This bra is theoretically gorgeous - the style and detail on it is lovely. I am very underwhelmed by the particular shade of neon pink it is, which makes my pale skin look a tad plague-ridden! On olive skin tones and darker skin tones without red undertones the colour would be gorgeous.
The bra itself is too structured for my soft, bottom-full, tall-rooted-yet-quite-shallow-above-the-nips breasts. It doesn't have the give of the freya fearne plunge balcony (which fits like a dream on me). As a result, although I fill out the bottom well and the wire is perfect, there is gaping at the top above the nipple. I think the ...starlet bra in the vertical seam style would be a better fit on my shape (unless it is not as projected at the bottom of the bra).
If you are shallow on top (or shallow generally, I would guess) then this bra is not for you. The cups themselves want a fair amount of projection, and they close off at the top. Although the cups themselves are sheer and delicate-looking, the stitching really does make this one act like a structured bra.
A shame as, in a different colour, this bra would be one of my favourite things, aesthetic-wise! But back to the shop it goes! Read more 104 more words
I really love this bra. It looks delicate and lacy but is strong and firm. It is just as supportive as it is lovely. I must say the images do not do this bra justice. Particularly in regards to the frosted green color.
The band is very soft and plush, but remains firmly in place throughout the day. It doesn't cut in and create unattractive back bubbles or dig in at the front. There is no side stay-boning, but it feels fine without it. So don't be turned off by that.
The material of the cup is a heavy weight non stretch power mesh with delicate geometric top stitching. ...The cups do not bother me, however they may seem scratchy to persons with very sensitive or delicate skin types. However I have fairly sensitive skin and it does not bother me.
One thing to watch out for is the size. This seems to run 1/2-1 cup size larger. This is not an issue for me as I really need a 30G. While the bra leaves a touch of quad-boob it's not enough of a quibble for me to size up. Read more 82 more words
This is definitely a very pretty bra. Cups do not have stretch. Bra feels very sturdy. Band is decently wide, and the straps are too. However, this is not a good fit for short roots. Too much emptiness at the top of the cup and where the strap meets the cup. Decent projection. And as usual, the freya band runs large, but unfortunately the sister size down was out of stock. I can get away with wearing this under looser shirts, but otherwise this was not a good fit for my short roots and soft tissue.
Cups are too small for me, but i think it would be a good fit one size up. Unlined but gives the breasts a rounder shape compared to other unlined bras I've tried. Also comfortable despite mesh material.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, GORGEOUS BRA. I wish this worked for my shape, but it's just too closed at the top. It gives me a very unnatural torpedo shape because of the way my tissue pushes back against the cups.
I would love to try the half cup version of this bra to see if it worked better. Even with the fit trouble the bra still offers lovely support and is pretty comfortable.
I got this bra for like $7 on amazon, so even though I knew it probably wouldn't fit I decided to try anyway. It was even worse than I expected. Lots of cutting in at the top, too narrow, too small, about the right amount of projection if it'd fit properly everywhere else. I have an even, conical shape, average width, but vertically tall and shallow roots, and fit around a 30DD/E right now. If you're very FoB or have very short roots this might be a better fit. The band was also really loose feeling. It measured a little over 31" stretched which should feel fine for me but it really felt loose. The color and fabric are lovely and I really wish this bra had worked for me. I want to try the halfcup in maybe a 30DD or 30E, hopefully they'll get super cheap on amazon too. This bra does have a lot of projection as everyone says and runs probably half to a full cup large.
cups are at least 2 sizes too big (cups larger than expected). Band fits well (true to size). The design is unfortunately ugly, it would be helped to not be so shear and to use a nicer quality (less scratchy) fabric
biggest problem: cups are way too big, but they are also a bit wide and the straps are wideset. The fabric doesn't feel very soft/comfortable, and the electric blue that goes completely full coverage (covering every trace of boob) is not my style.
