space in the top of right cup (my right breast is smaller) but no wrinkling or puckering of bra cup. Underwires are nice and wide and don't dig in at all. I also like that this style is more shallow and not too projected. My only complaint is that the cut of the bra pushes my boobs more out to the sides than is natural for me, but it's not that bad. For this comfort and fit I can live with sideways-pushed boobs.
My shape: soft, deflated, full on bottom with tall shallow top, measure to 36E
Pros: -Supportive band, holds everything in place during exercise/activity -Soft wicking fabric, thick double layered cups and front -Comfortable enough to use as a daily-wear bra.
Cons: -Band runs big in this style -The straps are adjustable, but the system uses clips with discrete slots instead of the typical sliders and these can slip out or cause the strap ends to twist or stick out in back. -I suspect that more serious athletes would appreciate firmer/stronger support. This is marketed as a more medium intensity/impact bra.
I am a 36DDD/36E (US/UK) with a 36" underbust measurement. I found this bra to be sized correctly and really quite comfortable. It may run just slightly small in the cup, not enough to make me size up, but enough for me to wonder if I should. The cups fit my shallow shape pretty comfortably. The cup fabric is quite soft to the touch. The stretch lace on top is nice, but could probably also be removed fairly easily if the sensation bothers you.
I’ve never had a bad experience with Natori Bras. Unfortunately, I had so many bras from working in a lingerie department that this one got put in a sealed box with many others and I forgot about it, then gained weight and it no longer fits. I don’t remember wearing this one at all, if I did it was one time. I always hand wash my bras. Would love for it to go to a good home since it no longer fits.
I have owned this bra for about 2 years. It is incredibly comfortable and feels great to wear under t-shirts and all exercise-related clothing. I would purchase another one, but they are quite pricey and I was lucky to find it on sale. It does not push my breasts up under my chin and promotes a natural look. I like the concept of the straps (which use a hook and loop system instead of a sliding buckle or Velcro), but as other reviewers have expressed, the left-over strap does tend to peek out and need "tucking". I wear it primarily for walking, using cardio equipment, yoga or weight-lifting, but I would hesitate to do high-impact running or aerobics in it, as I prefer stronger compression for those activities (perchance I would do either!) This fits perfectly in coverage of my breasts, which are fuller at the bottom.
I've seen lots of positive reviews but I'm a little late to the Feathers party. In general Natori bras fan and I've avoided them until this one lured me in with it's $19.99 clearance price at Nordstrom Rack. I'm a 34 H and it's a 36DDD but I thought why not try it. I've been looking for something soft and comfy with a little support to wear at home. I altered the band about 3 inches smaller and so far I'm loving it. Cute and enough support/coverage that I could even wear it out and about. The best part is I don't need to over tighten the straps for it to fit!
No perfect on me but I think it would be great for anyone with a DD or smaller cup.
I was fitted at Nordstrom and this was one of their recommendations for me. I wish I hadn't bought it. At the time I didn't know how to properly swoop and scoop. Even so I was getting cleavage in it and now that I know how to adjust a bra I get even more. The cups are too small. It flattens me in front and pushes my boobs out to the sides. Not much uplift either. The band material is very stretchy and doesn't hold the wires firmly against my sides so tissue escapes from the cups with wear.
I was fitted at Nordstrom and this was one of their recommendations for me. I wish now I hadn't bought this bra. At the time I didn't know how to properly swoop and scoop. Now that I do I can really tell it doesn't fit. It flattens my boobs in front and pushes them out to the sides too much. I have soft tissue and this bra doesn't give much lift. I have have a lot of side boobage. The stretchy band doesn't hold the wires firmly against my sides and the side tissue escapes as I wear it. And if it's supposed to be a t shirt bra then why put the lace on top? It shows through knits.
I will say that it's comfortable. I just think it would be better for someone with firmer breasts that face forward more than mine.
The band of the Natori is extremely stretchy. The material is very very soft, and the cups are quite forgiving. I think this cup size is too small for me, but since the material is so forgiving, it works. The bra is very comfortable and looks good under any top.
