  1. This bra is a gorgeous shade of green with mint straps, with beige underneath, and beige cookie pockets. I love mint, a sadly underutilized clothing color. I’m still experimenting with EM cuts and I think I found one that actually works with my shape. The pictures were taken with the cookie only on the right side, as placing the cookie on my larger breast makes the cup painfully too small.

The band on this one is tighter than the CHP Noir but not unbearably so. Also, despite it being taller than the CHP, the angle makes it work for me. There’s a small gap along the top edge of ... the cup that closed up after I washed the bra. There’s an odd point on the cups due to the stitching, but this cannot be seen through clothing. Under clothing it gives me a nice rounded shape.

The gore on this bra is the best part. I always have wire marks on my breasts from the gore. I had resigned myself to this being a constant issue. No wire marks with this one. I’m very pleased with this bra.

I also felt the PL cut was good. I think it's more projected at the apex and shorter in the cups than the S cut, which was terrible- too smooshed and no room at the bottom. I love this bra and wish I had gotten one before they sold out.

I saw this one on Zathiya & wanted it as well. Same thing-sold out in my size..... :(
I do love the color as well. I don't understand why more manufacturers don't do green bras.
      Glad it works for you!

I have this bra in the BM cut. It's one of my favorites! The color is beautiful!

    • 1

cupandahalf I see what you mean with the S cut. It also doesn't seem to be tacking either. Did you have this problem also?

    • 2

Omg yes. It immediately slid down and out.

After wearing it for 14 hours, one cup is too full and pulls the gore. I got a nice blister from this. I need a check box for “only fits for X number of hours”.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that-it's such a beautiful bra! I always find the ill-fitting bras more difficult to accept when I love the way they look otherwise. A plain beige or black mainstream bra, it's no big loss, but a lacy green bra- that's just not right!?! Especially when it comes with a larger price tag. Is the blister at the gore or in the armpit area due to the pulling @ the gore? Might a bra liner help this so it would still be wearable?

      Yikes!! A blister sounds awful!

    • 1

MamaPagan The blister is at the gore. I have some liners but haven’t used them yet. I’ll have to try them and see how they feel...

    • Hopefully it will help :/

    75GG

    Fits

I spent about a month doing various returns/exchanges with Zathiya before I settled on a 75GG in this bra, and I am pretty sure I snagged the last one in my size! I'm going to say it's true to size because all the bras I've bought recently (Panache, Cleo, Curvy Kate, Fantasie) are in the 32H/34GG neighborhood and this fits just as well. The band is comfortable on the loosest hooks; I have to wear the asymmetry pad on my right (see pics) but once I do that the cups fit just right with no gaps or spillage.

This bra is so, so pretty in person! The aqua color ... of the lace in all the stock photos is true to life. The straps are a very light blue. The lace goes all the way around, which is both a nice aesthetic detail and adds some structure to the band. In some of my other bras the elastic on the top and bottom of the band is much tighter than the band material, which leads to extra back rolls, but this one doesn't do that. I tried to add a picture of my back so you can see how nice and smooth the band is.

My bra has a tiny spot on the left cup at the T-junction of the seams where the lace doesn't lie flat. It's not a fit issue, it's actually from the way the bra was sewn, but it's not visible under clothes and I think it will probably smooth out a bit with time. The bra was shipped to me in a polymailer, and it was folded right along the seam at the top of the cup, and I think that is contributing to it. I think this is also making it a bit pointier than it would normally be.

This is the only bra I own that actually gives me cleavage! I have very very short roots and it's nice to own a plunge so the gore doesn't come up to my chin. I wore this bra for 8 hours at work the day after I received it, and it was comfortable enough I forgot I was wearing it. Despite the way it may appear in the pictures, the gore does tack very well.

Pros: Great cleavage, makes me look thinner from the front because it pulls everything in to the center, the material used on the band is appropriately firm

Cons: Lace is very textured and shows under thin shirts; minor torpedo shape (will probably get better once bra has been washed, see above comments about it getting crushed a bit during shipping)

    • This is a lovely bra on you and I'm so happy it's comfy too!

You know, though, I think we as a community need to agree on what TTS means. Surely a bra isn't TTS because of how it compares to other brands but because of how it measures objectively...?

The band on this one at least stretches to around ~33", which is more or less what I would expect from a "34", and that to me is what should qualify or disqualify a bra from being TTS. (Surely if a bra isn't even able to stretch as big as its size label, it runs small?)

I just know I was very confused as a newbie here by all the relative claims that a bra runs big or small. (Panache I think is _generally_ considered to run smaller than CK, which in turn runs smaller than Freya... but which of those bras any user considers to be their "normal" size is currently a lot down to personal preference.)

    • You make a very good point! TTS should definitely be relative to the actual measurements, and I do hold UK bras to that standard - I get irritated when I read a review with measurements and find that a bra that should fit me, won't. I was relieved that this one was true to its 34GG label. (Which is also what the r/aBTF calculator gave me! It's amazing when they all agree.)

I think my confusion in this particular case stems more from the UK-to-EUR conversion issues. For example, EM lists bras on their own site with both sizes... like "75GG (34GG)." But 34 inches is not 75 cm, it's 86! So the Polish ones are just more confusing to me because some people tell you to order based on your measurements (which would've put me in an 85 band, and I know that's waaaay too big because I tried one) and some people say no, just use the common/standard conversion (so 34=75, etc)... Which is what I'll probably do now since I own both a Comexim and a EM that are basically spot on with that conversion.

Is it just a fundamental difference in the way they measure their bras/people? Why the mismatch?

    • I guess this article answers my questions (kind of), although it doesn't really tell me why: http://bustyresources.wikia.com/wiki/Bra_sizing_by_country

I still don't really get Comexim though. Their website's size chart definitely says to just use the snug underbust in cm as your band. Ah well...

    • That's a really helpful link, thank you!

Yeah, Comexim's size chart is... varyingly helpful! I think I will be looking at measurements only from now on when trying bras... the only difficulty is what to do when new bras come out :)

    Didn't fit

This is a GORGEOUS bra that sadly doesn't fit me. I wanted to try some EMs so I snagged this one from Zathiya to try, and it'll be going back. The band is just too big; I would need to wear t on the tightest hooks. The cup is at least a size too large as well, even with the cookies. I'd need a 75gg or possibly 75g in this one, but I can already tell I love the plunge shape!
