So I actually love this suit. It’s weird because it technically should not fit me- the cup is too small on paper. But because the cup is stretchy it works! The only problem I don’t like is the seams at the mesh cutouts in the body cut in a bit making me look a bit like a trussed ham. My husband is not a great fan so this one is going back, but I might get it in red for swimming laps. It feels like it would be very supportive for that.
Cups are double-lined, bra is normal set in to the body. The straps are multi-way and can be worn crossed in the back. They are not too wide. There is a very comfortable flexible boning in the side to keep the weight from being too much on the neck. The only real issue is that the wires are shorter than the wire channels, making a slight sag at the side.
All in all a very comfy well thought out single seam cupped suit.
This the 2nd of this model of Curvy Kates I've added to the database. As with the previous 'Princes (CK6001) this bra is too big for me in the band and cups. I only borrowed it from my friend Tara to add to Bratabase. But from what I can tell the Princes seems like very nice quality bra. Also very pretty.
This fits weirdly. It does fit mostly, but there's some strange puckering of the top mesh-fabric-stuff that I can't quite figure out. It sticks up in this one place where the mesh meets the more firm fabric of the lower cup. You can't see it under clothes, though, so I'm keeping it until I find something better.
This would look fantastic in red! Love the stretchy, comfortable cups. It fits surprisingly well for a single seam cup!!
