I saw this bra on Ewa Michalak's Facebook and immediately sent an email asking for it. I stupidly ordered it in a size too small, but other than that I love it so much! Since it's currently not available, I'm going to hold on to it despite being a smidge too small.
Pros: Gorgeous lace, big bows, firm band, removable cleavage straps, full adjustable regular straps.
Cons: Won't be 'nude' on everyone, too small (my fault), lace has loose threads all over.
My Ewa's finally arrived. Yay!! This bra was the one I was most excited about and, for me, it was a surprise disappointment. I think if I hadn't waited 8 weeks for the order I'd have been even more disappointed but some of the initial excitement had worn off simply due to the long wait.
So the aesthetics of this bra are stunning, with the beige mesh and black and white lace embroidery and on a similar skin tone would give a tattooed effect. Construction quality is high as usual, and the bows are lovely. Out of all 3 of my recent order bras, ...this one is most TTS in the band. However, I find this bra to be more shallow at the bottom of the cup than previous SMs I've tried. As a result, it wants to buckle at the bottom and gives me an oddly pointed shape. I don't know if this is the difference between an all lace SM vs a mesh SM like the ones I've owned before, but this is not the same SM fit and shape I'm used to and to be honest, I'm not a fan. I don't think anything is wrong with the bra itself and I'm sure it would work well on a lot of people, I just think this bra would be lovely on someone who is not as pendulous as me - someone who's projected but somewhat self supporting would likely get a better fit.
The wires are narrow as usual and visually it's stunning, it just doesn't work on me personally. Still, can't say enough about the quality and lovely aesthetics! Read more 174 more words
My shape: semi-conical, splayed, narrow width, tall shallow roots. My breasts don't conform to bra shapes very well and are quite short.
SM Tattoo is a sheer mesh bra with black embroidery. It comes with detachable cleavage straps in a small pink bag. I found this bra on Zathiya by luck while I was looking for clearance items. I have been wanting to try this cut but was unsure that it would work with my breast shape. I am surprised at this one. For a bra with no stretch on the top section, it fits, and it lies flat. The shape I get isn’t the best shape as my ...breasts aren’t round and can’t be mounded up. It looks like the shape I get in an S, except without the floppy cup top. This is deeper than the 60K S that I have, otherwise the two models don’t seem very equivalent. The gore on this is a bit wider than other EM bras, possibly due to the loop for the cleavage straps. I read other reviews that the SM is shallow at the wire, but I haven’t seen any wrinkling while wearing it.
This bra is very delicate and I feel too clumsy to be wearing it. It is difficult to put one’s hands in the top to swoop and scoop. I will try to be careful with it but it does seem that the top would be easy to stretch out doing the swoop and scoop. Read more 137 more words
Tattoo is an unpadded full lace bra in the SM style. The SM in 60KK comes with 4 parts: 3 lower vertical sections (2 seams) and 1 upper horizontal section. There is also a triangle section above the cups that connects to the strap for support. The SM style does not have the stretch lace like the SF and BM styles do, so it’s basically a fit or fail bra. The cups are unpadded and thin yet supportive. This one is a nude color, with black accents and design, as well as a shimmery beige pattern added in. This nude color does not match my pale ...splotchy skin, but I do still like the pattern and design, especially with the contrasting black accents.
The band measures 23.25” and stretches to 31.5”. It has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops.
Cup Depth as measured by: 1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance. This measurement is: 12.75”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance. This measurement is: 15.25”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.
As for fit, I get a nice rounded shape with this one which doesn’t seem common based on other Tattoo reviews. The straps are too wide set and eat my armpits, while the band requires the tightest hook set for a comfy loose fit. All and all, wearable but less than ideal. After this one, I tried Koralik which was a fail, so I will stick with the BMs and SFs which give me a consistently better fit.
