I am quite pleased with this bra, it is utterly gorgeous, and it looks not too bad on me.
First, the band. It is loose for a 28, but you will not lose support as it is 6 hooks. I am getting lifted quite well as a 24, but will alter down just in preference.

Secondly the cups are moderately wide. The vertical seams give great lift, but on me it feels like the seams are lifting incredibly, whilst the rest of the cup isn't doing as much work. I have a strange wrinkle on the outside of the outer seam, but I am ... hoping it will go away with wear and wash. The cups are placed too far apart for me but it feels easy to sew. Usually Freya gores tend to be too painful for me to handle, but the wires on this bra is a lot more flexible, I can bend them outwards easily. The pain is subtle before bending, gone after.

The fabric is soft, and the quality is good, and the fancy straps are lovely!
While I'm pretty sure I want to keep this bra, I don't think I will be purchasing more longlines from Freya.

This is the most beautiful bra I have ever seen. I might say this many times but in this case I think that I actually mean it. Lilac isn’t normally a good match for my skin tone, but I don’t have any problem with this one and the shade is just gorgeous. The pattern and the lace are so beautiful and the whole look is just stunning. It’s my dream bra that doesn’t fit.
I ordered this some years ago through a local lingerie store, foolishly thinking that my Deco size (at that time) fits in all styles. It was a little bit small back then already, and I have grown a cup size since. Unfortunately 28F-FF were soon sold out everywhere, and I’ve realized that Freya halfcups are a bit too shallow for me anyway. I’ve been holding on to this beauty in the case that my boobs shrink, but it's too pretty to die in my closet so I think I’ll need to let this bird fly away.

This bra was so cute I had to have it.
It had a sewing wierdness when I got it that required opening up the lace on the right cup, releasing the lining, getting it placed better and resewing it. Ok, all fixed.
Except, after years of bending over a cutting table the center of my back is kinda wonky and the bottom of the longline hit me at just that spot. I thought, fine, I'll shorten it and it'll be better. SO I did. And it was - except the gore is still too high for me and really, what the heck is with the round underwires? Most of my other bras have flat ends and they dig into the sternum less even if they are tall.
Now, it sits in a drawer and is worn almost never.

I received this bra in an exchange with another bratabase user, and it's great! The gore doesn't tack, but it has been altered a little so it may be due to that. However, the alterations took in the gore and added some boning to the front, and both are good alterations. The cups are nicely narrow and actually hit me at the right spot, giving me a very front and centered look that I like a lot. The width of the band is also slimming as any bits of flesh that normally bulge are completely eliminated. The band is very stretchy and comfortable - not constricting at all ... like I thought a longline might be. It is difficult to clip all the hooks behind my back, though.
The cups are a little bit too open or something, they seem like they jut out a little bit at the top edge, but the whole thing also seems to slide down a little bit. It might be because I had to loosen the straps a lot to make sure they didn't pull the slide slings (I guess?) awkwardly creating a weird shape on the side of my breasts.
Overall, a really nice bra that's extremely comfortable and looks great.

Freya tends to rend big in the band, so I went down a sister size from what I usually wear.
The band was tighter than expected. It feels uncomfortable and restricting after a while. It didn't stretch out with wear. Not neccessary to sister size down in this style and I don't recommend the 28 band to anyone whose underbust measures more than 28" loose.

Another surprise was that the cups were too small in that size. I got quadboob and the wires were sitting on breast tissue at the sides.

I did a few side-by-side comparisons with some Freya halfcups and the cups of the JFI longline indeed run about one cup size smaller. They are nearly identical to a 30D Freya Patsy Padded Half Cup Bra (1223) in terms of wire width and cup depth.

I loved the look of this bra and was eager to try a longline. Unfortunately, this bra didn't work for me. While the width was perfect and the depth seemed good, it was almost like the cups came up a bit too high for me (or I'm just not full enough on top). I didn't quite fill out the top as much as I would've liked. Also, the vertical seams showed through my thinner shirts, so it wasn't a practical bra for me. The band wasn't super tight; it was comfortably snug. I wouldn't recommend this bra for girls who are slightly projected to shallow with wide roots.

I am in love with the fabric and details of this bra, and I was pretty much determined to wear it whether it fit or not! Luckily, the fit is decent and the bra is very comfortable!

The band runs large and only has two rows of hook, so it might not work well for those of us with sub-28 inch ribcages, although the longline aspect of it seems to prevent the band from riding up. The cups run slightly small; I am usually a 28DD or 28E and had to go with 28E in this bra.

My breasts are different sizes, so I ... get a slight quadboob on the larger one and slight gaping on the smaller one (which is no fault of the bra). The gore lies flat. I could use some more depth at the bottom of the cup, but the wire still sits at about the right place below my breasts. The wires are just slightly too wide, but not uncomfortable. Overall, I am happy with this bra even though the fit isn't perfect and am excited to add it to my collection :)

Bit of background: I only recently started wearing my correct bra size, so I was used to a much looser band, and untacked gore, and basically a completely different bra feel. Still getting used to how bras should fit, so some of these comments may not apply to everyone.

From the beginning, I though this bra was beautiful and made my boobs look better than anything else I had ever tried. However, it was fairly uncomfortable, - the center gore digs into my sternum, and the underwires seem to be pressing uncomfortably against my ribs in a couple of spots. Also, because the straps are fairly wide set, ... and I have a small frame, I felt like the bra straps were in my armpits.

I had to gently bend the wires away from my chest at the gore, which reduced the pressing, and slightly curved them to fit my ribcage better. This made the bra more bearable to wear for longer periods of time, but didn't quite fix all of discomfort. What did though was correcting my posture. When I sit/stand up straight, with my shoulders back, I can barely feel the bra, and the straps are magically moved out from my armpits. (I sit at a computer most of the day, so I have a tendency to slouch/hunch over.) I realize that this may not apply to everyone, but it helped me a lot!

Abbreviated version: boobs look awesome, fits well, slightly uncomfortably wires, but getting better with minor adjustments.

I ordered a 28E in this because I read the cups in this bra are a little on the small side. It's slightly to big for me; There is a little bit of gaping in the top of the cup. The DD might be too small though.

The longline is absolutely stunning. It makes my figure look very good. It's a bit of a challenge getting all 6 hooks to close but it's well worth it.

So cute! It seems to fit well, except I may have a problem with migrated tissue that I'm not sure this bra will help.
