I read complaints about this bra being too tight. It might be for a true 30 inch ribcage, but as I am a 29, it fits comfortably. It initially felt loose and big in the cups, but when I moved around everything shifted to a place where I was supported completely. Honestly, wearing this bra is heaven.
I love this bra. It is really pretty and isn't uncomfortable. I think I may could have fit into a cup size down as I get some gaping when I move certain ways but overall it fits good. The band is pretty firm; I'm not sure if a 28 would be too tight. The straps are comfortable and adjust half way. The cups give a nice round shape and pushes my breasts upwards. My only qualm is the straps are too wide like most of the bras I wear. Tightening them doesn't seem to help and it only makes the band ride up. I think I will have to alter the straps so they are closer set. Doing that I think will also make the cups fit better. It doesn't come up too far under my armpit or dig in anywhere. I would certainly buy this again.

after several uses: This bra is really uncomfortable. Straps are digging in arms, the cups run bigger, the band runs stretchier. Also orange in glass effect. It is not great bra for anyone. (1/16/2012)
Too big, too pointy. I don't like Masquerade plunges, because it has got east-west projection and they are so pointy. The design is nice. I reviewed also this one in 34E.
Initially thought the cups were too big, but after the swoop/scoop move found to be spilling out. But, after wearing for the day my boobs settled back in, so no quad-boob effect. Love love love the pattern, most beautiful bra. Band is a fine on tightest hook, but not as tight as I would like, however, I think I am wearing the wrong band size, and need a 32. Very comfy, but straps leave marks and band rides up a bit.
EDIT: This bra no longer fits. I wear a 32H in most bras, and the cups on this one are way to small for me now.
Not sure if all the fit issues with this would have been solved with a smaller cup or not. It gapped a little at the top but folded at the bottom of the cup and just gave me a flat shape. Beautiful, well-made bra but just didn't work for me. I may give another size a try at some point though.
As others have said this bra has a FIRM band! My underbust measurement is 27.5", and a 28 band in this model just barely fits me. I've only had it a few days, so I'm not sure if the band will stretch out over time.
The cups are comfortable and lined with a soft jersey material, like a t-shirt. The satiny straps and center cutout are very pretty. One thing I don't like is that the lace on the tops of the cup is cut in a "fringe" sort of look (see closeup photo). It curls up and doesn't lay flat, and I think it looks odd. I'm planning to cut it off.
This bra is better for my extremely bottom heavy breasts than most molded cups I've tried. There's still a very slight gap at the top of the cup if I don't stand up straight, but it's MUCH better than, for example, the Curvy Kate Tempt Me.
Probably the most gorgeous bra I've ever laid eyes on. Unfortunately, this was my first foray into finding a well-fitted bra, and I undershot the band a ton. Couldn't even fasten it =/
This bra really doesn't work for me. I was attracted to the very low centre gore, as I have little space between my boobs so plunges are the most comfortable shape for me. However, the cups are too far apart so I don't get any cleavage. The straps are too long and the band is too loose so I don't feel the bra is supporting me - more just sitting on me! As is usually the case with Masquerade/Panache, the wires are wide and the cups are quite shallow. The band is very stretchy, which makes it quite comfy but not great if you're on the smaller end of your band size.
The band is nice and tight without being too loose as are most of my bras. I do wear this bra on the second hooks sometimes though, so it's definitely not too tight.
The band material is fantastic. The band isn't the usual top/bottom elastic that digs in and creates backfat. The band of this bra feels less stretchy than most bras, so that could be part of the awesome non back fat aspect of it. Or, it could be because the band fabric feels fairly durable so skin doesn't mold through the fabric and around the elastic creating backfat. I always wear this bra when I am wearing some outfit that shows bra lines easily.
The cups are moulded; they nicely support and contain my "soft" breasts while giving me awesome shape.
I love this bra and recently ordered a second off ebay. If I come across another reasonably priced correct size on ebay I will definitely grab it.
I loved this bra when I first got it. The band was tight and the straps are very soft and comfortable. But for me the wires didn't seem wide enough. It also gave me an unpleasant pointy shape in most shirts. The bra is so beautiful, I wish it would have worked for me. The straps are also wide-set and would fall down all the time on me. If the wires went further into the armpit, it would be a great bra for me. I like this brand and style but the shape of the bra was unflattering.
I love this bra!! I was about to give up on the search for a good strapless when I ordered this one. It was a perfect fit. Center gore flat, band snug, cups the perfect depth & width. The only con, and this seems to be because of how my breasts are shaped/distributed, is that the way my breasts sit in the cups causes a sort of puckering/fat roll in the breast tissue just under my armpits when I move my arms forward. but this doesn't bother me, it isn't really visible under a shirt.
I have had it for a little over 4 months and at this point ...the wires have started to warp just a little bit but I use it heavily. The band has stretched a little, as much as is normal. It still fits perfectly on the second hook. There is a bit of silicone on the back to prevent slippage, although it doesn't really need it (for me) that I do seem to remember causing a little bit of discomfort in the first week or so but after a couple washes it was fine.
This bra gives me a crazy amount of cleavage, but everything still fits nicely in place. As it is seamed, it can really only wear it with a few things, but it does not poke at me. The seams can be slightly irritating, but overall good comfort.
This is a molded and seamless bra with a continuous firm satin band across front, but switches fabric at the wings to something more elastic. I found the band was about average for a 32, and felt decently supported.
However, the cup gaped a great deal at the top- a G was simply too big and I didn’t fill it in on top, although it was fine on the sides. If you’re shallow profiled and find this bra, I recommend trying a size down.
This review is for the antique one. Bought it together with the black one, as I totally love the antique ice one I already had before. The colour is nice, better than I expected from the photos. I thought it would be quite grey-ish and a rather cold colour, but it's actually more like a very dusty pink, even more a mauve colour. Unfortunately it was a bit too big in the cups for me (even though it's the same size I already own twice in different colours), so I sent it back. And for the colour - as nice as it is, but I don't have nor will ever find any matching undies (I don't like the original panties), and this colour actually calls for it...
This review is for my black one. Fits very nicely, just like the antique ice one I already had before, although the cups seem slightly bigger on this one and I prefer the duo-coloured style of the antique ice which emphasizes more the lace ribbons on the top of the cup and the underband and brings in some "motion". Kept it though as it is comfortable and creates a nice shape.
I love this bra. It is absolutely comfortable while creating a very nice cleavage (pushing upwards, not to the center) and looking gorgeous. This one is the first I bought, in the pale blue "antique ice" colour that was exclusive to Bravissimo this spring. The colour is very nice! Even though it might be supposed as a bra for special occasions, I also like wearing it in an everyday-manner as it is so comfortable. Overall one of my favorite bras.
Why don't you ask for fitting help? I agree on the band size being too big.
